Sammy hadn't intended to do this honestly, however his usual arrogance and superiority complex taunted her into it. It was begging to be done so she took a chance and won.

Even as he shouted at her, even as the pillow flew she began to move, the slow burn of the mark etching into her left shoulder, not on the chest, but just above where her usualy sleeveless shirts showed her flesh. Slowly etching it's way in, it wasn't a loss, it was a win.

The pillow was smacked aside, quick for an undead, she wasn't a shambling stiff corpse by a long shot like he always claimed. Standing up she started after him. "You, are the last answer. Everyone is the last answer. See no matter how powerful you think you are there is a small sliver, a small chance, that when you die outside of Halloween, your fear gets corrupted, twisted, you get destroyed so horribly that your Core becomes broken, you become undead. You forget everything about your past life and become one of us."

Grabbing her books she continued after him, "You see TG, you think I'm stupid, I know demons, I'm friends with them, and unlike you who would never once step foot in a class about undead's culture, I've been studying demons. It looks good on a transfer for becoming a boogiemen that I know about all the races. Including the one that so loves to hate on me."

His claws were holding to the railing as he climbed up on the third step, making his way through a series of pulling himself up on the railing and also puffing into smoke to the next step one by one. It was not a fast way up, but it was the safety way for him else he risked falling back and breaking a horn – or his neck.

"I'd let ravenous dragons tear me apart if I came back as that." He said, refusing to believe he could ever come back as one. A undead imp to him just sounded disgusting.

He hated how quickly she could catch up to him and how easily she took the steps one at a time. He tried making his way up the steps faster, but after a few series of smoke transferring from one step to the next, he was winded and had to pull himself up to the last stop before taking a breather.

"Just cause you.." He panted. "…can read, doesn't make you a expert….on demons." He felt a little dizzy and leaned on the wall. "Those books don't make you a know-it-all." Once he felt a little better, he pushed off the wall and started to head towards his room.

"I don't take undead classes because I have a billion other more IMPORANT things to learn. The only undeads I'm ever going to see are the ones holding my luggage." And that was true. He had not seen or met undeads directly unless they were vampires of high esteem, and anything else were left to other wings and servant quarters and routines he did not directly come into contact with. They were taught not to directly address him, and he was taught likewise to ignore them. He did not feel that learning about them would do anything for him in life other than take up valuable memory.

He finally arrived to his room. The door was modified to have two door handles, one for normal height and one for his. The lock was down at the doorknob for him, and he unlocked his door before opening it. Then he turned and went to slam the door on Sammy's face as hard as he could. Like he said before, he wasn't letting a undead just walk around in his room.

"Sorry rule one, no dying less I personally crush you during this period." She followed up the steps at a slow pace, for every scrambling step he took her boots took one slow lazy step thundering on the wood behind him. "Doesn't make me an expert, sure makes me more intelligent then you since you can't read a contract."

Still she followed after him as he went towards his room it was a slow pace for her and rather boring really. Almost sad seeing him scramble so much, "For someone who can vanish using his fear you move entirely too slow." When they finally reached the door he would find it didn't shut instead slamming into one solid boot lifted in the air to catch it flat.

"Ah ah, room inspections, your going to open that door nice and wide and accept your fate. I'm coming in and we're going to have a little talk about your first few tasks. I have other stuff I need to do and having you around for a week is going to free up a bit of my time again."

He glared at the boot that stopped the door, and he continued to open and close the door once...twice...three times on her foot to try and nudge it away. It did not work.

"I can't go faster than how I normally move." He huffed at her to explain the transporting. "And it's better when I move up. We can't all be FREAKISHLY tall." He said, eyes going up the boot, the leg and then the body to glare up at Sammy's face. "It also uses up Fear." Which meant he got tired. "But I guess your stupid book doesn't tell you everything."

He tried slamming the door again, more out of spite than actually trying to get her out of his room. "And I CAN READ A CONTRACT!" It was insulting that someone would say that to him when he spent the time since he could read being given paperwork by his fathers and tutored on how to read fine print. He just....got excited.

He never got to sign a contract like that before.

Now he felt stupid because of it.

Knowing he couldn't get her away, he threw the door and turned, moving back into his room. "Then shut the door. I don't want anyone seeing you in here, and it causes a draft."

TG's room was one designed for insulating heat. The place was like most demon rooms. Well furnished and lavish. A large bed surrounded with thick curtains stood at one end, and dressers and various nightstands, tables, and bookshelves lined the wall. The bookshelves were filled with various documents with long, boring titles, while another bookshelf just held various magazines all neatly organized and still in their sleeves. Against these were modified stairs, ladders, and stepstools with wheels that could be moved, all made of lacquered wood or detailed metal. At one end of the room was a large fireplace, currently burning with several heated stones and wood, and it crackled as it rushed a wave of heat over the room.

Strangely, one wall was devoid of any pictures or decorations and only held two massively TV monitors which weren't on. There were no chairs or seats in front of these monitors but a large space devoid of anything but a detailed carpet.

Taking off his coat, TG set it on a small coat rack that was divided between higher racks for people with normal height coats and the smaller rungs for his coats. Without his coat, he was wearing a soft, grey-woven sweater, and a pair of small, bat-like wings poked out.

"CreeeeaaaakkkkkK!!!" A flapping of wings and soon a exotic cockatrice flew over from her guided perch to land beside TG and glare up at the zombie entering the room. Body puffed and neck stretched, the bird-minipet opened it's beak to a set of sharp teeth and shrieked at the ghoul.

"Shh. Annabel. It's okay." He assured the minipet, scratching the feathers of her back to get her to be quiet. She rustled her feathers and puffed up, preened, and then flew away to another perch - which there were many around the room.

A cycorgi was sleeping by the door in a closed kennel. A large bowl of water was beside it. It woke up at the shrieking and, upon seeing Sammy, got up and bounded to the ghoul, racing around her heels and jumping up and down for pets.

TG moved to a cabinet in the small kitchen were many jars of brightly colored candies were, and took out a lollipop. Putting it in his mouth, he moved to the large couch and hopped up. The couch was overflowing with cushions, a few that fell to the ground, and TG got comfortable as he looked at her. He took the lollipop out and pointed at her. "Well. Get on with it." He wasn't going to welcome her in.

Annabel flew over to land at the back of the couch and started to preen. The Cycorgi would follow Sammy to wherever she went, begging to be petted as it panted.

The door bounced off her boot, over and over, she stood like a statue in the awkward stance, hands tucked in her jacket pockets, books under one arm, one foot half cocked holding the door open each time he tried to slam it with as much force as his tiny body could muster.

"Manage it better. You spend too much fear on your presentation, you make enough smoke to give a human lung cancer." She snapped her fingers making a tiny purple flame that suddenly flashed bigger before cutting back down. "No wonder you're still a first year, you spend so much time being a noisy little brat instead of learning anything the school could teach you."

Once inside she took a look around frowning at the fireplace, it was just above room code, bigger then any other she had seen, but then again most demons had bribed their rooms be modified. The school usually turned a blind eye to this so as long as no one was hiding a small torture dungeon behind their dresser she was letting it slide.

She hadn't taken more then one step when a small cyorgi came running up. Without missing a beat she scooped the minipet up and started to spoil it with scritches and pets, leaving her books on a small table by the door.

"The fire place is illegal but I'd have to report half the dorms for post modifications. The school likes the extra money so I let it slide," this she declared openly, moving past the book shelves she noticed one was entirely dedicated to Hornz. "You're taste in... literature, is poor." What? She had a thing for ghouls with ears and tails, not horns okay?

Finally she stopped at a pile of papers raising an eyebrow, scams, schemes illegal gambling. "Now this on the other hand," she picked up a page reading through the details of the general plan, "We reach an impass imp. We could... bring this to the school board, or we could do like demons do and make another deal..."

TG was chewing on his lollipop which fit fully into his large mouth, and was watching her move with half-interest. His room was safe, at least he thought so. So he made a few adjustments for comfort. Who didn't? As for the comment on his reading material, he only smiled.

"You're just jealous you're figure sucks." He retorted back. As a demon, he did like other demons, but all their hornz had to be smaller than his. A ghoul with bigger horns than him was just...awkward. They should be bigger elsewhere, like in the chest, the a**, and have long, slender legs. That was a real ghoul.

Even if Anna wasn't one...and she was slender, didn't have a big chest, and rather lank.....he didn't mind though. She still had things he liked.

She liked him.

She was soft.

Ghouls were nice when they were soft.

He was squeezing a cushion to his chest in thought when his eyes slowly traveled to what Sammy was talking about before they popped open wide.

Standing up, he nearly choked on his lollipop. "THOSE ARE PRIVATE!" He shouted, completley forgetting he left his plans on his desk. He hadn't expected company after all. Mainly because he didn't know anyone to ask over. DAMNIT! He forgot about all of those!

Standing on the couch, he watched the ghoul hold the papers up, his Cycorgi lapping at her hand and drooling, and cringed. Jack.

"What? I'm not making another contract with you." He looked at the papers in her hands. He wanted them back on his desk. They were not for her eyes to see. He didn't like people looking at his brainstorming until it was nicely polished and perfect.

The pages were filled with expenses for each part of the project, projected costs, paperwork needed, zoning laws he could avoid, a map of the campus with certain areas circled, along with various wonky doodles in the margins. The lists were neat and orderly, but the doodles were all over the place.

She wanted something. "What are you even after?" Whatever it was, it sounded expensive.

He hoped off the couch and walked over. Once to the desk, he climbed up the chair, up to the desk and then stood on it. "Give me them." Even with his hands up, he couldn't reach them.

He hated tall people.

"I'm a well endowed ghoul up top, toned legs and nice hips. I'm sorry my ghoulfriend would argue that I'm very well built. Besides, hornz aren't fun, fuzzy ears and tails to tug and tease are what you should look at."

Or skirts. Skirts where awesome to flip.

Finally he was on the desk ranting and raving at her, she simply stood by looking at him skeptically, "Money, I need three thousand seeds to get my passport as a student, the schools funding for me is hardly that generous so I need the extra money. And more after that.... assuming you don't want this reported."

She didn't however, hand over the paper.

TG stopped trying to reach on his tiptoes when she started talking about the merits of certain ghoul body parts. Settling, he looked at her, one large eyebrow going up in confusion. Why was she talking about this? Most ghouls would slap him by now.

Ghoulfriend.

Call him thick-headed, but TG had not put 2 and 2 together fully, and while he knew and teased Sammy about this mysterious ghoulfriend, he forgot a important fact. Sammy liked ghouls.

Oh.

Crossing his arms and trying not to fluster at this idea, he shook his head. "Fuzzy ears are gross. Why would I want to bite someone who has dog ears. Slender, large ears are better, and tails are just a given. Additional appendages are always nice, especially with wings." As long as the wings weren't too big.

His own, small wings flapped at the thought.

I'm having a talk about ghouls with a ghoul. This is weird. Weird but...not bad.

His thoughts were interrupted when Sammy came out with what she wanted, and TG jumped back, looking up at her as if she said she was about to cut off his horns. "3 Thousand seeds?!! Why do you think I just have that sort of cash just lying around to give to the likes of you?!"

3 thousands seeds for a passport?! That was nuts! The Boogiemen sure were robbing people blind. He bet their paperwork was amazing.

He sort of felt tingly just thinking of whatever clauses they might have.

Looking up at her, he crossed his arms, trying to regain his composure. 3 thousand seeds.

"What makes you think I would give you that? I have my own expenses to cover." He had fathers who had set monthly quotas for him. He had loans with high interest. He had - expectations that were even higher and more costly than those.

He tried not to glance at the two large monitors on the wall.

"Why do you even think I have plans like that? I need my own dough. Why not ask your ghoulfriend for the money?" He leaned on the back of his desk, looking at her.

Then he smiled. "Could always take a loan from the bank." He knew two rather well.

"Fuzzy ears are sensative, good for petting, biting, scratching, well I don't get to play with them anymore, but I like my ghoulfriend plenty enough." It was on thing that they had in common, though neither would admit it, it was making for a decent conversation.

"yes. Three thousand." She started to fold his notes up tucking them into her jacket pocket, evidence for later. Rather, blackmail if you wanted to call it by it's real name. "I think you'll give it to me now because of our little arrangement the contract? You do what I say. Otherwise the plan B is I hold onto these little notes and report you. Or we keep quiet and we both make money."
PostPosted: Mon Jul 07, 2014 5:57 pm

He looked at her, his complexion going a bit paler.

Three thousand. How did he explain that in his ledger? His fathers looked at his expense reports each month to monitor how he was making a profit to see if he was succeeding in his goals.

He had to make a profit - not more expenses. His investments in other companies weren't that fruitful to just allow a expense like that without being harmed. He had been doing well - and now he was going to be set back.

His fathers would know. They would see it.

His eyes went to the papers Sammy was tucking into her jacket.

But if he got poor marks in school, his fathers would also know. If he got any bad markings against his reputation and good standing, that was also seen as a expense with those in the same circle and society. He had to be a good student too.

Twisting his sweater, he looked at Sammy and knew that pleading with her wouldn't work - not that he would allow himself to do that. Not to a undead.

"I don't see how this will both make up money." He grumbled, before looking down and to the side. She had him by the metaphorical balls, and it hurt.

"...fine. Just....let me cash some stocks."

He looked down, glaring at the desk top he stood on. "I'll have it by tomorrow."

He screwed up a contract, left his plans out in the open to be discovered, and now he was being blackmailed.

He was the dumbest, worst demon in existence. He let a undead trick a imp.

Sammy continued to watch him and for a moment her face seemed to break, the stern look turning slightly disappointed at the whole situation, apparently not all demons where complete money bags and she finally hit a point that bothered him indeed.

"It will if you put half the effort you do into being a racist p***k into your plot you might do it." Again she looked at him rolling her purple burning eyes. "Not tomorrow you jacking idiot, you can pay it out later. Post contract. The contract binds you now, but right here, what i have in my jacket, will ensure you hold up this deal later down the road."
PostPosted: Mon Jul 07, 2014 6:13 pm

"I thought you said now?" He said, not sure why she was allowing him time. Anyone smart would get what they could now while the blackmail was still fresh or risk a demon weasling out of it - as TG hoped to do.

Still, if he DID have to pay her, a extended period allowed him to plan and see if he could somehow juggle numbers and make it seem that a small amount of funds from his ledger were expenses to the side and less traceable than one large sum? Could he mask the small deductions without hsi fathers catching on? Surely he could manage just a few seeds here and there. Still, 3 thousand was a lot to demand, and it was hard to take that out without the quarterly reports pointing out something was amiss. He only needed to see about increasing his profits enough to make the total deductions seem smaller.

He bite a claw, thinking this all over in his head before looking at her. "You need to set a deadline so I can know. I need to know what I'll be working with if I have to pay you that ridiculous amount." Or maybe seeing if he could somehow fun her stupid expense in a way that wouldn't take from his account.

As he considered this, he then looked at her jacket. Then again, if he got his papers, he wouldn't have to pay anyone.

These were all things to consider.

He looked back at her. "Is that it?" If so, he didn't need her in his room anymore. Every moment she was here was proving to be a danger to him and his bank account.

It was the little things that proved how different they where, here she had all the power in the world yet she hadn't fully taken advantage of it yet. She didn't need to really, she had a whole week of it in question that could be exploited so why waste it right now?

Let alone why prove his point about Undead being the worst?

"We can discuss the details later, keep it in mind and you might want to consider re working your plans since I'll be holding onto the originals." Walking to the bed she deposited the cyorgi before moving for the door, pausing only to gather her books.

"You'll be at the gym tomorrow. Before classes so early for you. I like to work out early before others wake up and only a few people usually bother to stay up or be around. I have you number, if you don't arrive I will call, or kick the door down."
PostPosted: Thu Jul 17, 2014 6:35 pm

He glared at her and then turned, stepping down from the desk to his chair and down to the floor.

"Fine." He huffed before moving to the door and walking up a set of steps that went alongside the door to push a button. The door swung open.

"Can you leave now? You're stinking up my room." He crossed his arms again and just leaned on the wall, looking away from her.

Sammy moved to the door rolling her shoulders a bit as she moved through.

"Quit belly aching, I burn cold and it keeps the smell down. Cold corpses are way better then warm ones."

Once out the door she kept a foot inside of it turning back, "And remember. Don't be late." With that she removed her foot and left. He could now rage slam his door all he wanted.
