Both Swen and Clarance's eyes widened as Dyson began to freak out. They both exchanged glances then stared back at the boy. "Hey, calm down!" tried Swen, rubbing Dyson's shoulders. He had put two and two together, knowing now that Dyson probably wasn't his actual name...just one of his personalities. "Hey, it's okay. We'll find him," he said softly, ignoring the arguing the boy was doing with himself in different voices. "Can you turn back into him really quick for me?" he asked, running his fingers through his hair. "I wanna try and save him, okay? Just give me a few moments, and if I can't save him, you can come back to yourself, and we'll figure it out from there." He laid Dyson down on his back and ran his fingers over his face to try and calm him. "Try and trust me, okay?"

Chandler awoke hot and sweaty. He appeared frightened and was breathing heavily. The looked on his face turned to crazed as he began to laugh. In one swift motion he rolled over and leaped from the bed and began to run for the door. Once downstairs, he carefully selected a large steak knife, gripping it like his life depended on it. He slowly opened the french doors to the porch and stared at the cloudless horizon. "No point in living if life isn't fun." he calmly said to himself. The bright moon illuminated his eyes and the knife and made him look absolutely mad. He descended the stairs and looked in the direction that the two strangers headed in earlier. His mind was set on just one of the two, the other must be disposed of...

Chandler slowly faded into his surroundings after what was obviously a bad night. He knew that he had an issue where he did things while he was half asleep but most of the time he remembered them. All he remembered was the moment he opened the French doors that led out to the deck the night before. The cool air had struck him off guard and made him come to for a moment. He remembered the moonlight reflecting off the knife. The knife. He had done something bad. It was then Chandler realized where he was. He was looking up a shabby tin roof instead of the small crystal chandelier that hung in the center of his arched bedroom ceiling. He let out a staggering cry but only heared a muffled response. He had been gagged and tied down. He tried to stand but only managed to move his torso. His appendages were tied down. Chandler began to trash around some more untill something caught his eye. His clothes were splattered with blood. He had done something bad. Something real bad.

Swen looked very solomn as he finished digging the hole. He had told Clarance to go inside and watch their captive. He knew he couldn't be trusted. He had found an old shovel in the shack and was digging a hole in the earth. Once he believed it to be deep enough, he picked up the body wrapped in a sheet gently and winced as he was forced to drop him down in it. Then he slowly filled the hole back up. "I'm so sorry..," he whispered as the last glimpses of the sheet faded beneath the dirt. He was covered in blood from head to toe and had a few cuts and bruises on his hands and arms from trying to get the male away as he ruthlessly stabbed at the now dead being. He felt like such a failure... As he patted the last little bit of dirt down around fifteen minutes later, he stood up to take a look at his work. "I wish I could have given you a proper burial," he whispered, eyes downcast, frown on his lips. He then sighed and walked away, shovel over his shoulder.
Clarance trembled a little as she sat in the corner, watching their captive look around. She had a bit of blood on her as well, but not much. It was mostly from wrestling the other teen into the bindings. "Wh-Why did you do that?" she whimpered. "Wh... Why did you kill him? Swen was going to fix him..." She sniffled a little from past tears. "H-Haven't we all been through enough? But, you had to make us witness more death? Why? What's wrong with you?!" she cried, tears pouring down her cheeks. "I'm so sick of death and loss and being alone... Why did you have to take someone that we could get to know away? I don't understand..." She wiped her eyes and sniffled more.

Chandler began to thrust around in panic. He had been tied down so well that even to the best of his ability, he could only move but inches. This only made him panic more so he started to scream. It came out muffled and probably only half the volume he was actually producing. He couldn't move his arms or his legs. After about five minutes of panicking he finally calmed a little and tried to remember what he done. Tears we're now streaming down his face and he was still crying out loud. After listening to Clarence he quickly put two and two together and realized that he had killed somebody. This only made him thrust around more and scream louder. He kept at this until one of his arms was lose and then he was quickly able to escape the ties that held him down. The rest was a blur of a strugle between him and another girl screaming to someone outside, then his escape from the shack, then a shovel.

Swen sighed as he poked at the smoking coals left over from the fire the previous night. Their prisoner had a nice lump on the back of his head and was laying beside Swen on the sand, the shovel parked in the earth within reaching distance to the white-haired male. The prisoner's ankles and wrists were tied together. Swen glanced at him and sighed before playing with the coals again. He figured it was safer that he kept an eye on the other male outside so the guy wouldn't freak out as bad about being bound. Clarance had slept through the night inside the shack and was still knocked into oblivion as the sun rose above the horizon. Swen's gaze moved to the break of dawn as his eyes glazed over witnessing the beautiful scene.

Chandler's head hurt. Holy Hell, Chandler's head hurt. He groaned and rolled around a little in the sand. He hated sand. His hands and feet had been tied together again so his movements were limited but he could still roll. He tried rolling again and this time he hit something. He turned around and noticed the cute boy from the other day staring back at him. He was relieved that he hadn't been the one he killed but still was mad because he was tied up. He rolled back over in the opposite direction and mumbled something for a second before re-situating himself in the sand. "I'm thirsty." Chandler said abruptly.

Swen shot the boy a look before looking back at the fire. "So am I. I'm also hungry and have to share my food with my cousin who you freaked out. Not to mention I didn't even get the chance to help Dyson since he's dead now. I got to bury him last night because some psycho murderer, who I stayed up all night keeping an eye on, killed him for no reason." he shot a deathly glare towards him. "So you can just hold on. I don't think you're in a position to ask for much of anything right now."

"Whatever." Chandler said. He laid there for a while thinking about how he could get out of his situation until it finally hit him. "I was only protecting you, you know." he said in a low voice.

"I can protect myself and my cousin, thanks. I'm sure you could have figured that one out on your own," he said in a straight voice. He didn't want to play these games with his prisoner. He didn't trust him to begin with, and he definitely didn't trust him now. They could have had another friend, but all they had was an enemy now. "Don't try to worm your way out of this. You will never gain my trust."

~The irresistible joy of being behind the wheel of a brand new life... thats what I live for~ From all my heart and a little bit of my stomach, Chantler."I don't care about your ******** trust!" Chandler screamed at the boy. "I did what I did for reasons that you'll probably not understand anytime soon but I guarantee that you would do exactly the same thing under my circumstances." With this he begun to thrash around in the sand for a moment as if with enough movement he might be able to break his ties. After realizing how absurd this was he settled down and stared up at the sky. "I just want to go back to my house and live the rest of my miserable existence in solitude. Is that too much to ask?"

Swen glanced over as the prisoner thrashed around, but otherwise paid no mind. "For now, yes. It is far too much to ask. All Clare and I want to do is live a peaceful life and get our family and friends back. That's apparently damn too much to ask," he snarled at him before catching himself and taking a deep breath. "Talk to me in a few days about it. If you prove yourself and be a good boy I'll think about letting you go... Meanwhile, I'm not going to kill you or some s**t... You'll get however much food Clarence and I can spare, and I'll sterilize some extra water for you too... You're lucky I'm not one for revenge..." He hugged his knees and stared up at the blue sky. "I hate this place now. It's so ugly. The world, I mean."

~The irresistible joy of being behind the wheel of a brand new life... thats what I live for~ From all my heart and a little bit of my stomach, Chantler."It's the world we live in." Chandler sighed as he rolled over onto his back. "It's not as bad as you think, you know?" Chandler looked over at the boy with a a soft look on his face. "I mean I know it may not seem like it anymore, but there are good people in the world still." Chandler once more stared up a few birds passing overhead. His stomach turned at the sight. He hadn't realized just how hungry he was until this point. The edges of his lips curled upward with a idea forming in his head. "What if I trade you something for my release?"

"What kind of trade did you have in mind?" asked Swen cautiously. He eyed his prisoner, examining him. Even with the dirt and grime, he was really nice-looking. The messy hair looked really good on him, though he couldn't see his eyes. His hair was covering them up. His sun-kissed skin seemed like it had just recently began getting some sunlight, and it complimented his hair nicely. His lips were a nice, pale pink and just full enough so they weren't too thin. His pale, dirty neck was exposed at the angle he was laying, tee-shirt neck stretched out leaving his shoulder bare. His body was thin and not very lean, but nice. He seemed like you could wrap your arms around him three times before your fingers met each other without excess room. He was the kind of person you'd just want to hold until he was nice and toasty. Swen shook his head a little, praying that he didn't see him looking him over like that. This kid was a disgusting murderer, not a fine piece of meat that he'd like to pound in the a** of.

~The irresistible joy of being behind the wheel of a brand new life... thats what I live for~ From all my heart and a little bit of my stomach, Chantler."I have supplies." Chantler replied in a soft voice. "I-I..." He laid there in silence watching the seagulls fly around over the water. Sometimes he wished he could be like them. They weren't affected at all by the disease that spread around like wildfire. They didn't have the mental capacity to even fathom how large the world is. All they know is what they see. After sitting for a moment Chantler rolled over to face Swen and looked him directly in the eyes. He was taken aback by their hard beauty but immediately regained his tough stance. "You can have just about everything in my house." Chandler looked to the side as a seagull landed on the beach and picked at a piece of driftwood. "I just need some basic supplies. I'll be leaving tomorrow morning." On that note Chantler slumped back over onto the sand as if he already knew what Swen's response would be.

Swen's brow furrowed. "Wait, why are you leaving? How do you expect to survive out there by yourself?" he asked, curious and slightly worried. Yeah, he may have killed someone Swen had a slight chance of saving, but the people around them...it was all they had left. There were psychopaths and murderers running free out there, and there was no law anymore. There weren't any rules. It was all free-game to them. "Look.., you..," Swen began then hesitated, glancing back to where Clarance was. "If you can prove...that you're trustworthy...and you tell me why the ******** you did what you did... I mean, really why you did it... You can just band together with me and Clare. We're really...all we have, and it wouldn't hurt to have one more person with us... We're a lot more likely to survive--all of us--if we work together for protection and stuff..." He was watching the newcomer for his reaction...he was still cautious.
