Kaosu stood there, smiling. "Been a while." He unsheathed his zanpakutou and let it hang by his side, held ever so loosely in his right hand. "Let's see how this one goes, eh?" Kaosu kept his loose pose and bowed slightly. "Whenever you're ready."

Tsai nodded as he called out. "Rain down from the heavens! Lei Gong!" a large burst of reiatsu came from the zampakuto as the ground around Tsai became electrified. The blade of his zampakuto took more of a lightningbolt shape and became yellow. A kunai-like whip came from the pommel of Tsai's zampakuto. "Alright Kaosu, I'm not going to hold back!" Tsai kicked off his feet and lunged forward slashing at Kaosu's chest. As he does this his kunai-like whip, archs and takes form of what looks like a scorpion's tail as it strikes forward also at Kaosu's chest.

Kaosu smiled. "Wouldn't have it any other way." He swung his zanpakutou up to meet Tsai's initial attack, negating both momentums upon impact. It was only until after this extension he noticed the little metal whip flying towards him. He kept one hand on his sword as he turned, letting the attack fly by harmlessly.
With one fluid motion Kaosu pushed Lei Gong back, trying to knock Tsai off balance, then spun a complete 360 and planted his free foot back on the ground, facing Tsai. He took a stab at Tsai's shoulder, and then quickly followed with a diagonal slash across Tsai's chest.

Tsai kicked back with his left foot dodging all of Kaosu's slash attacks with ease. He landed on his right foot and got back into position for another attack.
Dodge:

Again he dashed forward slashing downward with Lei Gong to trigger the kunai tail's scorpion tail-like movement. The swing this time aimed at the shoulders, the favourite target spot for Tsai, the kunai aimed more so to the neck area.

Kaosu bent his upper body backwards in response to the slash, but with barely any room for error. The tip of Tsai's blade barely ripping into his garb, making a small tear. When he saw the kunai coming, he just kept bending, setting his hands out so he made a 'bridge' with his body.
He went into a handstand, rolling over so that his stomach faced the ground and then hopped back up. "Close call." Kaosu noted before rushing forward once more, taking a heavy swing at Tsai's upper body. Deciding to change it up, he switched his stance and tried to take a quick swing at Tsai's legs. The time it took him to switch costed him, sure that Tsai could see it coming.

Tsai did not see the swing coming at such speeds. It came in slowly at first but it suddenly sped up cutting Tsai right in the chest. He took the hit and with his zampakuto he cut a gap between Kaosu's zampakuto and his chest and pushed him back. He pressed forward not giving Kaosu a chance to change his stance and attack.

Although doing so would put him in a nice offensive position, Tsai could not maintain his pace. He striked forward stabbing forward twice quickly.

Kaosu was surprised at the hit. Even against Tsai in the earlier days he didn't hit him this early. It was a blessing, almost. It was because of this pondering that almost costed him. He snapped back to attention in time to see Tsai going for a stab. Kaosu crouched, narrowly dodging the first strike. As Tsai pulled back for the second jab, Kaosu launched himself upwards.
Now in this wonderful position to attack, Kaosu fell back downwards, using the momentum to further fuel his initial strike that aimed down Tsai's right side. Once his feet slammed into the ground, he leaned forward and thrusted both his hands towards Tsai's stomach.

Tsai was hit right in the torso area of his right side. He was too reckless. He needed to think things out before he attacked. Although this was an arena where you couldn't get hurt it was a nice simulation of a real battle. Tsai backed away from Kaosu after the knocking Kaosu's second attack away with his zampakuto. "You've gotten better than before," he complimented the warrior infront of him.

Kaosu bowed. "Why thank you." He smiled, standing up. "I can't just let you stand there and seem so shocked. C'mon, it's your turn." He smiled. He was all for fair play, and he wasn't going to attack twice.

Tsai nodded and spun his zampakuto in his hand before attacking. He feinted his first attack with his blade and instead of attacking again with the same blade he just swung it down letting the blade hit the floor. His main weapon was the deceptive kunai tail. "Let's try something here.." Tsai sent a mouthful of reiatsu into Lei Gong which then transferred out as electrical energy through the kunai whip. "Shippo No Raikou (lit. Lightning Tail). The kunai-whip was electrified and was speeding at Kaosu. From there Tsai spun around with the blade after the attack with a 360 and swung his zampakuto at the torso of Kaosu.

* -4 Dodge next turn if first attack hits for being stunned + flatfootedness.

Kaosu swung his sword up to meet the kunai, but luck was not on his side as the blade sailed harmlessly by seconds before the attack actually came. He merely watched it as it sped towards him, stabbing into his chest. That's when the shock hit, and he growled. It felt like lighting was coursing through his veins, and his shuddered accordingly. He felt like his whole body was on fire.
But, amidst the pain, he saw the blade coming and met it with his own, grunting at the force he had to put behind it. Dammit, Tsai. Kaosu thought, shaking off the aftereffects of the shock. That thing is dangerous. He pushed the blade away, and stabbed towards Tsai whilst taking a step forward. Then, using that step, he launched forward into another stab, reaching farther than normal.
