Entry 1:
Today, MoogerMint found out about how the other Archons of my age made fun of my pink fur. She kept saying that they didn't hate me, and maybe she's right, but I've got to hear it from somebody else. She is my caretaker, taking care of me in place of my missing parents, but I need to hear it from someone I'm closer to. Someone like my twin brother, Gunner. He probably doesn't know what it's like, for he's blue and I don't know about others but I like the color blue, but I really need to hear it from someone I've grown up with. I've known him the longest out of everyone else, even my adoptive mother, and I trust his judgement the most.
Amethyst closes her diary and continues searching for her brother, Gunner.

Amethyst dances around the park plaza, glee dancing across her eyes as she twirls around a pole. She sets herself on the grass suddenly, opening up her stiff-bound diary. She has only used it once before, but it will soon be full of many wonderful memories to come.
Entry 2: I know I have been neglecting my diary lately, but so many things have happened lately and I've been just so happy! The day I was so upset about, when other Archons made fun of my fur, started off badly but turned out to be great! I met another Archon, named Farren, and I think we will become great friends! I was having such an awful day, and he cheered me right up! I didn't think it would be possible, but he found a way to make me smile. To write in my diary completely escaped my mind!
Anyway, I'm off now. I think I hear my mother calling me, and I don't want her to find me just yet! ^_^
With that, Amethyst closes her diary briskly, running off to hide with a wide smile sprawled along her features.

Amethyst sits in her room, chewing on a feathered pen in thought. Her diary is opened in front of her as her mind spins with excitement.
Entry 3: Well, MoogerMint (who I like to call my mother) found me yesterday with no effort whatsoever. Her keen fox-like senses make it impossible for me to escape her for long! They're just as good as mine! Well, I am glad she did find me, for we had a long talk about how it didn't matter what others think of my fur, it only matters what I think, and that was why I was so self-conscious about it. I didn't like the color of my fur, and that was why it hurt so bad when others made fun of me, but Farren made me see the light on that a few days ago. Of course, it did help to hear it from my mom. xd
Anyway, after that talk (which I ended up crying during, which actually made me feel even better to let it out) my mom showed me her wolf pack that I never knew she was a part of! The alphas seems to be the dark blue wolf Pyromia and his silver-striped sister, Kouya no Kiku. The younger betas include the silver fox-marked Gingitsune, the pastel Tensui, and the male that looks like the moon, Mikadzuki. They were all so friendly, although Mikadzuki never spoke. Tensui was so playful, I've really taken a liking to her!
Well, I should get going. It's time for lunch, and I need to remind my mother to feed me. She always forgets!
With that, Amethyst closes her softening book, slipping the pen into the binding, and swiftly hops off the bed to the living room where MoogerMint was slumbering.

As she began seeking the help of the more powerful Wolven Archon leaders, Kohenkyo and Xu, she wrote another entry in her diary as she went:
Entry 4: I am starting to feel something I never had before. It's hard to explain, but I don't seem to want to go to my mother for help. I saw a dragonfly flutter off into the distance, and I felt like I wanted to go with it for a while. But I don't want to leave! What is it that I'm feeling? I'm so confused... Maybe Kohenkyo or Xu can help, but I don't know how I'm going to find them. I only know what Kohenkyo looks like....
She closes the binding, a sigh escaping her lips as she continues on her search.

Amethyst sits down comfortably on the branch she's been observing from. She grabs her diary out from the front pocket of her backpack that she took when she left home. She opens it up and clicks a pen out to write upon the blank pages.
Entry 5: I have talked to Xu and Ko, and they told me that the feelings that I was experiencing were my instincts to put me on my quest to become an adult. I don't know whether I should feel unhappy or glad at these turn of events. The only other adult I've seen around is Xu!
Along the same track of mind, I have also told my mother about what they said. After a brief conversation, she concluded that it was ultimately my choice to make, and I bit the bullet and went for it. Am I making a mistake? What will happen once I become one? Will I be looked at differently? Maybe they'll stop teasing me once they've found out what I've become.
As of right now, I am searching for someone that would be kind enough to give me one of their feathers, but I don't know of anyone that would do that besides Farren! And Xu and Ko told me that it would be best if I didn't take one from him, since he's on a quest of his own. I guess that means I won't be alone?
This is going to be a long night...
The words trail from there as Amethyst sighs, looking up at the darkening sky. Who would she ever find?

MoogerMint hastily walks back and forth, gathering materials for Amethyst's trip. Amethyst, a bit dizzy by this back-and-forth motion, whips out her diary as Moogz continues to grab changes of clothes and essentials.
Entry 6: My mother has not settled down one bit since I had showed her the feather Gunner had given me. It's rather amusing! At first I thought she was going to break down, but she seems a bit... nervous that I might not have everything I need when I go to Ko and Xu for the final step to my evolution.
Earlier, I had been scouting out in the forest all night, and I didn't even notice when I fell asleep last night. But when I woke up, I found my brother! I haven't seen him in... well, too long! He was so nice to me when I had asked him about me turning into an adult, but that's just how he is, and I shouldn't have been surprised when he said that he'd accept me for who I was, no matter what I had looked like.
When he had so gratiously given me one of his wing feathers when I told him what my quest was, we made a new friend who landed on our branch while we were talking. She said she was okay when she awoke, but I was still worried. She was a dark red-and-black coloration and she had a fuzzy critter that was the same color of dark red. She said her name was Karsaa and the fuzzy 'Fazzle' was named Karsei. Before I could get to know them better, I had to leave for home though. The sun was setting, and I had to get home before it got dark. I just hope they don't take my abrupt leave the wrong way...
Amethyst's entry leaves at that cliffhanger as MoogerMint calls her over to help her pack and ask her if she was forgetting anything. Of course, Amethyst was all too happy to oblige, for this was going to be her last interaction with her foster mother as her child instead of her guardian.

MoogerMint enters Amethyst's room, though she stands still at the doorway to admire the little Archon's possessions. She strides in gingerly, as if the floor were sacred and comes to the Archon's bedside. She straightens it out, as she had been doing every day since the young one had gone. Something catches her eye, however, and upon inspection she realizes Amethyst had left her diary. Moogz fingers it delicately, picking up the worn leather diary carefully and opening it to see how much she had written in it, but refused to read what she had written. She smiles as she notices how much she used the little booklet, grateful that she had enjoyed it so much. Closing it, she takes out a little yellow lined piece of paper and begins to write the Archon a letter: MoogerMint's note to Amethyst Sweet Ame ~
I hope you have been doing well, but by the time you read this you might have told me everything about your journey. The days have been increasingly difficult without your cheerful smile to brighten my day, but I'm slowly getting used to the fact that you're gone for a limited amount of time and will be back soon enough. Many things have been happening while you've been away, though I haven't seen your friends around much.
I have adopted a new sister for you, though it was partially because of the empty atmosphere around here. Her name is Thenyl and she comes from an orphanage known as "Tahnee." I really believe you two will get along just great. She reminds me of you, in some ways, but you should know nobody could ever take your place. She is not a replacement, but merely helping me get through these difficult times. When you have returned, it will be better than before, I guarantee it.
I wish you lots of luck and love in the days to come, and a bright future for us all. Although your body may change, you will forever be my sweet little girl and always fill your own special spot in my heart, no matter what may happen. I hope you never forget this, because nothing can stand in the way of my love for you. Nothing.
~Your forever mother heart With the last of the lead placed upon the paper, she places the sheet upon the Archon's diary for her to read when she returns. Hopefully, she thought, that would come fairly soon.

MoogerMint watches as her newly-grown daughter plays around with two new friends, names Chrono and Shylyn. Although they are younger than Amethyst, they seem to accept her fully as one of them. Moogz grins, remembering the days when Amethyst would come home almost every day, drenched in tears and emotionally scarred by other Archon's mocking banter over the color of her fur. Prejudice was always the worst concept for the young pink Archon, and it finally seemed as though she were gaining the respect she so dearly deserved.
Eyes wide, MoogerMint realized that Amethyst had dropped her diary when she had bounded off in the game of tag with the two other Archon youths and her step-sister. Smiling, she reeled in the leather-bound book and stored it away in a pouch for safe-keeping. She would hand it back when the days vigorous activities were retired and they headed back to their cottage for the night.

Amethyst takes the diary in both hands, staring at it in the darkness of her room with a wide grin sprawled along her face. Leaning over, she turned on her bedside lamp, making sure everyone was asleep, and flopped onto her stomach to write in the book.
Entry 7: Wow, it seems like forever since I've seen my journal! Just today I came back from my quest, and boy was I surprised to know I have a sister! She seems so soft-spoken, but outgoing nonetheless. I think we are going to get along just fine. As for my mom, she was beyond happy to see me! I knew she would be, seeing as we have gone through so much together within the past year. I was almost embarrassed to show myself to her, because I have changed so much. I was glad she even could recognize me! Heh...
Not only did I meet my new sister, but I also made two new friends! There names are Chrono and Shylyn, and they are so much fun to be around! I was a little unsure at first, because it was the first time I have ever "looked down" at an archon child. It made me feel far too old, or I guess more my age. It doesn't feel like I've changed so much on the inside, but looking back at how I was before I can see that I have.
We played Tag, and it was so much fun, though I was having a bit of trouble controling my body. I'm not used to such long legs! We played for a long time, but stopped when Chrono almost got hurt. The branch me and him were on broke, but I broke his fall by grabbing him. It was sort of embarrassing! I really hope to see them again; they were so much fun to be around.
Glancing at the clock as she finished, she realized it was getting late. MoogerMint was letting her bedtime slide because she had just come home and was now an adult, but she didn't want to push her luck. Setting the journal aside, she switched off the light, curled up, and fell asleep with a grin on her face.

Group Congregation: Part 1 Shop RP Marauder#5 *Mynik had stayed near the area where she'd met the children archons. She had wanted to stay and watch them, and she did, but it wasn't long before she fell asleep, leaned back against a tree. Now, her head drooped to the side as she snoozed, and her right arm rested on her bent right knee. In that hand, she barely grasped a small hunting knife that she had "borrowed" from Mara.* MoogerMint Amethyst sat meditating in her -- and her mother's -- favorite field of flowers, eyes closed but still open to her surroundings. It had been so long since she has seen anyone, as her and her mother and adopted sister went on a small trip to get away from it all. But now that they were back, she found herself deeply desiring to see all her friends again. She wondered what they had been up to while she was gone. Would they even still remember her? She shook her head, smiling, " Of course they would. They wouldn't just up and forget about me!" " Ameee!!!" Amethyst's head jerked from her thoughts as she turned to find Thenyl racing towards her, arms outstretched. " Ame, lets go find Chrono and Shylyn! I wanna play with them again!" Amethyst smiled, chuckling. " Then, we just got back! I have no idea where they are right now. Settle down!" Thenyl, ever since they had gotten used to eachother's constant company, was quite the little bundle of energy. She wouldn't stop talking about their new friends and how much she wanted to play tag with them again, or wanted to play with Amethyst. Thenyl kneeled down in front of Amethyst with her hands together, pleading. " Please?" she begged, a spark of mischief twinkling in her eyes. Amethyst laughed. " Alright, Thenyl! Alright! But I can't guarantee we'll find them," she said, rising to her feet and brushing the dirt from her skirt. " Besides, I'd like to see them too." Shadow_windstars Shylyn was curled in a small ball of feathers and purple white fur sleeping peacefully. Her ears twitched the sun warming her making her nap all the more enjoyable. Chrono lazed on a rock chewing on a piece of grass feet moving back and forth as he hummed in a bored sort of way. Mystica Hashi ::Farren blinked as he walked about the area. He caught a familiar scent: Mynik's. Wondering what that girl was up to, Farren followed until he came upon her. She was sleeping peacefully against a tree. In the background, some archon children were playing. Farren shook his head then went toward her. Sitting down beside her, he watched her sleep. Farren couldn't keep the warm smile off of his lips:: Marauder#5 Mynik twitched in her sleep as she subconciously sensed a new presence near her. The hand that grasped the small knife tightened its grip instinctively. It wasn't long before her eyes opened and her concious mind realised there was someone next to her. She instantly lept to her feet and had the knife in a better attack position. Her eyes had just composed themselves to be cold and hard before she recognized the face she was threatening. The archon instantly relaxed and her expression softened. She sighed in relief and sagged back to sit on the ground. "Farren..." Her voice was exasperated, but her face showed her actual joy at seeing his face. She slid the knife back into the sheath that was laid on the ground. Without thinking, Mynik wrapped an arm around Farren neck and smiled at him as she nuzzled his cheek. "Hey handsome." Dice Witch Arandar began to move forward again to escape the wrath of his caretaker and her first aid kit. He moved swiftly through the trees, despite the break in his plant-like wings. A grin was set on his face, a playful game was all he saw this as. He leapt over a log, rushing past Mynik and Farren without even noticing them. Dice was shaking a rusted box with a red cross on it in the air as she comically chased after her adoptive son, screaming his name. She looked like an angry matron, leaping over the same log and then leaping at Arandar. Both went down in a mess of green fur and feathers, kicking up dust and brush as they both struggled for the upper hand, in the end Arandar's larger form was pinned by his 'mother' who had the first aid box slammed into his chest. He grinned sheepishly as his ears dropped. Oh, he was in trouble now. Ascended or not, hell hath no wrath like a woman's scorn. "It's just a minor break, I can fly it off!" Arandar reasoned, stretching out his wings behind him and showing the shattered branch within their leafed-depths. Dice didn't look pleased with this; she reached for the wing and violently snapped the broken branch back into place. Arandar winced as she wrapped it again, taping it much tighter this time. Dice slowly rolled off the Archon, who got up to brush his fur off. "I only want what's best for you." Dice winked, grinning much like a cat that had it's prey underfoot. Marauder#5 Mynik raised an eyebrow at the sound of shouts, and turned her head just in time to see the forest archon rush right at, then past her and Farren. She coughed lightly at the dust that was kicked up. Not even before said dust had time to clear, there was another whoosh of air as the archon's apparent caretaker rushed past. She caught sight of a red cross and almost instantly comprehended the situation, having seen similiar scenes performed many times before. They always ended the same way. You can't escape your mother. Mynik laughed softly as the "battle" took place, and the caretaker came out as the winner, as predicted. Dice Witch Arandar flexed his bandaged wing, then his other. He looked as if he was about to take off- right when his caretaker's arms clamped down on his flight appendages. More tape followed right after, binding them together and effectively grounding the Archon. "The hell!? What's this for?" Arandar demanded, looking very, very miffed at this. "You'll never heal unless you stop flying for a few days. Sit down, go play with your flowers or something." Dice said offhandedly, closing the first aid kit. Arandar flattened his ears against his head with an angry expresson. Shadow_windstars SHylyn looked up from her nap eyes wide at the noise her eyes blinked see a cloud of dust and she stood next to her sitting up brother. "What do you think is going on?" She questioned. "I think his owner was trying to fix something cause their was a first aid kit." He blinked. "I think. Lets go asked Mynik and Farren."He pushed of the rock walking to the older Archon tugging her arm. "What going on?"HE asked. Shylyn nodded behind him. "What happened?" Marauder#5 Mynik looked to the young archons with an amused expression still on her face. "Arandar got in trouble..." She could barely hold back a snicker as she spoke. "I think he got a cut or something and now his human is making him rest so it can heal." She paused for a moment before adding in a slight whisper, "Mothers ALWAYS win." Shadow_windstars Shylyn nodded. "Shadda won when she brought me home Chrono didn't like me at first." Chrono glared at her. "I like you know how that." He grumbled blue eyes slanting and tackle his slightly youngersibbling to the ground. Shylyn epped and laugh as they got into a wrestling match. "I'm going to win and pin you down Chrono!" She called playfully. Marauder#5 Mynik smiled softly and shifted her wings which were held tightly against her back as she remembered times when she used to wrestle with playmates that Mara had found for her. A sigh escaped her chest, and she leaned back against the tree she sat under, watching Shylyn and Chrono. After all, you never know when a fight could go too far. Shadow_windstars Shylyn epped as Chrono bit her gently causing her to get away from him. "That wasn't fair." She grumbled. Chrono rubbed his eye. "You hit me in the eye don't tell me what fair." He looked up at Mynik. "Do you want to play a game of tag?" He asked. Shylyn grinned. "PLease?" Dice Witch Arandar crossed his arms and huffed, Dice packing up any fallen medical supplies and happily bounding off. The Archon tugged on his bandages with a clawed hand, but he knew very well that he couldn't remove him. He was grounded for now, and he'd have to resort to climbing to get those darned mushrooms that grew high in the treetops. Flexing his shoulders and arms to stretch them out, he picked up his 'staff' that he had dropped when running from his mother. The staff had a handle a little above where the middle should be, and two notches at the top and the bottom. It could be easily strung to become a longbow- but the pullback was well over 60 pounds. Arandar would need to exersize more to use it effectivly. Glancing at the other Archons, he fought to keep from blushing. His pride had been smashed. ((For those who don't know bows, the pullback weight is how many pounds of force it takes to pull the string back. I shoot on a 30lb. Hunting bows range from 60-120.)) Marauder#5 Mynik nodded and was about to accept the children's invitation, when she stole one last glance at Arandar, then at Farren. An idea hatched in her head. "I will, but tag's not much fun with just three people. I wish the boys would play too..." Her voice trailed off and she put on a look of wistfulness as she looked first at Farren, then at Arandar. "Pleeease?" She put on a good act, but could barely keep from snickering through the 'mask' of pleading.

Group Congregation: Part 2 Shop RP MoogerMint Amethyst led the excited Thenyl through the forest, following only a faint smell she found that could be days old. Amethyst had to keep reminding her 'sister' that they might not find Chrono and Shylyn, but Thenyl took that as a challenge and game as she was led by her own instincts. After about a half an hour of searching, Amethyst sighed and turned to Thenyl. " Then, I don't think--" " There they are!" Thenyl interrupted, squealing as she ran out into the open towards the two young Archons. " Well, I'll be..." she murmured, smiling. She didn't realize how close they were to finding them. Quickly following her antsy sister, Amethyst called to the two youngsters, " Shylyn! Chrono! There you are! We've been looking for you two!" Thenyl, however, wasted no time in getting to the point. " Wanna play?" she asked, bouncing slightly. Amethyst giggled and shook her head, not minding a little 'getting away' herself. Almost immediately, Ame noticed the small grouping of Archons and smiled at the others. " Quite the little party we have here, eh?" she said with a toothy grin, holding her hand out to Mynik and Farren. " I'm Amethyst, and this is my sister, Thenyl. Pleasure to meet you!" Thenyl whipped around as her name was mentioned, smiling sheepishly at her own ignorance. (( Sorry it took so long to answer. The person I go to for the internet was away for a week on family business. ^.^; )) Shadow_windstars Chrono grinned. "Now we have a other for tag. Two if Amethyst want's to play with us. Please." He added tugging on her. "IT be fun with more people." Shylyn hugged Thenyl tightly with a giggle. "Glad your back here." She said tail wagging. "We're planning on playing tag with Mynik and perhaps Farren if he ever saids he intrested." MoogerMint Amethyst giggled at Chrono. " Sure, why not? Tag would be fun," she replied with a grin. Thenyl smiled up at her sister, happy that she was willing to play with them. She wasn't usually so energetic around her, so was there something about Shylyn and Chrono that made her feel... happy? She snapped out of her thoughts as Shylyn came charging headlong into Thenyl. She laughed as she gripped the archon by the shoulders, hugging her in return. " I'm glad to be back, I missed you so much! I'd be glad to play with you!" Amethyst turned her gaze to Mynik and Farren gently. She knew Farren right off the bat as the first friend she ever made. He was the one that helped her get over the fact that others made fun of the color of her fur. It made her smile as she remembered him saying that her fur was lovely. A true friend indeed. The other she had met only briefly, but it seemed to her that she was very close to Farren. Was there something between the two? Well, if Farren trusts her, I have no reason not to, she thought to herself, smiling to Mynik. Shadow_windstars Chrono grinned. "Alright then. Mynik is it!" He called and bolted out into the open before the others could react. He love the fill of earth under his feet just the thrill of running inpaticular. Shylyn ears pereked before she bolted to towards the side. "Come on Thenyl Mynik is it. YOu don't want to get caught by her do you?" She called laughing.

Amethyst and Thenyl came home bushed. MoogerMint eyed them at her chair where she was reading a book, wondering what they had been up to. After Amethyst told them she was going to bed, she hopped on her bed and collapsed, face on her pillow. After a while struggling to breathe without moving, she turned her head toward her bedside table and spotted her journal. Sitting up, she snatched it up and began scribbling writing on a free page.
Entry 8: Wow, what a day! It seemed like everyone was there today, at the forest's edge. I met Arandar and Mynik while me and Thenyl looked for Chrono and Shylyn. She was psyched to go play with them again, and to tell you the truth I was too. They help me keep the child active inside me. I also wanted to make sure Chrono was all right after his fall, but I pretty much broke it for him.
Seeing Mynik so close by Farren's side made me wonder how close they really are. It forced me away from my child side into reality, telling me how things were going to be changing. For better or for worse, I don't know yet, and it made me realize how much I wanted to believe things would stay the same. But things are going to change, I know this. I just hope I don't lose anyone to it...
Amethyst sighs, her entry going from a happy note to a contemplative one, sadness tinting the words. She stayed still for a few moments before snapping the booklet shut and setting it back onto the shelf, turning out the light, and falling asleep.
