Okay then. Pearl is in a place known only as extra-interdimensional-implicit-void-zone-place. Sadly, there is no cure. Only more time. I have also been there lately. They say some never escape...

Truly, she is very busy much as I have been. In the real world, college, work, and other aspects of life weigh heavily even upon your noble guild captains. If we do poorly in school, we waste thousands of dollars. If we dont work, we cant afford the internet. It is an inevitability but we will come back when we can. I try to be involved in the guild discussions but I cant rp anymore really. Pearl can do even less as it stands.

Hey Ninja, my scanner's not working. I've updated the drivers and all, but for some reason my computer's not recognizing it! Would you know what might be wrong with it? domokun

Thanks!

Well, that's a tough one?

First of all, with any hardware problem, check to see that its hooked up right. Cords, power, and checking the slot that its routed to with another tool is useful as well, just to see if its the port that is messed up.

After you finish the stupid stuff and it still doesnt work, try running it on another computer if you have two. This will tell you if its the scanner or your scanner connecting to your computer.

After that, I am not sure. It would be a power thing so powercycling and making sure the scanner is on before the comp is may help. I had to do that with my printer before.

Could you help me with a videogame? I'm truly stuck on Dead Rising for Xbox 360. It's when you have to fight the woman on the bike...I just can't seem to beat her...any tips or helpfulness? sweatdrop

Yeah, I tried it on my parent's comp. It's cool. I just scan it to theirs and send it to mine.

Still, I blame windows. I wish windows could feel physical pain, so when I hit my tower it would cry. It would make me feel better stressed

Well, now here is a question I can help with! Thanks for your question, Silence.

Now, the first thing you can do is make sure you are well equipped when you get there. If you like guns, try to have them on hand, but you dont need guns to beat her in my experience. If you want to try that way though, the best method is to alternate between being in a place where she can run you over and places where she cant. She will ride at you, jump to where she cant hit you, then shoot her as she is riding away. Dont stay too long though or she will shoot back at you.

Still, I think the better option is to use the sword store that is too the left of the grocery store. You can dice up any unruly zombies like nothing, and you can use the jump attack of the big broad sword to hit the chick when she passes by. The swords are unlimited and do pretty good damage to her.

I hope that helps. Its kind of general but the game is kind of open ended as far as fighting strategies go. Also as a side note, make sure you have a nearby saveroom just in case you die. There are two that are close to that place.

I would also learn to mix juices because its a good way to make good healing items earlier in the game. Let me know if my strategy doesnt work for you and I will see if I can find one that does.
