Worry expressed itself in her posture, before she spread her own wings and lifted off. She had not planned on being gone for too long this night, but the quicker they left and retrieved whatever it was her friend wanted, the quicker she could return to her willow and perhaps see Jester again.
"Very well... A pain, this shortage of prey, is it not?" She suggested, for small talk, as she left her perch.

"Indeed, but being near the river, it can't be too bad for you can it?" Agro slowed to allow Twilla to match her speed while Mørk kept close to the hunter.

"It could be worse, I admit." Twilla replied. She quickened her own pace, seeing as Agrowind was keen on going more quickly. "Though the bellies of all sentinels are running on little to none."

"Well, no offense to the others, but there is a decline in effort one may say. Most of the kids nowadays just want to be artists and singers. Not that I have anything against the bards." Agro looked sharply at the ground keeping an eye out for anything that could serve as food.

"Ah, but their lack in effort does not so much affect the prey readily available. The bards are expected to hunt for themselves, though I understand your oppinion. I must agree in some cases..." Her thoughts drifted to Jester. Such a sweet male he was and she was sure she could depend on him...
But at the same time, she had trouble visioning him taking on a task such as ranger or scout. Even her own chosen profession seemed a bit much for him, though no sentinel was comfortable on the forest floor.
She sped silently through the wilderness, after Agrowind.

At that moment something caught Agro's eyes. "Think I found breakfast." she said coyly. Down below them scurrying across the forest floor was a small mus foraging for food. "You want this one? I'm not hungry."

The young gatherer did not wait for a second bidding. Food was scarce and hesitation could mean going a good while without another meal. Auze tucked himself deep into her pack and refused to watch the fellow mus get eaten.
Twilla dove silently and snatched up the scurrying creature. It gave a cry, but was quickly silenced by her ferocious beak. "Sure you don't want any? I'll gladly half it." She offered as she perched on a wide limb to eat.

Agro landed beside her and danced around a little on the limb. "Well, maybe just a little. I'll take the head." She stared anxiously at the treasure hidden beneath fur and flesh. "About another hours flight and we should be getting close to our destination." she informed her partner.

With a quick clip and jerk of the neck, Twilla relieved the warm corpse of it's head and plopped it at Twilla's talons.
"I was thinking, perhaps Jester should come along? You still have yet to tell me where we are headed and for what purpose, but being a bard, he might like to create a story from it."

((Whoops, I thought I ha replied to this a while ago))
Agro leaned down and picked up the head and with a bit of head bobbing, downed it. "I think that would be a splendid idea. More help after all." She smiled her smile and looked off into the distance. Mørk had perched over head, but flitted off to catch breakfast of his own.

"Perhaps Mørk would be so inclined to fetch him after he has eaten?" She asked quietly as she finished her portion of the mus. "After he has eaten, of course. He would not be difficult to find for the little fellow."

A decent flight away, Jester cleared his throat glancing to the skies above. He told himself he'd practice till he got this song just right, it was a song for Twilla after all.
"WHHHHHHhhhhheeeeennnnnn, the moooon his your eeeeeyyyyeee like aaaaaaaaaa-" Jester stopped suddenly amdist his singing. "Like a what?" He struggled for the right words. "Like a thigh...like a spy....my this may take a while."

"Mørk, come here. I have a favor to ask you." Agro called to the gorging Chirop. He flew back to her and landed above her. "Yes?" "I need you to go back and find a Bard named Jester." Turning to Twilla, she added, "She can give you more detail about him."

"Yes... His territory is not far from mine. You remember where mine was?" She asked the little chirop, but did not wait for a response.
"There is a copse of pine trees. His is there, decent territory. You will most likely hear some singing. He is a light wildtype with green markings. We need you to bring him here."

Mørk cocked his head. "Green marked wild trees. Pine type singing corpse comes here?" Argo shook her head. "No dear. Go to Twilla's. Find many pine trees. listen for singing. Find a wild type with green marks." she told hims slowly and watched to make sure she kept his attention. "Now repeat that for me." Mørk thought. "Many Pines. Singing Wild Type. Green marks." "Good, now go." she told him. He flitted off to find the bard. After a good swift flight, he made it to the Copse of Pines, and listened hard for singing.
