Not love. LIKE. He's everything a sensei should be and more. Looking out for his teammates, training and comforting them... he's just a likable guy. x3

But seriously... during the Zabuza arc when he [rather his clone] said that he would protect his team with his life. It shows he really cares, and he doesn't want to make the same mistakes as with his former team.
* His role in the Team.
Realistically, sensei. But on a more personal level, he's a father figure and role model. He's always there for them, and he even tried to talk Sasuke out of making the wrong decisions [best example I could come up with on the spot!]. I believe his team kinda looks up to him. :3
* How did he get the Mangekyo?

* Why is he so high strung on training Naruto?
Kakashi obviously cares for Naruto. He doesn't want Naruto to fall into the hands of Akatsuki, and he certainly doesn't want to see him die. I believe Kakashi's doing that so he can fairly stand up to Akatsuki.
