cozork spoke solemnly, he knew his father had it coming. he was a criminal and an evil demon after all, he was all about the personal gain. but he was still his father.

Silver sat down abruptly. His father? Criminal? Killed?
"Well. I guess I'll have to do a more thorough job next time, huh?" Silver sweated for a few moments, feeling the trickle go down her back.
"Time to train!" Silver perked up, and she grabbed a pan of brownies, dumped it into a plastic baggie, and left.

cozork watched silver leave, he hoped he hadn't asked too much of the assassin, she was good, and she had successfully completed her mission in the mock run, but the real one could be quite difficult. his was not exactly sure how powerful his father was, as he was quite a secretive creature.
what if he she failed the mission, it wasn't worth the thought.
he turned to see a very concerned Rose
"are you ok?"

Rose stared at Cozork in disbelief. Kill. His. Own. Father? She would never have believed that Cozork could have ordered someone to kill his father if she hadn't just heard it. Then Rose spoke without thinking "You-you can't tell her to kill him! No matter-no matter-matter how evil he might be. He is your father, for crying out loud! If you do this I swear you'll regret it. YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW BAD-HOW BAD IT FEELS WHEN-when.." Rose trailed off, letting her words turn into sobs. She had been holding this in for so long, not daring to show these feelings of sadness at her parents' death at the fear of more people turning against her. So why now? Why would she show this half-demon what she had hidden from every one else? The answer was very simple, yet Rose just hadn't even thought of the idea. Tears were running down her cheek, then falling on to her lap, giving the already dark green yukata even darker colors where it hit.

cozork stared in disbelief at Rose's outburst, he knew deep down that being a part of his fathers death was wrong, but since the demon had been a part in his mothers death he felt a small amount of hapiness at the thought.
he realised the though was unhealthy, and disliked the idea of it, but what other options did he have?
cozork put his arm around Rose to comfort her, it was clear she had a lot of darkness in her past.
"i'm sorry to have caused this"
he spoke softly
"but i cannot see any other way"

Rose glanced up at Cozork, tears still in her eyes. Even though it was true that his words might have caused this, it was good to get it all out, and the feeling of his arm around her was even better. Rose whispered back at him "I'm sorry--- it's just that-that-ever since my father died my life has been a total mess. And you know what? I hated him, for a long time I hated my father because of his despise of humans, I even wished that he could just die a few times. But now, still, I miss him. I even miss our fights. So I just, I think that whatever reason you should never want your father dead." at the end of her speech her voice had become steady and she had wiped away some of her tears, though new ones still formed in her eyes. "It's your decision, though" she said "but if you want to do it you have to be aware of the consequences."

cozork hated the way things had turned out. it was never supposed to be like this, it was meant to be a negotiation.

"Just-just don't leave" was all Rose said. She would let him deal with his father his own way, she had said all she had to say. Now she just wanted to stay here with him, being completely honest with her feelings and 'get it all out'. She leaned a little closer to him. She was not sobbing anymore, but tears were still slowly running down her cheeks. She didn't bother to brush them off, new ones would fill in their place soon enough anyways.

he sat there with his arm still around her, unsure of what to say, he had a lot to think about, but her presence made thinking a lot easier

Rose felt their aura's grow closer by the minute. She had stopped crying and just lay still in Cozork's arms. Her tail had curled around him and held him tight, but not too tight. She took a deep breath, comletely relaxing at last.

cozork's aura turned to a deep purple again, he felt happier than he had in a long time.
he played with some nearby shadows, using one to bring a plate of brownies to them. he chuckled a little, but continued to hold her. he could feel the spirits of her other tails, and they were comforting

Rose saw the brownies appear, but she didn't feel like eating. She was afraid moving now would ruin it all. "Thanks, but no thanks" she said, and then noticed she wasn't using her voice at all. Somehow, when they had been sitting together, they had made a link between their minds, all emotions were passed between them and there was no longer any need to speak.
As Rose realised this she felt a wave of panic. But then calmed down, if she couldn't tell him now, she never could, and after all this she should be able to tell him. The Council members could kill her for all she cared. She needed to be open towards Cozork. "About that secret" she 'sent' to him "I think it's about time I tell you the thruth". She turned her head slightly so that she was looking him in the eye.

cozork realised what was happening. he had never bonded like this with anyone. it scared him a little. she was about to tell him about her secrets. he felt honoured, he figured he should just listen. they were now looking each other in the eyes. he felt a flush of warmth wash over him

"My father" she 'sent' "was not just any member of the tribe, and neither am I. He was the last chief of my tribe, and since I am his only child I will be the next. But, as you might already have understood, this will not be easy, as many tribe-members mean I am too young to be a chief, they also dissaprove of it because I'm a girl. So there are many Kitsune who want's me far away from the position, or maybe also dead. That's why I was afraid QuickSilver, I thought she might have been asked to kill me. The reason I couldn't tell you was that I don't want ANYBODY knowing that I am here. My full name is YamiBara no Naga"

the room fell silent, he kept his arm around her, she needed the comfort clearly. ((its ok, no worries if you can't whee ))
