Capcom loves ninja like most people so I'm saying that fans wanted to see more Megaman ninjas than just the classic Shadowman and the X6 armor so they created Shdowman EXE and Phantom based on the other 2 Shadowman. I never fought any of those two, the classic and Phantom, cause one, dunno which game classic Shadowman is and two, I never got up to Phantom cause I lost my MMZ
