Dunya swung brach to branch doing all sorts of crazy acrobatics. he was suddenly stopped in mid air as vines from random directions shot out of the trees and wrapped themselves around him.

"Commander, you need to see this!!" came the shrill cry of Dlin. Lrak calmly strode throught the flaps of his tent and say the smoke rising in the distance.
"My dear followers, this is a sign that Shadow is in agreement with our plans. She gives us her praise!" he called into the crowd. They cheered and he returned to his relaxed state in the tent.

Dunya struggled to no avial to get free the clearly were not natural vines."Great Plant Spirit!" he cried. "why do you stop me from going to the land of your brother The Earth Spirit?"

"Because your running from your goal and Earth will not help you. If you where not so focused you would noticed the growing dark cloud," Plant said chiddingly. He stepped out in his green tux and had the vines bring the young man down.
"Have you forgoten the ways of the other lands AND those of your own?" Plant smiled at him.

Dunya looked to the city and saw what his master was talking about. "forgive me master i only ran to find help and information, but i don understand what significance does the cloud hold it looks like smoke from one of the cursed factories."

"What is all this talk of dark and evil things. I thought I taught you eceptance of all, and no that is not from one of the factories," Plant smiled. He was always amazed at how the world changed the thinking of men.
"What you seek most dear traveler form the woods, is in that direction."

"I still do not understand great master but you are the one who said it there fore it must be true, foregive master for my forgetfullness it will not happen again but the cloud what is its significance?" Dunya cursed himself in his thoughts for being so stupid.

Plant smiled and called the vines from the young man's body.
"Just remeber young Dunya, take in everything. Plants do not move quickly we take our time, and we are always flashy. As for the purpose of those clouds, you must find that out yourself," Plant said with a smile. He then melded back into himself, back into the forest that sorrounded them.

Dunya sighed as he watched his master return to himself." one thing i know for sure master tho you spirits are separtate in element you are the same in the fact that you all speack in riddles." he was about to run back to the city when Plants voice echoed in his head."Plants do not move quickly we take our time, and we are always flashy" Dunya thought a moment on what he ment by that then he thought of what i could mean and he grinned. "lets see how flashy i can be master" he took his staf, spun it, twirled, and danced with it all while chanting an ancient verse. his staff began to glow green and upon hitting the final verse he jumped as high as he could and threw his staff into the ground with such force the trees shook. the staff didnt go to deep and when it came the green light went into every tree within a mile of it. the whole forest was dead quite nothing dared move. Dunya looked around quietly, suddenly the earth shook violently both he and the staff he held slowly rose up as the tree began to merdge into one giant tree from the roots up. This new tree had an almost watery appreance as it shaped and formed its braches and trunk. the branch that held dunya grew long and back towards the city.
Dunya grinned as he looked back and cried. "is this flashy enough for you master?" he turned his eyes back to the city. "im coming shadow"

"Selina... it could be possiboe that something went wrong, and that's why there's so much smoke in the sky. I need you to go back to the Inn, and stay there until I come back." Kristin searched for the key, and thrust it into the young girl's hand.
"I can fix it," Kristin muttered, turning her attention back to the cloud of smoke. Without waiting to hear Selina's response, Kristin started to run in the direction of the smoke.
'Wind, please give me the wisdom and courage to see this through.'

Selina clutched the key in her hand ran after Kristin. She didn't have any idea where the Inn was, so she wasn't going to attempt going back. She also didn't feel right letting Kristin go alone. Especially not after the look she had seen on her face.
"Kristin! Slow down a little! My legs arn't as long as yours!" Selina called to the woman.

Kristin turned, feeling sheepish; somehow expecting the girl who had never lived above the sewers to learn so quickly. She slowed her pace a bit, "Just make sure you don't get in the way - and if things get dangerous I want you to leave."
If anything happened to a civilian while she was in the area fixing something on this scale, she would be punished by Aquilo, that was for sure even if she was just out of school.
When they had finally gotten near the thick black smoke, people were running away from the area, constantly in their way.

The young girl nodded at the woman's words, but if it came down to danger, Selina didn't think she could just leave Kristin. When they got to the mass of people, Selina soon found she couldn't see Kristin at all.
"Kristin! Kristin, where are you?!" Selina's voice was lost in the crowd but she soon found herself of th other side. She looked from side to side franticly. Selina covered her ears as an ear spliting roar rent the air and momentarily silenced the confused townfolk. Selina looked up to see the strangest looking creature. It looked like it was all head. A two story head that resembled a boar's with wolf teeth and one set of extremely muscular arms and legs. Selina's small frame shook violetnly. She looked at the creature again and then she flet something pound in her chest.
The next instant she ran up to the beast, jumped, spun and landed a kick on its snout strong enough to send it sliding back a few feet. She stood their unafriad like she had done this hundreds of times before, starring the beast down as it starred back at her. A diagnal line of pure black ran through each of her eyes.

Dunya noticed the crowd of people from high up in his mobile perch. suddenly he heard a little girls voice calling for some one, he looked down and he saw a girl trying to fight a large boar like creature. Dunya jumped from his perch and landed right in the middle of their conflict.

Selina took no notice of the young man's appearence. All her attention was fixed on the great beast. Her spirit was reaching out to it, trying to force it away. Blackness danced and swirled at the edge of the girl's irises much like a sandstorm blows across the desert.
"Leave. It will take your soul if you are not careful," she said in a voice that held the timeless wisdom of a Great Spirit.
