A toilet razz I mean, they can order out for food, they can sleep on the floor and there are other things they can do for entertainment. A toilet is one of the few things that a sim has to have in order to not going into the RED.

If they're a new family, the first thing they do is grab the paper and look for a job. If its an old family who already have jobs and whatnot, I usually have them get ready for work or do something fun.

The first thing I do when I get back to a saved lot is to make sure that everything is normal. Sometimes I'll save a game and later on, something bad happens that I dont want to keep and I leave the lot and come back to make sure that everything is as it was supposed to be (because of child services or someone died or someone lost their job or got a HUGE decrees of their Aspiration level.

arrow What are the first objects you buy for your sims? I do the same thing Ledell does. I check their Aspiration meter and see what they need. Usually it's a refrigerator, or a double bed, or bookcase. I always buy those, then I buy decorations, tables, and chairs. Sometimes a television/anything to make their Fun meter go up, and if i'm using motherlode [which I do alot] I build pools or buy fancier items, and usually a telescope, because i'd kill for my sims to be abducted. ninja [um... not really.]

arrow What's the first thing you have your sims do when you move them onto a new lot? I pause, check their needs and aspiration meter, then just keep them on free will and let them go and do whatever. After about the first day or so I make them get a job.

arrow What's the first thing you do when you come back to a saved lot? Pause if it wasn't already paused and check their needs, and see what everyone is doing. I've usually forgotten about everything I was doing every time I log on. xp

arrow What are the first objects you buy for your sims? The first things are a burgler's alarm, fire alarm, refridgerator, a bed for everyone, a toilet if there isn't one yet, a bookcase, a table for them to eat at. And if I have money left, or I'm using the motherlode-code, I buy some decorations.

arrow What's the first thing you have your sims do when you move them onto a new lot? I always pause, and give them something to do one by one. If they move into a new lot, they don't really immediately need something, so I'm always bored the first five minutes. After that, I let someone make some breakfast. Then I let everybody learn how to cook, because that's something that every Sim of mine must be able to do.

arrow What's the first thing you do when you come back to a saved lot? I always pause, because I can't handle it if I have a house full of Sims and remember everything that everyone was doing on the moment. I just check what they're going to do and what they need, and I try to get into their rhytm again.

I don't think I have anything I buy first I do try to make sure they have the essentials before I start a new house though.

What's the first thing you have your sims do when you move them onto a new lot? Um after I finish setting up the house the first thing I do is have them talk and build a relationship with those in the house, sometimes I will have some one study cooking so there are no(or atleast less) fires.

I don't always have them get jobs right away cause I try to have them establish friendships with the neighbors.

What's the first thing you do when you come back to a saved lot?

Um check where their needs meters are at, like how hungry they are, hygene, ect. that way I if something is low I will try to bring those up. I also double check one their work/school times and see what skill points they are supposed to be working on.

1. Hmm..The first objects I buy for my Sims are probably the objects that are in their wants panel. After that, I usually go for the bathroom objects, living room, kitchen, bedroom, then whatever money I have left I let them keep it.

2. The first thing I have my sims do when I move them on to a new lot is to let them wander around with the "What's This?" interaction. Then I have a particular Sim gain creativity skills, another cooking skills, and I have any other Sim find a job to maintain a good income.

3. When I come back to a saved lot, I check their needs, wants/fears panel, and relationship scores. Then I try to fullfill their needs/wants/fears and all that. razz

What are the first objects you buy for your sims?
The essentials always come first, but in no particular order. To me, the essentials are:
Kitchen- stove, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, sink, dishwasher, trash compactor, extra counter space.
Living room- couch, coffee table, and usually a TV (unless I'm low on money)
Bedroom- bed, usually a table and alarm clock
Bathroom- toilet and shower, usually sink
Extras- A phone is always fun to have. I try for fire alarms when I'm not limited on money.

What's the first thing you have your sims do when you move them onto a new lot?
If they're a new family, I have them explore the house, get jobs, and meet a few neighbours. Then I just let whatever happens happen.

What's the first thing you do when you come back to a saved lot?
I leave it on pause for a few seconds to see who's at work, at home, and what they're doing. That usually freshens my memory right away and I continue from where I left off. ^^;
