Kata looked around a little embarrassed. "Well they are tougher then they seem. I almost got killed by a few as I led them away from the caves. If it hadn't been for Ty..." She shook her head stopping at that thought. "Anyways, they are fast little buggers and you can't out run them on their own land. you can get them mad, they have emotion, so if you want you can play on the taunting them. Best bet though is to sneak, maybe a back entrance? Or a hole in the roof?"

Zahar looked at Nika and frowned. She whispered to the mask boy, "They almost killed Kata? Maybe we should hear that story in full sometime too." Zahar changed her glance and told Kataio, "Ask Chea for some tea for me."

Kataio rolled her eyes. "Zahar says she would like some tea if you could Chea."

*tea for three*Shiva said, correctly divining that Chae would like some as well. Walking quickly in to the house, she came out almost imediately with the cups, balancing them delicately on a serving tray. Kneeling before the small stone table she and Chae had put up earlier, she arranged the utensils elegantly and then nodded that it was ready.

"Thank you, Shiva." Chae said, grabbing a cup as gently as she could. She knew it distressed the child when she was less than "graceful" with the delicate china.

"Okay, so we are talking about dealing with intelligent beasts with big sharp pointy teeth, nasty claws and every reason to be territorial as we are being asked to waltz right under their noses, into their cave. Was it just Io they hated? Or the other children?"

Handing them a piece of paper she sighed. "I'm a visual kinetic learner. Can you draw me what you know of this cave, snake ridden entrance and convenient back entrance as well? And maybe Ice will come and grace us with some answers to our eager questions."

Kata laughed, "I didn't go in far..." She takes a deep breath. "I have a wee bit of a fear of snakes." She mutters under her breath, "Why did I agree to this..."

Zahar smirked and sipped at her tea. Kataio was a wimp over snakes, this will help us a lot. "Can you believe that Kataio is being such a child over some smal slithering things?" Zahar looked at the other two mask children amused as she sipped at her tea again.

G_E smiled at Kata, "I like gardener snakes, they're small, harmless and don't even have any teeth, not like the ones we encountered in the ruins. Those ones were big and hand fangs..." She shuddered involuntarily.

She looked back at Chae. "Well when we first found the entrance it was hidden behind a bunch of vines and overgrown plants. An odd looking space-ship was craashed into the ruins, beside the entrance. It was dark inside... I couldn't see more than ten feet ahead of me. After we met Baron we kept exploring... and ended up in some type of chamber. That's when Ice opened the rift for us to escape, I didn't really get to see but I think there were about four or five rade coming after us. All of us made it safely... except Ice."

Nika sighed and looked from Zahar to Shiva, 'It doesn't sound like the snakes were all that small and as difficult as this sounds... I think we can do it.'

'That's a good idea, Zahar, but I'm afraid Kata is right. We don't know how to find the ROUS... but we could try to lure them. Give it a shot atleast.' Nika set his half-empty cup of tea on the tea tray.

G_E laughed a bit, "What if we used cheese to lure out the ROUS? Yummy, chewy, smelly cheese?"

Nika stared at Gee a bit disgusted. 'I like cheese... but did you really have to add in all of those adjectives?'

G_E shrugged and picked Nika's cup of tea up, took a sip and then placed it back on the tray.

Nika rolled his eyes and moved the cup to the end of the tray that was farthes away from Gee.

"Well..." Chae sighs "I think first we need to get some idea of what the area looks like. Since it was a high emotional time the last you were there, your recollections could be suspect. It would be really bad if we got in, only to find out that there wasn't an exit where you thought. Especially with large, intelligent and very territorial beasts lurking about."

Getting to her feet, she rummaged in a trunk "Also, weapons. You got em? And can you use them?"

Turning aroung, she had a jumble of objects in her arms. "Im boring, I use a gun. Fast, effective, and small. I have one extra, although I prefer to keep that on hand in case of emergency. This classifies, I guess."

She turned to the children. "Next I need a reason why we're dragging the kids in to this. I think they should stay here."

Zahar shrugged. Well I figure I should come because Kataio is irrisponsible and cannot take care of herself. She stopped and waited for Kata to tell the others. Tell them now.

Kataio shook her head at Zahar. "I can bring my sword along, I aslo have some minor wind powers. I can create barriers, push something, or levitate somethings if I need to." She smiled around the room, then paused at Zahar staring at her. "I am not telling them what you said."

The little mask girl waved her hand and turn to the other two children. Will you tell them then? Someone has to look out for Kataio and I doubt those to are up for the full time job. And none of them that I know of can cook all that well. I make all the breakfasts...

You left out the bit about Kataio being- And so Kataio had picked up Zahar. Hey! Put me down this instant. We have work to do, not pass around the little one. I am older then you are you know! Zahar frowns and tries to look comfortable and composed in Kataio's arms

"Zahar thought she saw a sanke on the groud. I was helping." Kata frowned back at the little girl.
