Memories forgotten:
It had been a month since the incident and she hadn't left her room except to get some food occasionally. Her parents had tried to talk with her, but nothing seemed to bring any comfort. She'd lost her best friend... well, someone who had pretended to be her best friend. It wasn't something she was just going to get over, or find any solace in her parents 'I told you so's. The best thing to do right now would be to get away for a while, find a new place to start over and get away from here. It wouldn't be easy, but she could do it. In time, maybe she'd have enough strength to gain back what she'd lost... until then, this was a start.
