"Huh?" Ita turned slightly, as though she were trying to look away from him, though really she was trying to hear him better.
"Oh, uh... no, I have to do that to see around me," She grinned, whispering back as she pulled her hood back a little to show the cloth over her eyes more as an explanation. "It's a little noisy, but it's great to be able see things at least in some way!" Her grin broadenned into a smile. "You don't have to move or anything, really." She kept her smile. "I kind of like the cold anyway." She shrugged. "Almost like winter snow."

He watched as she displayed her blind eyes. He narrowed his eyes to see them better - His own eyes were made up of frozen liquids rather than a geloten material so it was slightly harder to see through. He nodded as she explained and then offered,
"If you'd like - I could read it to you. I could ask if we could do it outside the classroom so the others aren't disturbed by it." The glow from his skin cooled Ita's explosed flesh - the light was more of a comfortable cold than a bone biting one like how the tempature dropped.
"I'd rather not hinder your studies. My body has a way of doing that to those around me."

"I think that would probably work out better than anything I had in mind," Ita smirked. "I wonder if Mr. Stevens would allow it..." She tilted her head again toward the teacher. She didn't want to disturb class, but it seemed to be the best way to learn here... At least for reading the first chapter. Plus, she didn't want to hear her last name again...

Mr. Stevens stood near the two and glared down at them hatefully. "Yes. I think leaving my class would be a good idea, especially since you can't learn how to be SILENT!" He boomed angrily while jabbing a finger towards the door.
Ea rolled her eyes from behind her hood then closed her book loudly and stood.
"I wasn't speaking to you..." Mr. Stevens growled as she caught his attention. "But I'm sure you knew that already...since you wouldn't be able to interupt my class anyways." He snarled hatefully.
Again she rolled her eyes but this time they were lit brighter than normal. with an unheard sigh she gathered her things. Good lord what crawled up his a** today?! She snarled in her mind then turned towards the door. Honestly! Does he hate EVERYONE?! She continued to rant as she headed towards the door, reaching out her arm and pulling it open.
"Is anyone ELSE going to leave my class?!" Mr. Stevens snarled as he looked around viciously.

Ita tensed at Mr. Steven's angry tone. She braced herself, as though she expected to be hit and slowly took hold of her book. She slid from her desk and snapped her fingers, looking over to the boy she'd been speaking to before carefully, though quickly, making her way to the door.
Ita heard the door open, only then realizing that someone else was leaving as well. She looked up as the door swung open, reaching out her hand to either grab the door to gather her bearings or stop it from hitting her in the face. Instead, her fingertips landed on cloth.

Ea stopped frozen in her tracks, her eye twitching slightly when she felt someone tough her robes. At first she started to defend herself but then reminded herself where she was and decided it better to simply move out of the reach of whoever was touching her.

The cloth moved quickly from under her hand and Ita flushed in embarassment. She jerked her hand the other way, finding the door and stepping outside. Once outside she stopped next to the wall, gently touching it with her hand still.
"I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were there..." Ita grinned appologetically. She was still talking low, Mr. Steven's angry voice still affecting her.

Ea stood silently, looking at the girl as if her touch had burned. She wanted to say something or to at least let her know it was fine but the urge to not use her magic was overpowering. With another silent sigh she shrugged and began to walk past her, finding it ackward to be around someone who couldn't see her when she couldn't speak.

Ita felt the girl's robe brush her arm as she passed. There wasn't aggression in her walk, but still, the girl had said nothing. Ita looked down and sighed, turning her face to the wall a moment, silent and brooding.
Shaking her head quickly, she stood back from the wall and straightenned her posture. After a moment she snapped her fingers, trying to see if the boy in front of her had left the classroom as well. She was warming slightly, though that could have simply been from getting up and moving around.

Out side the hallway there was a light noise of bare feet slapping against the ground, as if someone was running pretty fast and was in a hurry to get to class. But what followed was a bunch of loud heavy foots steps as they tried to catch up with the individual who was running, it seems they were trying to actually catch the man as he ran from them; hoping he be able to get to class first before he was seized by the people chasing him, which seemed to be a few teachers. "STOP THAT BOY!!!" One of them yelled as the young lad finally made it to the class he was running towards, though the passed the people who were standing outside in a blur.
The door to Mr. Stephen's burst open and someone came dashing right through it, though he stopped for a moment when he saw the teacher in all his raging glory. "Whoaexcuseme!" He shouted and jumped back a little bit then crouched down on his hands and legs and started to find a place to sit. "SorryI'llgrabmyseat!" he shouted as he ran around the room, when he got bored of that he started to jump across desks and off chairs hoping to find a spot to sit; the only thing that could be seen of him was his tanned skin and black curly hair. "Heyisthatwhatwearereading?MindfIborrowit?" The lad asked as he snatched a book from a student as he jumped over them and landed on his feet and stopped for a moment. Well the man was about six feet tall with only a pair of jean shorts on as his wardrobe, his body was covered in cuts, scrapes, and scars and his finger nails and toe nails seemed a bit longer than a average human. His eyes though were something totally different, they were shaped like a wolf's and the color was golden brown at least.
"Oooh Offensive Spells I hoped I was going to be able to take this class!" The boy said and was standing still so everybody was able to hear his voice clearly enough, the lad grinned a little as he scratched his head, it seemed he was itchy a little bit. The people who were chasing him came through the doorway as they tried to catch their breaths from the race down the hall. "Sorry Mr. Steven's this boy arrived late today so we decided to let him go to your class first, his name is Dwight Normir of the wolf clan from up north; he actually traveled here to attend school and the reason why we were chasing him is because...well his clothing as you can see he barely has none on him." The others shook their heads light and Dwight just glared at them. "So what’s wrong with that!? I'm not naked you know so you didn't have to bother me about it!" A large grin was on his face as he set the book down on the table. "So what did I miss?" He asked placing his hands on his hips.

Dagoth rose from his seat and grabbed his book, ignoring the angry tone in the Minotaur's voice. As soon as he was but a foot away from his desk it fell into a puddle of wet wood and metalic shards on the floor. He was slower to exit the room than the girl he had talked to but he eventually made it outside - the area around him becoming bitterly cold. The kind of cold that goes through your fat and muscle and straight to your bones. He put his goggles on and sat against the wall just across from the classroom. He opened his book and looked up at the girl. He knew how to control his ice somewhat and so he made its tempature unbalanced to cause crackling noises. He had hoped she could see him.
"Miss," Dagoth said quietly, "I'm just across the hallway." he said this incase the crackling sounds were too soft for her - though he doubted it, "We're on Chapter One correct?" His voice seemed patient and caring, Ice had a way of being either the frostbite cold or the ice cream cold during the summer heat. Right now - He was ice cream.

Ita turned her head slightly, just now hearing the crackling noises. She turned her sight to the opposite side of the hallway as the boy spoke.
Miss, I'm just across the hallway. We're on Chapter One correct?"
Ita kept her smile, "Yes, that's what Mr. Stevens said," She sighed, grinning appologetically. "Sorry about that by the way... He doesn't seem like a very nice teacher."
Hearing the footsteps coming down the hall, Ita froze. They were coming at her, way too fast for her liking! She could see the feet hitting the stone floor and she dodged toward the opposite side of the hall, her hands connecting with the wall to break her momentum. She watched the student and the teachers follow after into the classroom.
"..." After a pause, Ita giggled, "Man is he in for a surprise when he meets Mr. Stevens..." She grinned. Turning back to the elemental she allowed herself to stand with only the fingertips of one hand touching the wall. "Maybe we should move out of the hall... My name is Ita'Istar, by the way. Most people call me Ita though."

He rose up, the glow from his eyes keeping a comfortable cold on Ita. If she were outside the light the cold would make her bones feel like she had a bad case of arthritis. He made sure she was always in the glow from his eyes.
"It is nice to meet you Ita. My name is Dagoth Urith, Ice Elemental from the tribe of-" the next thing out of his mouth wasn't in any language that used words - it was more of a crackling of the ice around him. This was apparently how they would communicate with one another, "- My father is the wiseman there. He knows many spells and taught a few to me." The tone in his voice softened a bit as he started to look down,
"I also have Draconian blood in me. which is what gives me this outstanding height."
He nodded to her, "Yes - we should go outside. The sun is especially nice today. I can feel it on me even through these layers of leather."

Ea almost lost her balance when the boy ran past her, not giving her enough time to fully move out of her way. I despise people... She thought to herself once she had regained herself.
Her next class wasn't for another hour so she decided to head out to the courtyard since it was deserted at this point. As she entered she sighed a silent sigh of relief, looking around at the gorgeous Angel fountain standing tall in the middle with white marble benches scattered amidst the flowers and shrubs. It was the perfect place to study in her mind.
With a quick look around she took a seat amongst the roses and took out her new book on offensive spells. This should prove...interesting...she thought to herself while beginning to read over the first few pages.
Just as she began to get lost in her book she realized the temperature had gone down dramatically. The elemental... She thought with a look up at where Ita and Dargoth were standing.
She looked around cautiously then moved her hands back into her robes, warming her hands then pushing that warmth throughout her body. It was a using her magic...but she refused to freeze to death just because there was an ice elemental around her. Besides, it's not like she was using enough for anyone to realy sense.

And Dwight was forced out into the hallway, with the book just a few minutes later by Mr. Stevens for disturbing the class with his forced entry. With a small growl and with a look that could kill the wolf boy picked up the book that was tossed out with him and sighed. Nice way to start off the semester... He thought then chuckled a little bit, oh well thing will be good by tomorrow or the day after that so he didn't really care. But when he was tossed out of the room he heard that a few of the students were heading outside to read the first chapter of the book they were given; so with a small 'meh' he followed them and didn't even have to sniff them out since the elemental gave him a good sense of direction with the way the temperature kept on dropping and rising.
Once he made his way outside he noticed the elemental and another girl go off and start to chat just a bit, not wanting to bug them he looked around to find a place to sit and read. He then noticed another girl, Ea, with the same book and smiled just a bit as he decided to see if she wanted to read with him just for the fun of it. So he clamped his teeth around his book and broke into a run, then when he got close to the fountain edge he jumped and landed right on top of the fountain in a crouched position. "Hi!" he said towards Ea after he took out the book and smiled a little bit. "Want to well be reading partners?" Dwight seemed to be way too open for a mystic half wolf, maybe it was because of his mother side.
