Truthfully, there is to many good episodes, to choose just one. D:
But I would have to say the episode that made me like House, is my favorite, and that would be the episode in the first season, where all of the babies in the hospital were getting sick.

I forgot, wasn't that the one when afterwords one of the people who works there was sick and they coughed/sneezed on the toys? Or is that another episode?

Yes, all of the babies were getting sick, because... some lady sneezed or coughed on the toys that she was giving out to the new borns.
