Kari strode past the guards and up to the castle, eyeing the door. Then she knocked on it a few times.

Kaorii walked to the hatters house, gently knocking on the door, a newly made, large instrument in her hand. She waited patiently at the door, now, sighing a bit.

With a whip and a tap, a rapping came knocking at the Hatters door, followed by a low voice, "Oh cousin, dearest..." the voice chimed. It was very dark, obviously a woman. The rapping noise continued, sounding as if from the handle of an umbrella...No, a parasol.

Kenshin sat in a rocking chair near the door, swaying back and forth. The loud sound of someone knocking on the door made him jump about five inchs off his chair. It was rather frightening since he wasn't use to being alone in the house. Slowly, he got up and answered, only opening the door about an inch. "W-who is it?" he questioned.

The girl gave a slight grin, "...Hello there, Kenshin..." she said in a very strange tone. "My cousin has told me all about you...Do you mind if I come in?" she asked, tipping the strange looking black top hat she wore covered in green and purple designs.

Bewildered eyes stared her down. Kenshin never told him of such a girl. "Well, I suppose it would be rather rude of me not to let you in." he opened the door fully, allowing her to enter.

The girl grinned a sharp grin, walking in as her boots made a light clicking noise on the floor before she sat down, her parasol laying down at her side. "...I'm Shiari...I'm Kyos cousin from the...Other side of Wonderland..." she said the last part with a strange tone in her voice.

Poliete as usual, Kyo shook her hand several times. "Nice to meet you! ....Other side of Wonderland? I've never been there before." With a slow pace he made his way to the kitchen, bringing back a large pot of tea and two cups. He poured his guest a cup, sliding it over to her.
