Achilles padded along side of Aelita, he roared rather loudly on terms he usually never roared announcing he was back with a visitor. "He's not as scary as he looks," he whispered sarcastically in her ear grinning from ear to ear it seemed.
Adrastos smiled seeing Shairi and Afu coming out, and then hearing Achilles roar looked out to see he had brought a friend...a female friend. "So much for lonely," he whispered in Shairi's ear he knew it would sooth her worried soul to know he had found someone.

Aelita recoiled a bit when Achilles roared. "You could've warned me you where going to roar..." she murmured as she shook her head to stop the temporary ringing. She then looked back up at Achilles, nosing him lightly on the cheek, before looking forward again.

Shairi let her joy show on her face. "Apparently his little rendevous were not alone..." She mused aloud, casting an accusing look at her other son.
Afu looked agahst. "I didn't know anything, I swear!" He said in his own defense, wondering how long Achilles was keeping Aelita a secret. Yes, he remembered the day they all played together when Afu had actually gotten lost in the forest. He just wasn't aware that Achilles had seen more of her after that.
Seeing his brother walking with Aelita made his thoughts wander to the pale pink princess whom seemed to have stolen his heart. Issaria... he wondered what she was doing at that very moment...

"What would the fun in that be?" he asked still smiling. As he approached he nuzzled his mom in greeting as he always had and only acknowledged his brother and father. His sky blue eyes looked to them as he padded to Aelita's side again, "Father, mother this is Aelita. Aelita, Adrastos my father and King of these lands and my mother Shairi. You already know Afu."
Adrastos bowed slightly to his guest, "Pleasure to meet you Aelita." his rbs seemed to sparkle in happiness for his son. He looked to Afu now it was that ones turn he wondered if any female was on his mind.

Aelita bowed her head to the two. "Well met, King Adrastos, Lady Shairi." she said calmly. She then looked at Afu. "Long time no see." she added, smiling at her old friend.

Shairi inclined her head to the young lioness, smiling brightly. "It's nice to meet you too, Aelita." She said happily, glad to see her son happy.
Afu nodded. "Good to see you, Aelita, though I wish Achilles would have told me he was seeing you... Now mother's going the think I was keeping it secret..." In truth, the only secret he was keeping was Issaria, and that was because he hadn't gotten her answer yet. "Time has done you well. You look lovely."

She nodded to Shairi, then looked to Afu again, smiling very softly at his comment. "Thankyou, Afu. And you have grown quite nice yourself." she said, nodding her head lightly, before glancing at Achilles.

Jigsaw streached out and shook his pelt free of dust before looking tenderly at the three cubs and erosia still asleep. he sat next to them and waited calmly for them to wake as he observed the other lions moving about.
Mei woke next to Sin and let out a cute kit yawn. she smiled at the still sleeping sin and nuzzled her head lightly into the lionesses side for comfort. 'thank you' she whispered softly 'shes always been so nice to me..' she thought closing her eyes again.
Gwenn slept calmly next to her mother, her small chest rising and falling with each breath

Achilles watched the two converse, he knew Afu was just complimenting her but jealousy still raged through his heart yet he hid it quite as Aelita looked to him, he looked to her and smiled. "Aelita and I have rather big news though...as you can guess we are together," he said it rather sarcasmic which was unusual for his persona and then said, "We plan to start a family." he looked to his father and then mother lovingly, "Away from here and some day we hope to have a pride as well."

Shairi's face fell. She hadn't thought that her sons would be leaving her... she thought they would stay, it was naiive, she knew, but the thought of them leaving didn't even cross her mind. Not to mention that she didn't even have a forewarning. "Oh..." Was all she could manage to say.
Afu looked from his brother to his mother and father. He had no say in the matter, so he was watching intently, looking for a sign if he would be released as well when the time came for him to request it.

"I'm sorry if this saddens you, Lady Shairi." she said, glancing at Afu for a moment. So... you want to be able to leave soon as well... she thought, having read his mind using Telepathy, though she hadn't planned to.

"Oh mum," he replied rolling his softly. He purred, "You know I'll come back to visit," he said softly. He looked to his father to see what he had to say upon the matter, he looked to Aelita and seen a soft glow in her eyes.
Adrastos looked to Shairi and sat upon his haunches, "If I recall my love, there was an incedent upon a certain few leaving a pride without the permission of one's parents. Isn't it better to let go and let true love blossom," he blinked to her and then the new couple, "However I think you two should stay awhile longer...is that a fair statement to propose Shairi for farewells?"

Shairi grew hot with embarassment as she recalled her own escape from her father's pride. "Oh... oh yes Adrastos, you're right." She turned to her son and nodded. "If you stay a while longer... let us get to know her, and her to know us, I'll be fine with you leaving, dear Achilles."
Afu grinned, happy for his brother, and secretly happy for himself. If they let Achilles, the younger brother go so easily, there was no way they could deny him.

Achilles looked to his father gratefully, at least he knew how he felt. He wouldn't mind spending a bit more time with his pride and his brother, soon they would be parting...little did he know there would soon be a war. His sky blue eyes went to his mother, "Thank you," he smiled, "For understanding."
Adrastos looked to Shairi, "Now about that prize," he said in his usual low tone through his teeth which made it even lower. "Were going to go out, for an hour or two. So you two do whatever you do and we'll be back soon enough," he wondered if Shairi would go he didn't want to make it seem like he was pulling her away from her boy, there boy but she would get to see him when they came back.

Faye slowly awoke to the stirrings of the other lions in the den. Yawning loudly, the clothed lioness rubbed her sleep-crusted eyes and stood up. Her limbs creaked, protesting her movements.
Stretching, Faye finally looked about to see who was about. Now that she was awake, the lioness was hungry!
Das was still fast asleep where Faye had been, making Faye smirk. Oh oh she could wake him up... So many possibilities!
