...exploration? yeah l know a little..they just wanted to have a look at the city, since it's new and everything. hell l went and had a look to, for l love to site see 3nodding
ran: yeah, it was a little hot for my liking though..
ziggy: l thought the heat was great blaugh
there was a sign there that said there were alot of sightings of team magma and rockets, so it must have scared her and she went of to hide

hmm..i hope your right..but you seen those movies where people hide things to protect others they care for!!!i just cant help it but think she is hiding something from me!! gonk domokun but..i'll go with you..thinking about this might even give me early wringkles! eek sweatdrop xd

"phew" ok we are here again!
"poke walked into the pokegym again with her pokemon ziggy and Ran.
right...how about we use the hose for a little while, then the punching bag...then some pokemon weights....
ziggy: "jumps up" ok!! l wanna train my best today!
and ran, after the hose training, you can train as well if you'd like 3nodding
ran: l think l might sit this one out...
ok then 3nodding come on ziggy! "picks up the hose" ready? 3.....2....1....go! "blasts the hose at ziggy"
ziggy: "gets hit but stands her ground"

Angel slowly walks inside followed by her group. In her arms, she was holding her oddish Amina. "Okay Amina! Its your first day here...So why...Lets see what you can do!" She says and places Amina on the floor. Amina stood right next to rai. "Okay! You two shall run around. Lets see who is the fastest!" Angel says and beams. Rai and oddish started to run, but poor Amina..was really slow. Rai was already up to his second lap. Amina...struggling to be first.

" COME AXL! JUST A FEW MORE LABS!" Usagi would cry out as she wacthed the sheep-like pokemon run around the tracks. It was a good way for the bugger to get rid of all that engry.

Amina continued to run more laps. Rai, was finished with his second, moving onto third. "Good Rai! Your doing great! Come on Amina! YOU CAN DO IT!" Angel says waving her pompoms rooting for her pokemon. This got Amina to work a lil faster. She started to sweat. Huf Puff. She was so tierd. She stoped and took a short break then fell on her back. Rai just kept running. "Okay Amina! Enough practice with the running!" Angel says as she held her odddish. She looks at the jolteon who continued to run. "Okay Amina..use sweet scent. It might stop Rai!" With a little rustle in her leaves, a sweet pink aroma filled the air. Rai stoped. He slowly walks over to Amina then sits down. He continued to sniff the scent.

It was now Arraiko's and Ruishi's turn. "Okay..It's your turn! Ruishi and Arraiko..." Angel took out a shiney red ball. "Lets see your reflexes! I'l throw the ball at you...what will you do if I throw it at you?" She throws the ball at Arraiko, who just let it hit him. The ball slowly rolls back. "No no Arraiko! Pretend this is a Pokemon who will attack you..what will you do?" She throws it back at Arraiko. This time, with one big hit, he hits the ball with a swiing of his tail. The ball flies but hits Angel in the face. "Oww...."
