Bliss nodded. "Us too..." She said. Vivi smiled. "Are you here alone?" Vivi asked. Vivi stood and took off her big t-shirt that she had borrowed from her older brother Josh. She was wearing a black bikini top and jean shorts.

"Not exactly," Rachael said. The last thing she wanted was for her newfound friends to meet her Riley, but she had to respond to Vivi's question. "My older sister drove me here." Hoping to change the topic, she asked, "What about you four?"

Vivienne Industrix Vivienne pointed over to four guys playing soccer on the beach. "We came with them. They're my brothers..." She said as if having four older brothers was normal. Vivienne stretched. "Do you wanna come hang out with us Rachael?" She asked after a few minutes.

Vivi smiled and nodded. "Yeah. Come on...." She said. She and Bliss walked over to Vivi's brothers. They stopped playing. The oldest one (Jeremy) looked at Vivi and picked her up with no trouble at all.
"Hey Vivi...You guys wanna play?" He asked.
Vivi nodded. "Yeah. This is Rachael..." Vivi said as Jeremy set her down.
"Nice to meet you Rachael..." Jeremy said. "Are you playing too?" He asked smiling kindly.

"Definitely!" Rachael said. She smiled inwardly at the kindness on Jeremy's face. He would be decidedly less kind once she really started playing. She couldn't blame him for underestimating her--her hair hung in waves and she was wearing jeans, which were not exactly conducive to the sport. But she could still show him. "Have you already picked teams?"

Jeremy looked over them. "Um, you three...Riley you go be on the girl's team..." He said. A young teenage boy jogged over. He looked like the older male version of Vivi, except he was much more muscular. "There...Is that okay?" Jeremy asked no one in particular.

Rachael jumped a little bit when she heard the name Riley. Fortunately, it turned out that there was more than one Riley on the beach that day. "That works," Rachael told him. Flipping her hair behind her shoulder--less for vanity than to get it off of her face--she said, "We'll be merciful and let you start."

Vivienne smiled at Rachael. The boys started. "I'll take Jeremy..." She said, following her older brother. She kicked the ball out from under him and kicked it down the field. "Rachael!!!" She yelled. As soon as she saw Rachael open she kicked it hard, sending it all the way over to her.
Bliss was on Josh's heels, she blocked a pass from Jeremy and he had to keep it for himself. Then Vivi stole it and passed it to Rachael.

Back Story:
Johnathon joined the military at the age of 18. He had known his lovely wife Stephine since the age of 16. She was disappointed that he had taken the army route in life. But she accepted it, and eventually accepted his proposal to marry him. On only their first year of marriage they had Jeremy, then Josh, then Nick, then Riley, then Vivienne. Johnathon kept his military career throughout his life. Now he has obtained the name of Gunnery Sergeant.
