"Savate, is french kickboxing, is a French martial art which uses the hands and feet as weapons combining elements of western boxing with graceful kicking techniques. Only foot kicks are allowed unlike some systems such as Muay Thai and Silat which allow the use of the knees or shins. "Savate" is a French word for "old shoe". Savate is perhaps the only style of kickboxing in which the fighters habitually wear shoes." Mark explained. "It's a lot more difficult than other forms of martial arts because you have only a few types of attacks you can use, and only strike with certain parts of your body." Then he realized that it sounded boring. "I am onlny supposed to be taking fencing seeing as thats what I selected as my major, though if being a worrior doesn't pan out I would like to be something other than a hired goon."

 ℒιℓч_☽☾I tried my hardest not to zone out as Mark was explaining it. I Mhmm'ed and nodded when needed. After the end of his speech i said "Yeah.. I'd like to learn how to fight.. But fighting with sticks doesn't really appeal to me. However, Savate sounds interesting now that i know what it is. I might pick that as my final option.." I said, starting to bite the edges of my fingernails out of habit.

Mark cuckled and looked at her "you would make a good Savateuse," he said looking at her and smiling. "Though it would be an interesting contemplation to see how you could encorperate a bo staff, or two smaller fighting batons." The young man was a warrior first and foremost. "I heard that professor Dracul, is a very acomplished Savateur." He leaned down and gently kissed her lips then gave a sly wink.

ℒιℓч_☽☾I chuckled with him but that was cut short when he bent down to kiss me. I saw him pull away and wink and i could feel myself blush.. Again. Aw.. What the hell I thought as i reached up onto my tippy toes and pulled him back down to kiss me again.
Yeah, i checked it out when you made the thread. I thought i'd join it ;D -Dinnertime now. I'll be on tomorrow. If you're lucky, i MIGHT be on ina a couple of hours >_O No promises though. ^^

Mark smiled into the kiss and wrapped his arms around her ang gave her butt a little squeaze, then ignoring the fact that some of the humans who were out late made comments about their apparent disregaurd for privacy he broke the kiss. "We shouldn't have done that."

ℒιℓч_☽☾I frowned as he pulled away. Why was he pulling away? I wasn't finished, i thought with a mental gonk expression.
I bit my lip and look up to him. "Why not? I don't see any harm in it.." I say innocently, with big wide eyes. I, like Mark, had ignored the humans who had been making noises at us. Some of them were still jeering so i stuck a finger up at them, still keeping my eyes on Mark. They made a few more noises but left us alone after that.

"Because if we keep doing this I could get in serious trouble, I am ninteen and I assume that you are much younger seeing as you are a third former; which would be seen as a slight taboo." he explained then kissed her passionately "Plus, the close I am to your blood the more it calls to me." he murmered against her lips, "I really want to taste but if we do that in trouble, we could get in trouble."

ℒιℓч_☽☾I made a very un-ladylike snorting noise at the idea of our age gap stopping us. I was 16.. He was only 3 years older. Like it mattered? I was beyond caring when he kissed me again. My body felt like it was on fire in many places, yet it was cold outside. It was a strange feeling.
Another shiver went down my spine as Mark mentioned my blood. Me not having been a vampre for not very long, was confused as to why it would cause trouble. "To hell with trouble.." I mutter back to him, my smiling face resting just below his neck. He smelt rather nice.

Mark realized what was going on asnd gently pushed her away gently. "Lily, we cannot do this in public." he said a bit more sternly. "I really want to, more than you can know but it's not the right place." The young warrior looked down in her eyes "At the house of night, it would be fine but in public blood drinking is frowned upon. plus I dont want to get staked in the heart because of it."

ℒιℓч_☽☾I looked at him, blinking. "I.. I never suggested that you should drink my.. y'know, blood. I just.." I was struggling for words, trying to get across was was going on in my head. "I meant it generally. I didn't mean.. Right this instant." I said, blood draining from my face as i imagined Mark getting staked.
I looked at the floor and murmer "I think we should get back now anyway.. I think i've got a class to be at.." I started to bite my nails again, worriedly, as i couldn't remember what class i was supposed to be in in a few minutes.

Mark smiled and kissed her cheek and then lead her back to the house of night, He was concerned that he was going to be causing a lot of trouble for lily by expressing his interest in her. "I understand Lily but right now we need to pay attention to the world, not just us." he said quietly. "Otherwise people will notice us and we will have nothing but trouble."

Whilst he was talking i was trying to remember what claass i had. I think it was Art. Once Mark had finished talking i Mhmm'd in agreement and then started to wonder what i'd be doing in class today.
When i looked around us, i noticed that we had just made it into the school grounds

James was geting sick of the food at The Houes of Night, And so he went to the KFC. When James walked into the KFC he did not see anybody from The Houes of Night, so James ordered the KFC famous bowl with (chicken mashed potatos gravy and corn). And a Dr. Pepper charry.
