*shifts her eyes to meet Tavin's as he speaks to them, and unclenches her fists, and whispers* I hope ye're right . . . . *takes a shaky breath, trying to calm herself, but still seems pretty tense*

Okay, okay, Mjolnir. I'll tell you what I can, but I'll have to make it quick. If certain people know that you're here, you'll have quite a time getting back to your precious Brink.
*takes a deep breath and lets it out slowly*
The rogues are acting of their own accord, it appears. I'm certain that you were worried about a covert mission on your life, but the pardon that you've recieved is real. Also, I would know if any deals were being made with Lucifer or his ilk. None are. SOMETHING is corrupting me. Bit by bit. Its spreading, much like a virus. It affects Seraphim it contacts with through other Seraphim. So far its contained to just over a legion, as I have obviously warned the other of me about them, but still... every so often one or two more slip through the cracks. I can't access the.. uhmm... INFECTED ones it seems. But they can access all of me.
*looks Tavin directly in the eyes*
He's defecting from Heaven, and he ISN'T going to join Hell, Mjolnir. You KNOW what that means. You also know that The Brink is important to him. You have to protect it at ALL costs, you understand? There is a damn good reason that God left it in your hands. You can do what we can't. You and all those who come there.
*stands up and walks towards them*

*As they fade out, a form comes crashing down in front of them on all fours. Lengthwise the creature measured nearly twelve feet long from nose to tail, its body almost feline, hairless, with taught, leathery black skin. From its back sprouted large, batlike wings, its eyes glowing red as it gnashed its long, cruel fangs at the group. It let out an animalistic roar as they faded, fury apparent in its eyes.
