Alright. First things first: I happen to like the idea of cleaning up the guild, and building the Darker Side of Myria. It's not a bad thought, and I haven't heard much protest, though someone voted 'No' I think that's Jasae's way of complaining about our clean-up of the chatter box.

Kikuka--I am sure, though I can speak only for myself, not knowing the other's own minds, that we are sorry this all started while you were gone, but like you said, you don't object to the idea, only to your exclusion. Although, as it appears to me, we really only did things that had been planned before: clean up the Dark Myria sans Ball sub-forum. Which is something that had been previously discussed. As I recall, the ex-Ball sub-forum was locked until we decided what to do with it, not until we decided it would no longer be a Ball sub-forum.

Jasae. I understand, kind of, if you don't want us deleting threads. But some of them are just junk.
Now, I have this neighbor who collects stuff, not just stamps, or just bottles, but stuff. Anything from clothes to old stuffed animals that are ripping at the seams. She filled her house, her porch, two sheds, and then her back yard. And she bred mosquitos and bugs every year. Big ones. So bad that I couldn't go outside without turning into a giant, itchy, red thing. The city finally came and took everything in her backyard, loaded it into a truck with one of those broad shovel-trucks, and took it away. Gold and trash alike. Junk and valuables. What I am trying to do, is pick the trash out of the gold. Prune the apple tree, so to speak, or weed out the garden, so that the good things that we have will shine without stuff like the 'Kyoto Returns' thread hiding it. I respect your wishes in so far that I am not deleting them until we have figured out what to do, but I ask you to please be reasonable about this.
I like the idea of the Lost Thread forum that you bought. It's a good one, and has the feel of an old library, or museum. A nice History place, and I think it'll be awesome, if it's done right. But... Somethings just don't belong in museums. They don't belong in society. Myria. Even Archeologists have to throw parts of history away as junk. Librarians have to take books off the shelves when they crumble.

All I am asking, of anyone, of everyone in this place, is that each one of us takes an objective view on things. That we think, not just react to change, or what we view as insults. Rashness has caused us problems before, let us not have it cause us problems again.

Since protests are being made about the 'Spring Cleaning' I was holding, I'd like to discuss them here, in this forum. I'll make a thread for it, and would appreciate encountering all of you there. Jasae, you especially.

Has Dark Myria been decided on solidly? All Yeas and Nays heard and fairly discussed? Not complaints about how it began, or anything elselike that; just the idea, the implementation, and the location. I am sorry if I am being bossy, but something, as the title says, something must be done. Thank you.

I have an idea that could possibly make the Dark Myria accessable to all RPers!

Okay, the Main Dark Myria basic plotline idea that Silent came up with is good and lays out a world and setting. What it doesn't do, is give a story to be progressed along. Now, if Myria was taken and the Mother Oak was twisted to dark use, would the Darkness stop there? Stop after a single battle and sit? No! Any intelligent evil would then go to pains to keep threats away from it. And where would these threats come from? How about the very place they came from in the first place? The birthplace of the Saviors. Earth. Now Earth would definitely have some unusual problems, like the leprechaun refugees from Myria fleeing before the Dark, so it would have bits of the good Myria within it. The Darkness would have Myria but Earth would still have to be taken for it to be safe. So this could be played out as both the corrupted Myria and the defending Earth. Allowing both villians and heroes! So Jasae can have his "Not-Dark" characters (I came up with this thanks to you, man.) and Silent and I can have our Dark, Post-Apocalyptic Myrian Characters. This also leaves room for appearances by characters that have only been briefly touched upon in the Core Myria Thread, like Aren's sister Robin from Earth!

So, what do you guys think? Should this be part of our Dark Myria plot?
Or should I just go back to (and burn) the drawing board?

The whole reason for the "takeover attempt on Earth" plot is to allow our members who can't or don't want to RP an evil or dark character to have a character who is good, or neutral who can be against the evil and dark ones. It allows both sides!
