cloudyhead i dont like lolita or girly anime. its dumb. i like violent action sci-fi wtf kind of stuff. my favorite animes are blue sub #6 lain outlaw star boogiepop phantom scryed (manga only!!) tenchi eva was prretty cool but, raxzephon is definatley better yeah... nothing glamorus. the only girly things i like are sailor moon and x. i must admit though an idiot i know has a picture from paradise kiss on her binder and the art is appealing to me. but kissing, drama, cross dressing, gay boys, skinny men.... cant stand them. if any one knows a lolita series that is violent and psylogical, mabye a dose of sci fi with real men and no cross dressing tell me, id so be all over that. I LOVE most of those shows ^_^ (but i hate Tenchi sorry.) Eva is awsome, but it boreders MECHA which i cant stand... but the story line is so solid it counter acts that xp Boogiepop phantom is definetly amazing. You seem to like those confusing shows though. Lain, Eva, boogie pop, you really have to watch though more then once to fully understand them xp but anyways, i like your taste in anime

Rozen Maiden is my crack.. 3nodding xd heart
I suggest it to all.. and I'd like to note that the 2nd season is a bit more violent. both seasions are 12 episodes, so you really arent wasting Tooo much time if you dont like it. But the characters are cute. and the plot line is great.. and i just overall love it. [Sorry.. sweatdrop ]
Anyways, so as for anoter anime with lolita... anyone for Parakiss? :3
I havent really gotten into it yet.. but i downlaoded the series for a friend.. so.. its just kinda in my anime folder right now.. waiting for the day that I choose to watch it. xd

I have yet to see Paradise Kiss the anime, but I do own the manga series. I really liked the story and the clothing designs are awesome. If the story can capture the same emotion in the manga, then it ought to be a treat.
I find that many, if not most, of the outfits from Chobits that are worn by the main character Chi, as well as "Dark Chi," are very lolita inspired. Plus the story is cute.

cloudyhead boconnotto Actually, cloudy-doll, Rozen Maiden is pretty violent at times. It's about these dolls who were made to play the "Alice Game" and destroy one another to become closer to the "Father". I never finished watching the first series, and the second series is playing in Japan right now, but it was fairly decent from what I saw.
Lots of random powers, enslavement, and sweetly-dress, porcelain-esque dolls. I'm not sure if it counts as Lolita, however, as they're.. dolls. And Lolita clothing is based off of those dolls. So it'd be a bit circular thinking? Or something? Either way, the series is pretty interesting for at least a first-look. Lots of exploding windows. Haha. awsome s**t. is there any corss dressing or gay people or romace? i cant stand that garbage. Hm. Well, one of the dolls happens to be a female kodona-dressing doll, no gay people that I know of, and there is something between a couple of characters, but I'm not too sure. sweatdrop I've only seen the first season.

I didnt even really think asbout the clothes that Chii wears.. sweatdrop Very ESL..

Oh oh I saw Paradise kiss last month! It was really good. Ive always wanted to read it, but never got the chance. It was at an Anime showing.. I missed the first few episodes, but the ones I did see are nice. Whether or not it sticks to the manga.. I do not know.. ninja It was funny though heart

I really love the series Victorian Romance Emma. heart
It's a love story that takes place in Victorian London. The plot is very cute!
I also like some of the outfits worn in the anime. Though I can't recall much about the outfist, I know that one of the main characters (Emma) dresses in an EGA-esq style, and I think that some of the children sown in the anime mya dress somewhat loli (though I'm not entiely sure about that! ^^;; )
I also love the Cain Saga manga. The plot is very cool, and many of the outfits worn in the series are simply amazing! ^_^

ÁoYfMgYK Okay it's not really a lolita anime but there are four characters that are 'Goth Loli's'. It's mostly makeing fun of them though so maybe you guys don't want to watch it. They aren't really even lolita besides the fact that they wear loita-ish clothing. It's a funny anime though, kinda like Ouran a little bit. It's called Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge. MaLDgY

I have to say Rozen Maiden is very loli-ish its about dolls that come alive and try to kill each other VERY entertaining -^^-
Trinity Blood...... ish kinda loli has alot....ALOT of blood in it....thats why I like it......hey it even has blood in the name....♥

In my humble opinion, Le Portrait de Petite Cossette is the quintessential Gothloli anime.

It's gorgeous, the soundtrack is beautiful, and it's dark and disturbing.
Great anime overall.
I'm surprised no one has mentioned it yet.

i like the anime and manga Le Portrait de Petite Cossett its very fasinating and the art is simply beautiful the but stoyline goes a bit fast in the manga the anime is better! Though the art draws the eye.
