center of all cities,islands you name it!!!there are tracks,swimming pools,bellbars! you name any gyym item you need! mainly for fighters but runners and swimmers too! take a oddish..it likes to fight..so it learns to wit stand the heat!!!

ok...a left here...a right...no wait another left...down this road...."looks up" ah! here it is!

well, l thought that a interesting way to train you would be to use water 3nodding this is going to be pretty tuff, considering your are a fire pokemon but we shall start slow and build ourselves up.
ziggy: ok...
now what l plan to do is to blast you with the water from the hose. not really strong but strong enough so you should be able to stand up to it. this is to simulate a water gun, or a hydro pump, or any water attack that could be used. hopfuly if we keep pratising, you will be able to build up some defense so you can stand up to a water attack in a actual pokemon battle. you understand?
ziggy: "nods slowly"
great. now l'll blast the water for about.."thinks" two minutes. after that l'll stop and we'll see if you wanna continue or are to tired. if you wanna stop just yell out to me.
ziggy: right
get ready..."holds up the hose"
3....2...1... now! "turns the hose on and blasts ziggy with it, but with not to much force
ziggy: eek "gets hit and takes a step back, but stops and takes one forward, trying to stand up to the force of the water" it's cold!! >.<
keep it up ziggy!
"after about a minute ziggy yells to stop, and we take a break from the train. after the break we start over again and keep repeating the train +break routine for a while"

hmm...ziggy, now use a ember attack when l spray the hose, to try to block or deflect the attack 3nodding "sprays the hose again" EMBER ATTACK!!!
ziggy: CHARR!!!! "uses ember at the hose to deflect it"

"picks her up and hugs her" that was really good ziggy ^_^ you did some great training today, now lets go to our appartment and rest up a bit "puts ziggy in her pokebal, and walks out of the gym"

((*is gonna shut up now because compalining will not help so will just roleplay like she is suppose too*))
Angel led Arraiko and amina into the Gym. It was training today for these two. Arraiko and Amina probally needed alot of it. "Arraiko! Amina! Run around this gym 5 times....Do I stutter? Move it! Move it!" She ordered and blew her whistle. The pokemon quickly started to run around the gym. As fast as they could. Angel must be in a bad mood. She seemed to be grouchy.

::as everyone was enjoying themselfs at teh gym, a bright yellow pokemon walked in looking around, look at all teh pokemon:: Jolt! :;he yelled happily as he watched all the pokemon running:: Jolt Jolt "wait for me!" ::he growled and dashed around and round at full speed passing all the other pokemon that where running.. then overlaped them... and again.. and... again. sweatdrop :: JOLT ^_____^
((crap I'm getting kicked off.. better make this quick... domokun ))
::soon after he ran about 12 laps, the lil yellow pokemon stoppend to chat with the others::
