"Busy?" PACHIbamu laughed.
"Right now, it looks anything but busy. Since you seem to have the time to dose off~"
Noticing the tray of completed and signed paperwork, he snickered inwardly.
"Oh my. Only two finished? How very... busy, indeed."
That was his way of a nice, friendly greeting.

Rokiicha looks at his pile of signed papers after PACHIbamu finished. After a short pause, he snatched up another unsigned paper, signed it, and added it to the finished pile.
"Three."
Yet again, he paused, and then continued.
"Anyways, what'd you need?"
His speech was casual and words were slightly slurred, as he tried not to smile.

PACHIbamu raised an eyebrow.
"What have you been doing during the whole time in your office today, Raikage?"
PACHIbamu took out a deck of cards hidden in one of his pockets.
"Well?"

The Raikage grinned suspiciously, "Why do you want to know?"
He left it at that, but it was obvious that all he did was sleep. Clearing his desk by moving his pen, he motioned to a chair for PACHIbamu to pull up. Truth be told, he sucked at cards, but anything to procrastinate right now.
Lately, he had pretty much became nocturnal, procrastinating during the day, finishing his paper late at night, and sleeping on his desk. Rokiicha actually hadn't left his office in quite a while.

"My dear sir, you are getting absolutely nothing, minus a couple of sheets signed. You do realize that is really quite pathetic, especially for a kage?"
PACHIbamu seated himself on the chair.
"What do you want to play?"
He then paused ; It really didn't matter. He bested Rokiicha in all card games they ever played. But it still was fun.
Victory makes PACHI feel superior.

Ignoring the first question, Rokiicha shook his head, grinning and looking down slightly, "I honestly don't care what we play."
He couldn't remember the last time he had won a card game against PACHIbamu, if he even had.

"Okay. Slapjack it is, then."
PACHIbamu shuffled the cards, grinning widely.
"I'll go easy on you. This time."

Rokiicha nods, knowing that he was going to lose anyways.
"You know, I'm going to Suna soon.. Wanna come with me?"
He rested his head on his fist, waiting for PACHIbamu to start the game.
[OOC: me neither]

"Suna?" PACHIbamu inquired as he continued shuffling. "I remember going there... twice. It was hell... with the deserts, draughts, fierce shinobi..."
He shuddered.
"Sure, I'll come. What for, though?"
He started sorting the cards out to himself and Rokiicha.

Rokiicha watched as PACHIbamu sorted the cards, holding back a yawn.
"Yeah, it's not my favourite place either. The Kazekage and I need to make up the chuunin exam."
[OOC: its ok, I have no idea either. XD;]

"..."
Is that really what you're going for...? I remember you leaving for suna last time with almost nothing but your "lucky" deck of cards...
"Chuunin exam? In Suna? I feel sorry for all of those genin..."
PACHIbamu had finished sorting out the cards, and they proceeded to play.

Sighing, Rokiicha slid his chair out a bit and pulled out a drawer, searching for something in it. After a moment of rumaging through it, he pulled out a small box. Opening it, he takes a piece of chocolate, and offers the box to PACHIbamu.
