The Elfin Huntress Arian couldn't help chuckling to herself at Lily's little 'display of affection'. As Caius took off, she felt a pang of sympathy for him. The poor boy. Forgetting the episode for now, she went in search of Rhiannon's ingredients. She soon came back with an armful of mushrooms. "Are these alright, my lady?"

"Okay......what are they? And where do you think they will be?" Palatyne smiled at the thought of food... emotion_drool 'mmm pie yum_pie ' she thought she snapped out of the trance and smiled at Arian "Where should we start?"

"We my be Beautiful, but we are deadly!"
Caius pulled Lily off of him and apologized. She fell on her butt and didn't know why he apologized. Caius flow away. "Aw, he was no fun."
Ivy rolled her eyes at Lily. "Well that is what you get for coming on to him to strong."
Lily looked at her confused. "What are you talking about? That was me coming on weak."
Ivy just hit her forehead with her hand. "Please try control yourself next time you see him."
Lily crossed her arms. "Fine, he didn't seem very into it anyway."
Ivy helped Lily up off the ground. They walked over to Rhiannon, Palatyne, and Arian. "So what do we need. We can grow just about any thing we need. Just name it and it shall be here." Ivy said with a smile.
Luka heard Melusina say the City was so Beautiful and that it has grown. "Yes you are right. Ever scenes the Gods brought a peace to earth the Tree of Life has Flourished." Melusina then Asked if they should wait here for Yvaine or if they could explore the city. "I am sure my mother would not mind the group exploring the City. I would be happy to give you a tour." She said with a smile.
"The City is our Life!"

The Cursed Water Spirit "Life is a ride, hang on and have fun."
Melusina watched as Caius lifted Lily off of him and then step back and apologize. When his face turned red, she felt so ashamed. "Caius...." she said just as wings appeared and he flew off toward the city. "Oh..what did I do now?" she thought.
She heard Luka say, "I'm sure my mother would not mind the group exploring the city. I would be happy to give you a tour." in response to her earlier question. "Er....um.......crap...I could never live with my self if I did not go and apologize to Caius," she mumbled to herself. She smiled at Luka, "I would love for you to give me a tour, but please forgive me, I must go apologize to Caius first. I know what it's like to be humiliated and I'd never forgive myself if I didn't go at least say 'I'm sorry' to him." she lovingly placed her hands on Luka's shoulders and kissed her on the cheek. "Please give me thirty minutes, I'll be right back, I promise...."
Knowing Caius had a head start on her she took off toward the city at a dead-run. She was faster then humans and some other mythological creatures so she knew if he had been on the ground she would have easily caught him. The problem was he wasn't on the ground.... As she ran she looked quickly at the group gathering things for the feast. She gritted her teeth as her dragon wings developed from her back. There was rarely pain from her complete transformations, but when she only allowed her wings to appear it was extremely painful, one because of the size of her massive wings compared to her 5'5" water-spirit form, also because of the pressure it took to hold back the dragon form from completely taking over. Running as fast as she could, she leaped in the air and let her wings carry her in the direction that she saw Caius fly....
She finally saw him after a few minutes of flying over the city. He was still in the air so she quietly flew over to him. She only flew close enough that her voice could reach him without her shouting. "Caius?" she waited for him to turn and look at her. When he turned she lowered her eyes, out of embarrassment for her behavior. "Caius, I know you probably want to be alone so I'll only take a minute.....please don't leave, I'd like to apologize." she said as she slowly looked up at him. Now her cheeks were blushed from her own embarrassment. "I'm sorry I should never have laughed. I wasn't laughing at you I was laughing at Lily's actions because I remember the way she was when we were little. But that is no excuse, I still should have been more thoughtful towards your feelings," she quickly said hoping he wouldn't leave before she finished. "Of all of us I have probably been humiliated the most so I should have known better." she blushed even more as tears started to sting her eyes. "I'll let you in on a secret....I'm cursed. So I can never leave my chambers, for fear of weekly embarrassment, every Saturday," she said with a slight quiver in her voice. "Since Saturday will be here in a little over a day, I'll either have to find a place to hide or leave Life City. When Yvaine found me earlier when she said she sensed a dragon....I was crying from the same feelings you must have felt just moments ago." she said looking down again. "I had a man whom I had trusted with my heart and I told him that I must have privacy on Saturday. He agreed and I believed that since he cared for me that I could trust him to keep his word. Well he didn't ...."she said as the memory came back to her, " he barged in and saw my terrible curse. He screamed like I was a monster and ran out to tell everyone that I was a monster...so I had to leave yet another city." she rambled on when she got nervous. "Again, I apologize and if there is ever anything that I can do to help you just let me know. I'll leave you now to your exploration." she said as she turned to fly back to Luka..............
"Me, I'm no pushover. Don't make me go Dragon on you."

Palatyne watched her sister talk to Caius. Palatyne jumped and made just her wings come out, it kind of hurt. She flew up to her sister and hugged her tight "Did you tell him?" she asked. She tried to keep their wings from tangling but Palatyne's wings kept hitting Melusina's wings.
"I have nothing against men.... especially when they're covered in BBQ sauce, mmm. Tastes just like chicken."

The Young Prodigy Caius was moving toward the top of the city, thinking to land beside the large building. From behind him, he could hear someone approaching and he stopped for a moment. Surely it wasn't Lily, nymph's couldn't fly...right? Not wanting to wait around and find out, he kept moving until he heard his name being called. He flinched, hearing his name but was relieved to Melusina instead. She was flying with her dragon wings, something he didn't know she was capable of doing given the wingspan. Melusina had come to apologize for laughing and while it did make him feel slightly more embarrassed, he wasn't upset with her. Caius was going to explain but decided to let her finish rather than interrupt, thinking it was the most respectful thing to do. So he hovered there, listening to her quietly and learned something that was quite personal to Melusina. He had no idea she was cursed and felt terrible about what she was going through. "Melusina, wait" he called out to the girl as she started to leave. "I forgive you for laughing but I only left to get away from Lily. I'm...not exactly comfortable in those kinds of situations" he explained, just as Palatyne appeared. Still, Melusina did tell him a lot about herself, he felt he should do the same. "To tell you the truth, I prefer not to make friends and I'm usually alone. For the past three hundred and eighty two years, I learned it's best to be alone when you outlive everyone you care about. Friends, lovers...when they pass you live on for generations, keeping your youth and the painful memories of their death. It's probably-...It is the worst part about being immortal..." Caius admitted with sorrowful eyes.

The Elfin Huntress Arian saw Melusina take off, followed by Palatyne. Arian hesitated, not wanting to intrude on something personal, but she didn't want anything bad to happen to any of them. So she followed, at a slower pace. Her elfin powers granted her the ability to bend air such that she could fly. She followed them at a safe distance. She didn't hear what Melusina told Caius, but she did hear the dregs of Caius's words, carried to her by the wind. "It is the worst part about being immortal..."
Arian understood his pain well enough. She remembered the last man she had thought she loved. She silently shook her head, as if to dislodge the memory and flew down. "I hope I am not interrupting anything . . ." she trailed off, feeling suddenly embarrassed to be there.

The Cursed Water Spirit "Life is a ride, hang on and have fun."
Melusina heard Caius call her, she turned to listen. She knew how much it took to put something so personal out in the open to someone so she respectfully waited and listened. It made her happy to know that he forgave her and saddened to hear what he said about being immortal and losing people who you care about. "Thank you for sharing that with me, Caius. I can't say I know just yet how you feel losing so many that you care about but I'm sure that I'll find out. My mother has told me that water spirits usually live around 1000 years, she is 400." she said as she saw the sorrow in his eyes. She smiled at him, "Well I can tell you this, I am only 25 so I'm a very new water spirit so I have many, many, many years left to be your friend, if you'll let me."
She heard someone approaching and as she turned Palatyne just about knocked her out of the air with her hug. Palatyne whispered, "Did you tell him?" Melusina hugged her sister back and whispered, "Yes." As she turned back to Caius she saw Arian slowly coming closer. She smiled at her as she Arian said, "I hope I am not interrupting anything....." Melusina said,"I was apologizing to Caius for being inconsiderate."
She turned back to Caius, "I know you want to look around, Caius, Luka has offered to give a tour if you're interested. If you would rather look around by yourself that is good also. I'm going to go back to her because I left her rather abruptly. Thank you again for forgiving me. I also wanted to tell you if you need anything or want anything just let me know and if I don't know something I will find out." She smiled as she turned to fly back to Luka. She smiled at Palatyne and Arian, then flew higher so she wouldn't knock anyone out of the sky accidentally with her wings.
"Me, I'm no pushover. Don't make me go Dragon on you."

The Young Prodigy Pondering the thought, since Melusina would live for such a long time, it would be fine if they were friends right? "...Yes...I'd like that" he smiled a bit. It was strange, he felt a little better with having a friend and it had been so long since he did. Noemi was fine but she was usually busy doing whatever a goddess of purity did. As Arian appeared, he gave her wave accompanied with a smile. He was a little suprised to see her up here, unaware she could fly too. Speaking of flying, his wings flickered a bit, reminding him they didn't last forever. How long had he been flying now? Perhaps he should land soon just to be safe... "A tour from Luka? I think that would be best. Also, thank you for wanting to help" he told Melusina. Caius quickly decended, heading back where the three sisters were and coming to a halt as he landed. His wings would disappear, fading away as if they were never there. Of course, he hadn't forgot about Lily but he'd try to tolerate her better this time.

"Great! I am so happy to have you as a friend." Melusina smiled at Caius. "I guess if you also want a tour we'll go see if we can get one." Melusina watched as Caius flew by her and saw that his wings, which she still wondered about but wasn't going to make him uncomfortable again by asking, were flickering. "Hmm, very curious.." she thought to herself.
She smiled again at Arian and Palatyne, "Caius and I are going to take Luka up on her offer of a tour of the city," she said to both of them, "if you would like to come I'm sure she wouldn't mind. I didn't know if Rhiannon was finished with her preparations or not. I'm going to go ahead, I'll see you later if you are not going to take the tour with us."
She flew over them and back toward were she had left Luka. Melusina landed about 60 feet away and took a deep breath.....she closed her eyes and her wings were reabsorbed into her back. She opened her eyes and wiped the sweat from her forehead. Feeling a slight breeze on her shoulder blade she looked awkwardly over and under her arms so she could see her back. "Oh, damn...I ripped my dress again. Oh well, I am not changing again." she mumbled to herself and started walking to where Caius and Luka stood.
"Luka, do you still have time to give me a tour? My friend, Caius.." she smiled at him politely, "would like to go on that tour also, if you don't mind. We would very much appreciate it." She smiled warmly at Luka.
"Me, I'm no pushover. Don't make me go Dragon on you."
