Fey lifted his staff a bit and then javelined it under a tree across the river. The staff cut most of the root system toppling the tree over on its' side. "Look, I just got 1/6 of the floor to my new log cabin." He said with a false excitement.

Rosangela Rossi Rosangela smiled and shook her head slowly. "Okay, how are you supposed to carry it to where ever you plan to build your cabin?" she retorted. She stood up and spun around in a circle, looking to the sky, from which the white petals of snow were beginning to fall faster and harder. "Looks like there's a storm picking up, we might want to find shelter." she commented.

Fey stood up, looking down at her from height difference with a grin and remarked, "What? You've never been dancing in the rain before?"

Rosangela Rossi Rosangela laughed, shaking her head as snow began to lightly dust her hair. "Well of course I've done that, but a snowstorm and rain are two different things." she pointed out. "Besides, I know that I, at least, am not dressed for the cold in any way." She shivered slightly as if to prove her point, and blew on her hands, her breath misting up in the cold air. "We should at least seek some shelter or something. I certainly wouldn't want to have to sleep outside in the snow, not unless I had a shelter of some kind." she commented.

Fey blinked, perplexed on how a cold front came out of the blue. "Alright, you win. Lets go seek refuge." He said strapping his boots back on

Tori had been walking behind them quietly the entire time. She had been staring off into the distance, thinking, remebering, and generally zoning out. Now, as snow began to fall, she glanced up. She didn't feel the cold of it much. However, the snow gave her a tingling sensation as it landed on her arms. She heard Fey and Rosangela talking about getting shelter. She didn't care as much. It wouldn't have been the first time she slept out in the snow. In fact, she rather liked it. The cold made her feel alive. It sharpened her senses. She breathed in, and was aware of the fact that she was a bit hungry. Not to the point of danger, not yet. Normally, even at this point she would have gone to get something non-human to eat. But something about having this new life made her not want to go. She didn't want to let this control her life any more. So, she said nothing about it.

Rosangela Rossi Rosangela smiled and fell back into the snow, moving her arms and legs to make a snow angel. When she was finished, she stood up and brushed herself off. "I haven't played in the snow for a while either." she comented as she scooped some snow off of the ground and began compacting it into a snowball. With a mischevious smile, she threw it at Fey. "You want to head back now, or shall we hang out in the snow for a while?" she asked, making another snowball. Turning around, she tossed it up and down as she looked at Tori. "Well Tori? What do you think?" she called out.

As Rose aims another snowball Fey swung his staff at the snow covering her in it as he smirked "I'm good either way stay or go." He said walking by the snow covered gal.

Rosangela Rossi Rosangela laughed and brushed the snow off of her head and shoulders. "Fay~ she groaned, although her eyes were still bright pink. She spun around in a circle and smiled. "I suppose we could stay out here for a while, but if my skin turns blue, we're going in immediately." she stated, making another snowball and throwing it at Tori before kneeling down in the snow and beginning to roll a snowball to make a snowman. It had been several years since Rosangela had been able to play in the snow like this, and she was enjoying it immensely.

Tori shrugged. "I don't care." She watched them play around with a small, sad smile on her face. She had begun to zone out again when the snowball Rosangela had thrown smacked her in the face. Tori hadn't been expecting it.She wiped the snow off her face and laughed. The sensation of laughing was so unfamiliar that she stopped for a moment to think. God, how long has it been since I last laughed? It had been a while, longer than she cared to think about. Tori smiled. Maybe after all this time, she could put her life back together in small peices, like a puzzle that was knocked out of alignment. Laughter, one small piece of the puzzle of herself that was whole before infection knocked it out of alignment.

Fey looked up at the snow flakes trying to mentally slow down his vision to observe every snow flake. It is said ever snowflake is different, Fey enjoyed peering hard at them, focusing on every pattern. Then suddenly he snatched a snowflake into his hour glass and chuckling, "Well, this certainly is a rare find!"

Rosangela Rossi Roangela finished the base of the snowman and began to roll the middle. At the last second, she decided she wanted to make a snow sculpture, instead of just a normal snowman. She began to gather snow together into a pile and make the form of a sleeping cat. She looked up when Fey suddenly exclaimed. "You seem excited about something Fey." she commented, while skillfully forming the snow into the shape of the cat's ears. Making a snow sculpture was a lot like decorating a cake, you had to do it nice and slowly to try and minimize mistakes. With delicate fingers, she carefully began to hollow out the triangles of the ears so that they actually looked like cat ears.

"I caught a snow sprite." said Fey, holding his hour glass up like a trophy. He then peered into the glass, looking at the tiny creature with almost fascination. "Lovely timid creatures they are. But powerful to say the least."

Rosangela Rossi Rosangela stood up and went to go stand beside Fey, looking at what he had caught. "Oh wow!" she breathed, "Beautiful!" It was hard to believe that such a creature could exist, without humans having captured one and put it on display. That was the thing about human nature that Rosangela disliked, they had a tenancy to ridicule things that were different, either that or capture and put on display for money. Some humans seemed to be full of greed, caring only about money and worldly possessions, doing anything to become richer, even forcing others to become slaves. Worriedly, she looked at Fey. "You are going to release it eventually, right?" she asked.

"Snow sprites aren't rare, just well hidden." Fey explained,"You probably see one every time it snows but don't know it. This is because they look like snow flakes, even move like them. But they never imitate the snowflake movement perfectly since they have to fly back up at some point. Lore says if you capture one, it will bend the intensity of a snow storm as strong or as little as you please, in exchange for it release." Fey's hour glass magnified the sprites appearance, a small beautiful gal almost the same glow as Fey himself, with clear, glass like eyes and crystal wings surrounded by a powdery mist.
