Munch munch munch. That was all that could be heard as the little prema-kit Choji ate his way through this that and the other. For whatever reason this little kit was always hungry and always on the move to eat something new. He had heard that there was some rare herb up here and thought it would make a yummy snack.

Korbe had heard rumors of something rare being up these mountains and had known lots of other premas had been up this way. Indrani wasn't certain why she was here, did she want to grow up. It was a pretty hard journey up here but she knew she at least had to try. If it was fate then she'd be an adult if not, well then she'd have her answer on was it just a fluke that she was a kit. She just wished she didnt have to try searching during daylight hours but it would make the herb easier to see right? Nasaiki Success! Indrani finds and consumes a Jumpstart Herb. Frostbite was looking for his cap it had fallen off while he was rolling in the flowers. He hadn’t meant to loose it things just happened that way. He nibbled his paw and hopped that maybe he would find it soon. It wasn’t like there were other foxes around to steal it but he had that cap forever and didn’t want to loose it now of all times. it was near dark when he found it, but it was stuck on something.. Just five minutes of peace and quiet. Was that really too much to ask? Paige had been driving him up a wall for long now that Prophy wasn’t on a search to find anything other than a nice place to hide for a few days. Really the phim had no idea she was just the chattiest fox on the world? Apparently not. Now she was gushing over the idea of finding a mate or something silly like that and prophy couldn’t take it anymore it was bad enough being treated like a kit all the time because of his size but now he had to listen to that ding bat go on and on when he really should just be able to find a place to live on his own, but that was to hard because he was so small. Chander was on his first ever solo treasure hunt since he was adopted my Merrill and Lyra. He was looking for something to make him grow of course then he could go on even bigger and grander adventures. So far none of the plants in this area were what he was looking for and something he had eaten didn’t quite agree with him. Rolling onto his side he heard his stomach gurgle loudly in protest while he contemplated. Adventuring was hard work and something wasn’t very fun. But he was still going to try.

There was no one around at all. It was lonely and bothersome like this which was why Lily knew she wasn’t gonna stay here. She wanted to have someone to play with and cuddle and most of all get her what ever she wanted! Really now if she was bigger more foxes would listen to her of that she was certain.

This land was so different from Kemet it was scary. It was true there was lots of plant life like around the oasis but here it was so cold and Io was so miserable. She was trying to hard to find this elusive plant to grow up and be big like her mothers and other siblings. She also wanted to find it so she could show off to her sister. Sniffling she kept pawing through the flowers wishing she felt better. Right now she thought maybe the cold made her sick.

Till had no idea what kind of herbs she was looking for only that she had heard a story about a magical one and that seemed like a good thing to get. She had a lot of flowers now in a bouquet to bring back home provided she could sneak quietly with them all. After all a little kit with a lot of flowers always seemed to make for an easy target so she liked to be a stealthy as possible when out alone.Reoakee Success! Yawning he woke up from his nap. The air was clear and chill so he thought he really had start hunting now if he was going to find a decent supper scurrying about. He headed toward the flowers checking for signs of moles or chipmunks. He had seen a few rabbit tracks earlier but if it was a big enough rabbit he didn’t want to get thumped.

Twitching at the slightest noise and freezing she worried each time that it was something coming to eat her. That’s why she wanted to grow that’s why it was so important. She didn’t want to be a meal! It wasn’t fair and it wasn’t right to tease her about eating her just because she was so small and looked like a rabbit. She was fox and she knew it, why couldn’t everyone else know it too?

Nix wasn’t lost in the least.. ok maybe a little. He had been trying to cross the mountains and instead had found himself here after a really bad rain storm. Not that it was clear since the flowers and everything here seemed to be doing well enough right now. He smiled taking a deep breath smelling one. He was really lucky so far not to have run anything dangerous as small as he was. Sometimes he wished he was bigger so he didn’t look so fragile all the time. But if he was bigger he might have to bend down to smell the lovely flowers and right now he was at just the right height.

Maha floated along in the air, watching Seeley below her. The clown-like permakit appeared to be searching the grasses for something. "What are you looking for, Seeley," she projected. Her friend looked up and explained that a particular plant grew here. It was really hard to find, but if you found it and ate it you could grow. Maha was curious. She'd been to a lot of places before she started tagging along with Seeley, and knew about a lot of strange things, but she'd never been here before, nor heard of this herb. Supposedly there were other things meant to cause growth, or even stop it, but she assumed all these things were legends. Still, her curiosity was peaked. She lowered her body closer to the ground and drifted off while Seeley continued her search. She peered at the grass below, plucking and interesting strand here or a color piece there, chewing on them all in turn to see if she'd found this "magical" herb.

The journey to this little spot had been a difficult one. If Seeley hadn't been such a practiced wandered, and hadn't had Maha's help, it would have been nigh impossible. Once there, she set about searching for the herb. It wasn't super important to her, the way it might have been to some who journeyed here. She wasn't even sure the place existed. But the tales spun by other permakits who'd made the journey, and even the few adults who insisted that they too had once been a permakit, until they found the magical herb, piqued her curiosity. She had to see the place for herself. Seeley poked around at the tall grasses, Maha's shadow floating above her. The spectral voice of her friend echoed in her skull, querying. "I'm looking for a plant. It's really particular, and only grows around here. That's what the permakits I've met have told me. Anyway, they say that if you can find it, and you eat it, you'll grow to normal size!" Seeley continued poking around. She saw Maha's shadow vanish and, knowing her friend, figured she was giving the search a shot of her own. She wished her luck. It was hard to tell what exactly she was looking for. All she had to go by were descriptions, so she pulled up even the least odd looking piece of foliage in case that was what she needed, nibbling here and there as she did so.jinxgirl5 Success!
