Kiku loosened slightly. She shot Jekk a glare, that was one of those times that she wished he wasnt so tricky. Everyone else in the room, as well as Kiku, lifted their glases and drank after murmuring thanks of one or another. It was quiet in the room for a brief moment.

It was during this silence that Jekk shot Kiku a glance that said Should I make an announcement now?

Kiku glared back. 'I dont know, Jekk. You decide, I'm really not sure. I trust your decisions though.' Her glare softened now, I trust you, words she didnt use often, not even with other saviors.

He lifted his spoon again. This time not everybody looked until he clinked it aginst the side of his glass. "Everybody I have an announcement. Me and uh... The Princess and I ... Um... How do I say this...?"
Someone in the back shouted, "Spit it out!"
"Princess Kiku has just agreed to marry me!"

Heads turned, Kiku grew red quickly as she felt even the waiters looking at her in surprise. Murmers filled the room. Kiku only felt her face get redder. She saw Jekk look toward her and sat up a bit, she was still red in the face.

"Oh crap!" he muttered. Annoyed that he had embarrased Kiku. He reached for his glass and knocked it over the edge causing it to shatter along with his plate and bowl. A huge mess insued, only made worse by the fact that the damage kept repeating itself...

'Robin hood' covered her mouth and snickered. Someone at a table not to far away sighed complained,
"Awww.... I wanted to cause the distraction...."
"You cause to many distractions," Someone else said, poking the first speaker in the ribs.
"Let the Saviors play," A little kid added, climbing up to sit on the first speaker's head. The man, dark haired, ebon eyed and dressed like a marine, glared at the six-year old on his hat. The kid, dressed up like the nay's trumpeter, grinned back.
"I think ya'll have suitably distracted a number of people," The third person drawled. She was tallish, with purple hair and eyes, a slender build, and an outfit that declared Pilot.
"We have?" they looked around to see people looking at them.
"Ohhh..." The boy said. "We have...."

Kiku got up and walked over to the clamoring Jekk. "Stop that." She whispered in his ear before snapping and stopping the replay and sending all the liquid and glass back as they started. She leaned against him, a lite flush tinting her cheeks still but she was no longer red in the face.

Kiku smiled sweetly. "Please, was no trouble at all. You of all people should know that I blush easily by no." She grinned happilly and rested her head on his.

"Thank you." He still looked tired but it was a joyful, exhilarated tired. He gave her a quick hug before saying, "Shouldn't we continue with the feast?"

Kiku put a hand on his cheek. "Are you alright?" She whispered with a concerned look. "You look...well, you look exausted, to say it plainly." The princess's eyes glimered with concern for her lover.
