((The City of Paradise is a sprawling Megalopolis built firmly on a sweeping enbankment of fluffy white clouds that stretch on seemingly forever. The buildings are varied, but tend to lean towards an almost Roman/Gothic look with towering spires and massive stained glassed windows at every turn. Buildings of pure white marble predominate the city, stretching upwards to the pristine blue sky as if to give thanks to Heaven itself for its beutiful construction. There are no roads or vehicles, the only sound to be heard being the citizens who walk happily by, the laughter of children playing together, the occassional music played by someone in the mood. Directly in the middle of the city itself is an enormous arched golden gate, seemingly attached to nothing at all. Towering twice as big as the largest building, it gleams in the perpetual sunlight welcomingly, even its massive vertical bars seem to call a person to the gate invitingly))

((Adventure Thread Specific Rules-
This place is actually the gateway to Heaven. As such, it would be impossible to get to without being dead forst unless one is sent there through The Brink. That being the case, nobody is to come here unless accompanied by (or by request of) Tavin. As a general rule, any power not of Angelic or Holy nature is completely supressed. All residents of the city will be played as NPCs by myself, their lines and actions represented in blue text. ))

*Tavin blinked, now unaccustomed to the light of his old home. He looked around slowly, taking in the entire city around him, a feeling of nostalgia and despair hitting him. He choked back tears at the sight of his once familiar home. Rubbing at his eyes, he noticed that he had now acquired a faint glow about himself. A sign of blessing, he though. He turned and waited for Maggie to appear*

*steps through from the Brink, her eyes squinting at first at the change in lighting, then going wide as she takes in her new surroundings* . . . Oh, my. 'Tis so beautiful . . .

Actually, this is really just the city at the entrance to Heaven, but still... Its closer than any mortal that *I* know of has ever been.

Well, it isn't EXACTLY procedure... Its kinda against the rules... But then again, I'm not REALLY an Angel anymore, now am I?
