"Oh and before forget,last night when you went to sleep you were moving alot and somtimes moaning.Did you have a night mare or somthing"Arthur asked.When he looked at a distance he saw a figure of a building.It looked alot like the oil rig he was looking,but ignored it wanting to know what wolfie was moving about when she was asleep.

"well we're getting near the oil rigg,get anything useful ready and get going.Oh and I also rembered that some helicopters fled to oil riggs so they can be safe.I hope they are then if not then there will be alot of blood to shed.

In two hours arthur and wolfie reached the oil rig."ok this is it.Oh before we get go...Arthur kissed wolfie in the cheek and said "good luck"

Charlie was relaxing in the truck with Mark when he heard the radio, "Hey, you guys up yet?" It was that guy. The one in LA. Charlie answered, "hey brother, this is the woman you've been talkiing to's brother, Charlie, We've been having issues, we'll be there as soon as possible. One of ours went missing. Catch ya on the b-side." And with that Charlie hung up the mic, wondering just what the hell was going on outside. Oh well nothing he could help with, he couldn't even save his little sister....

Rayde was still huddled up un the picnic table bench trying to warm up Nilla when she saw a pair of boots in the rain in front of her. SHe looked up and saw Shane standing there with his big goofy grin. "Awe Rayde Did you get worried about lil old me?"He said, "Nilla just wandered off by herself forgetting the 'buddy' program."

Rayde felt better knowing that everyone was safe, well safe ish no ones really safe now a days, she thought. Rayde went to light a cigarette but the rain had ruined them. She grimiced, crushed the pack and threw it over her shoulder.

Nilla was starting to have a littl color return to her face, she was still shivering a bit though. Rayde did her best to keep her warm under the heavy blanket. Rayde looked back up at Shane and said, "What, you couldn't keep up with her? She can't be that quick." Rayde holstered her pistol slowly so no one would notice, especially not Nilla, she didn't need anymore stress after whatever she'd just been through.

Charlie ran out to them from the SUV, "Hey, that guy radioed again, he's okay, I let him know we'd be a little late." Rayde nodded and asked him "How you hanging in there? You miss Rebbecca don't you? You're looking a bit rough, there was nothing you could have done"

Rayde smiled and nodded, "So that's what that smell is." Charlie left without a word after that, Rayde knew her brother was hurting but she didn't know how to talk to him about it, she'd always been one of the guys. Hopefully he'll be fine she thought, I'd hate to bury the last of my family. She loooked back at the ground and watched the rain fall into little puddles in the mud. She had heard Shane but wasn't really paying attention, she was still stuck on her brother and how he was taking the loss of their sister.

Shane placed his hand on Charlie's shoulder."You cannot dwell on the dead.you know that as much as I do.I'm sorry,she was a great girl but you cant stay stuck on her forever.If she's watching over you from heaven or as a spirit do you think she'll want to see you being like this?No She'll want you focused so you can survive this s**t." Charlie turned to face him and glared, "******** you man, you killed her," with that he slapped Shane's hand off his shoulder and returned to the SUV with Mark. As the door shut they heard the music crank up.

Rayde looked over to Shane who was still in shock, 'Couldn't resist could you? Don't worry he'll be fine, he just needs a while. I'm all he's got left. It's rough fpr him, we've always been a really close family, especially the three of us."

Rayde felt Nilla shiver again under the blanket so she drew her in tighter. THe rain had let up but the wind hadn't. It was miserable, Rayde caught herself wondering how Shane was shirtless. Quickly she looked away and thought of something else. There was a lot to plan before they left for LA...

Radye looked at Shane as he plopped down on the bench next to her and Nilla. To bad the blanket wasn't bigger she thought, he looked cold.

She looked at him and said,"Hey don't worry about it, I can't be the only one holding together here. All of you are falling apart, that's not helping our survival rating."

She looked at Nilla who was still curled up with her for warmth. "Don't worry hun," she told her trying to console her, "You'll be fine, I promise. I'll get you somewhere safe until you can figure out who you are."

Rayde looked back at Shane, "See? it's not good for any of us if you and my brother are both out of comission due to crying, I mean really? Tears? No place for them here. We have people to look after and defend, not to mention ourselves. How do you do that with tears stinging your eyes?"

Rayde hoped they'd be able to head into the city soon, it was getting rough out here....

Rayde lit up the cigar Shane gave her. She just watched as he tried bailing out the Jeep. She needed him combat effective, as long as the men were like this and Nilla was still not herself, she and Mark had to handle everything. Rayde didn't know quite what to do, but she had to do something or they'd fall apart soon.

"Shane!" Rayde yelled, "Get your a** over here!"

She had to do something.....
