OOC: Since the old 20 and 1 system are back in, I have to roll no matter what.
Tsai effortlessly dodged the first stab by Kaosu by simple parrying as he waited for another attack, the first one did not provide a great enough opening. When Kaosu attacked the second time, Tsai merely caught the blade of Kaosu's zampakuto between his own and by reaching farther than normal, Kaosu not only opened him up for attack but was wide opened.
Dodge:
+27[33]/+27[41]
Tsai pushed away Kaosu's zampakuto from his own before he stabbed forward, of course the effects of his Lightning Tail would probably have caused him to be a bit off balance. Aftering stabbing Tsai twirled around in a circle as the kunai-whip followed Tsai like a ribbon as it swung across the chest area of Kaosu again, hitting him.

Effect:
Opponent loses -4 dodge next turn.
