I like both Io and Europa.
Io because of the awesome sulfuric volcanoes! They are so huge that when they erupt some of the ejected sulfuric lava is accelerated to such speeds that it gets projected into space, never falling on the moon again! surprised
And Europa for the possibility of life in the ocean underneath the ice. It is assumed that there is much more water in that ocean, than on the whole Earth!

Mine would also be Io and Europa constantly changing geology and the possibility for life is exciting

Europa and Io, Europa because of its ocean and the posiblity of life and Io because of its volcanos ^^ Its geology is constantly changing and I love that!
