Yep...I have to track my moods. Five times a day...(first waking up, breakfast, lunch, dinner and before I go to bed).

Extremely...it usually reads..."rising from bed: optimistic, breakfast: fine, lunch: fine, dinner: fine, bed: tired"...it's really pointless me keeping one actually.

Mine would be like Waking - pissed off breakfast - happy lunch - apathetic dinner - fine bed - too sleepy to tell

For some reason, this idea popped into my head again. I decided to use my Gaia journal as an "Emotionalog". Hopefully I remember to keep with it, and it helps me in understanding myself better.
