 Coeurl #1 [HP: 2/8]__________________________________________________
The hit cut the coeurl horizontaly across its face. "GRAAA" The the feline had no other option but to release the deadly grip. After it did, it jumped backwards away from its attacker who quickly got into position and, though limping, was ready to keep fighting.
To keep fighting now would be to commit suicide, so it decided the fight was over."GruuuAAAA!!" It cried to its ally and began making a run for it.

 Arc [HP:21/25]_______________________________________________________
Arc's Blizzard had missed it's target completely as the Coeurl jumped to another position and immediately countered with a lightning attack. Expecting the NulShock spell to hold back the next volley, the young scholar stood there until suddenly his protection spell wore off. He had been so focused in the battle that Arc didn't take into account he wasn't exactly a full-time Mage, so extended periods of casting would deplete his mana quicker without the specific class skills.
"Aw crap..."- he managed to say before the bolt blasted him a few yards back.
Arc felt the tingly feeling of static running around his body, but managed to get up quickly while pulling out a Mana potion from his bag, chugging it without a second to lose. "Minor setback, won't happen again". stare Just then he notices that the Coeurl engaging the white-haired man growled at his companion and seemed to be moving into retreating. Ah! Where do you think you're going!? scream Arc closed his eyes while raising both his arms forward, glowing white-blue once more, but this time even the ground around him began to chill, while the air swirled into the center of his palms into a larger sphere than last time. "You attack and then decide to run away because you can't take the hea- er um, cool!?" "BLIZZARA!"- and he released the spell toward his opponent.

 Rem [HP:25/25] _______________________________________________________ Rem had traveled long & far, she spent day wondering the plains, exploring new sites, fighting on rare occasion some wild cats... Yesterday it had been pouring with high amounts of rain, so she had made a little campsite at the entrance of a cave she happened to stumble upon. When she woke from the campsite she couldn't believe how clear the sky looked. She also couldn't believe it was mid-day.
*yawns*"Wow, I Really needed rest "*yawns again*.
She stood up & took the last piece of ration from her pack.
"Hmm, better find the next town soon..." *sighs*.
After eating the last meal she had, she packed up camp & started heading out of the cave entrance.
"Alright!" she streched "Now to find that town"

Coeurl #2 [HP: 1/8]__________________________________________________
The cold blast shot quickly straight towards the coeurl, freezing the air around it as it formed into a pointy chunk of ice that caught the feline off guard.
It caught the beast's chest. "Graaawl" It cried to the heavens as the ice expanded through the abdomen until it reached the hinds legs. The pain was unbearable and the beast understood that the leader's call was a wise one and that, were they to stay there, they would surely meet their end.
It shook the icy grasp off it's now freezing pelt and so it made a run for it, escaping the battle with its companion in time to leave to fight another day.
As the Coeurl fled into the distance, the leader of the violent duo shot a vengeful gaze back into Luneth's eyes.Soon after, they hastily disappeared into the distance.

neutral "Huh?" Luneth looked at the flying puffball with confusion then realized his wounds had been healed. sweatdrop "Oh... Uh.... Thanks!? I guess.." He walked around a few steps and felt his calf only felt a little sore but was as good as it ever was. "Hey... it works!" He also patted on his leg. Afterwards he straightened up and shot a wide smile. xd "Heh..." He noticed the young mage a few meters away from him and remembered the ice attacks that kept the other Coeurl at bay. "HEEEEYY!!" He yelled and waved at him manically. blaugh "D'you cast those ice spells? THANKS!!!" With a flash of white light, his sword disappeared.

Arc watched as the two heavily wounded Coeurls retreated into the woods, feeling glad that the battle was over. Suddenly music sounded in the air, rythm something similar to a victory celebration. "Huh, wonder what THAT was...- and out of nowhere a Moogle appears next to the adventurers. It congratulated them in their victory and then healed them both with it's wand, afterwards magically disappearing same way it came. "Oook... confused "
"Are you alright?"- He asked the now fully recovered waving white-haired man as he waved back and stepped towards him. "Glad I made it in time, and you're welcome. Are you exploring this area or heading to town? My name's Arc, pleased to meet you."

Kaius wandered into the cave reluctantly. He was used to adventuring by himself, but some company would be very much liked. Especially when danger lurked around every corner. The farther he walked into the cave, the higher his guard was. He knew that caves like these were home to many dangerous monsters. Being as quite as he could be, he tip-toed and crouched through the cave until he started hearing some strange noises that sounded sort of like boiling water.
Before he could react to it, two large blue flans dropped down in front of Kaius from the ceiling of the cave. "AHH!" Kaius screamed. "Oh great... not flans... ANYTHING but flans! Ughhh I hate these things!" Kaius was incredibly disgusted by these monsters and hated them with a passion. "I know my regular attacks won't even affect these stupid blobs..." A sigh escaped from Kaius's lips. "Guess I'll have to turn up the heat..."
As he was about to lunge his first attack, he felt a strange force holding him back. There was a moment of awkward silence as the flans and Kaius stared each other down without making a single move. A gust of wind picked up a few leaves that didn't seem to be there before and carried them around nonchalantly. It was as if the three of them were waiting for something to tell them they could start fighting.

Kaius [HP:25/25]_______________________________________________________
The sudden appearance of the Moogle scared Kaius for a second. 'Oh... so THAT'S what we were waiting for.... It's... so... CUTE!' Moogles were a soft spot for Kaius. Moogles and chocobos were two of the things he loved most in the world. And just like that, the moogle was gone, making Kaius focus on the battle at hand.
He charged in to attack the flan on his right hand side, seeing as it was the closest one to him. He ran straight up to the flan and focused as much strength as he could into a roundhouse kick with his left leg that began to emit fire, transforming his kick into what appeared to be a slash of fire, aimed straight toward the flan's body.

"Grooowwwwwl!" The first flan replied in response to the fiery kick that had gone through one side of the flan and come out the other, harming it's insides and leaving it near death. It was angry, and almost dead, but it wasn't going to give up. It Lunged forward, the gooey form of the flan flying into the sky with a wide gelatinous jaw ready to harden and bite Kaius's arm. Hoping to get some revenge for the damage inflicted unto him by the warrior.

The second flan realized that his partner was in danger. The hit he had taken had almost killed it. He saw that in a brave attempt, the other flan had managed to successfully attack the warrior that was confronting them. In a show of faith, the flan continued the battle.
The blob began to bounce up and down in place as a light blue aura began to circle around it. "Grrrrr...." Within seconds, three spikes of ice formed in front of the flan's mouth and shot toward Kaius.

"AHHHHH! Get the heck off me you slimy piece of junk!" Kaius was flailing his arm around as best as he could to try and get the flan off of it, but the teeth had sunk in pretty deep. "Eww! I hate these things!" As he said this, two shards of ice impaled his left leg. The pain wasn't too severe, but he definitely felt it.
"Well, I know ONE way to get you off of me!" With that being said, he concentrated all of his energy to his left arm, where the flan was, still nibbling on Kaius's arm. He was going to try and turn his whole arm on fire to get the flan off of him and hopefully finish it off once and for all.

The second flan stared in horror was his brother fell lifelessly to the floor, the boiling bubbles coming to a halt leaving behind only a soulless puddle.
"GrrrraaAAAAaaawwwwWWWwwwrrrrrrrlllllllllaaaaAAAarrrrrrRRRaaaaAAaa" Was all he could say to express his pain. Realizing it was still in the heat of battle, the flan's pain quickly switched to anger. It crawled up to Kaius as fast as it could and a piece of it's body extended forming into a slightly disfigured fist that was aimed at Kaius's chest.
