 "I will let my father know that one of my sisters and i will return with our shields rather than on it, without even the need for retreat, after the funeral arrangements are done for our family's heroic dead," Mina said, as she goes to look towards Lilly and Melanie, as she goes to follow Melanie to reach Kitty and the others.

Holly went over to where the dangerous yet amazing sword had fallen. She picked it up and looked to the heavens. Thank you Lady Selene, she thought. She had to return the sword. She turned around and headed for Chiron's office.

 Elissa knew that the blade went the color of an eclipse, as it meant that a good segment of Hyperion's Essence was now sealed inside the blade, to be filtered of the taint of Tartarus, as Elissa goes to come with Holly on the blade's fate. "I'm coming, too," Elissa said, as she rode with Holly.

Its a good thing beauty is only skin deep... Janelle walked over to the tree and waited her mind and heart going a hundred miles a minute. Was it from nerves? Maybe, but what exactly she was nervous about she couldn't tell.. Or I'd be rotten to the core...

Darien seemed to melt out of the night behind Janelle. He tapped her on the shoulder and when she looked to see, he was already gone and in front of her. The Aphrodite girl looked stunning. If this kid was like he others he would have stood there all night tongue-tied. However, he was much smoother than that. "My, don't you look beautiful. Tonight, you outnumber the stars, dear." Said Darien, bowing down and kissing her hand. His ensemble was stunning and appeared to be made of the night. It consisted of a deep black jacket over a matching shirt with a silver tie. He also wore deep black pants with shiny black shoes that reflected the night sky.

As the handsome boy said this he gestured over the hill to a sleek black limo waiting for them. "Watch your step." Darien sad as he guided her down the steep hill and to the limo. He held the door open for her to slide in, then followed in suite. The limo rolled out and began it's journey to New York City. The inside of the limo was a lovely sight indeed. The ceiling was deep black and sparkled with stars which were the source of light. The carpet and seats were a deep and plush black. A mini fridge stood in the corner from which he produced a bottle of Champagne and two flutes in which he poured the creamy bubbly substance. One flute he handed to Janelle and kept the other one for himself. "Cheers to a wonderful night full of surprises." Darien winked at the beauty as he said this, and here's hoping, he finished in his head. . "Mine is the night, with all her s t a r s" .

"Cheers," Janelle said smiling at him. Janelle had never been treated like this even as a model. It was always about who you dated not why you dated them. Even as a daughter of Aphrodite she was oddly inexperienced, thankfully everything else came more naturally.

It coated his tongue in a delightful way and her smile aided it in spreading warmth from his head to his toes. He smiled back and pointed out the window. Bright lights were everywhere, sparkling and shimmering. They cast a colorful glow over the two. Obviously they had arrived in New York City. "Isn't it amazing?"
