A cloaked being seemingly hovered, no legs or form of movement detected, towards a wall of the room opposite the table where most of the guests sat. A cold metal mask covered his face besides a brush of hair that hung down from the hood of his cloak. He stood there; his face pointed towards the direction of the table as if he was watching them.

Rose felt a somewhat dark aura approach the room and instinctively searched for the source. She saw a cloaked being on the other side of the room and shuffled a little on her seat. This was not the same kind of dark that Cozork had been, it somehow scared her and though she didn't want to look she kept staring at him

((It's cool, Lect. I think most of us are. I know I am.))
Jacklyn sighed in relief at Cozork's leaving only to break out in cols sweat with the new arrival.

The Queen swept once again into the circular room. "I'm so sorry, my sleeping habits are extremely irregular. Oh?" Silver looked around the room. "Our dear friend cozork is gone? And our company has grown, delightful!" Queen Silver wasn't really delighted, but she wasn't about to let it show. Being a pathological liar was handy sometimes.

The being looked from side to side in an attempt to survey the room. Even the ridges in the center of its mask were flawlessly sealed to make the face behind it completely hidden. For a second, the head gave a slight nod before the being moved over to the table. A chair slid out so that the cloaked figure could sit down, and the being moved across the floor to sit down. The cloak did not reach the floor, yet no feet touched the floor. The mask looked down, and no sound was heard from it.

"Well," Queen Silver addressed the mysterious being, sweating. "Welcome to our meeting. I am Queen Silver, representing this Kingdom. Would you mind telling us where you are from? Who you represent?" She shuddered, then felt her inner lying self take over, soothing her soul and taking off all the stress.

(( Dives in, with a male character... I've always wanted to be a man- at least to know what it's like. And I made him a bit of wizard because of my name... Sorry, not using my avatar-- but I do describe the character...))
----------------------------
Alexandre Lorian hesitated at the entrance to the council chamber. A combination of fear and intimidation swept over him. He had only recently inheritted title of Lord Lorian, the family's many acres of land, and power that went along with it. This should never have been his responsibility. After all, he was the baby of his family. He had three older sisters, two of whom were married. He was now the "Man of the Family." The young man took a deep breath before lifting his head and marching into the circular room.
As he stepped in, the intimidation grew. There were so many people in here more qualified and experienced than himself. This was Alexandre's first time in "high society." It was his first time wearing a suit, black with gold trim and buttons. It was his father's that had been tailored within the last few days especially for this meeting. He felt it was too drab. He would rather wear something with bright colours. Reds, greens, pinks, white. Actually had the suit been complimetary- white with silver trim- he would have been more content. It would show his individuality, at least within the confines of his family.
He glanced around the room nervously, his platinum blonde hair swaying from the quick movement. He certainly wasn't ready for such exposure yet. A majority of the people in the room Alexandre had never seen before and, quite frankly, were starting to frighten him. He would be much more comfortable hiding away in his room at home, dabbling with magic. He had long mastered the art of telekenisis, and had recently taken up telepathy and elemental manipulation. Unfortunately, the fartherest he had prgressed thus far was the ability to sense other's emotions, and make small whirpools in glasses of water.
It didn't take long for him to realise that he wasn't the only new presence in the room. This took a little of the edge off, as many eyes were on the strange individual. It would be easier for him to blend into the crowd without being noticed. Had it not been a requirement, Alexandre wouldn't have come. After all, he had no idea what he was doing. Did he announce himself, or go bow to the queen? Everything was so confusing and he wanted to be as little involved as was possible.

Queen Silver smiled warmly, not really seeing the new arrival, but acting kindly for the sake of acting. It had been a while since the last time she had allowed herself to be the pathological liar she was. "Welcome to our meeting. Don't be shy! Sit anywhere you like. I'm sure you received our invitation. Silly me, of course you have! How else would you be here?" she babbled. "So, to the point; which family/tribe are you here to represent?

Arminoire smiled at the shyness of the new arrival. She admired his easy, clean, handsome look, and she sighed in her admiration. How she wished her husband was still alive.....
Arminoire shook her head quickly, removing the thought. There were many powerful people in her presence, and no one knew her husband had recently died. He had no siblings, or close male cousins, so the entire family line and wealth was inherited to her. Although he was handsome, he was very disinterest with anything besides his uncanny magical abilities, including his wife, whom he hadnt even slept in the same bed with. Unfortunately, his death brought the end of the Sapphire bloodline; Arminoire had no children. She sighed, and continued to spectate.

The metal face swiftly looked straight at the Queen, undisturbed by the new person entering the room. The head tilted slightly to take in her presence. In an almost robotic and cold voice, a sound was emitted from a unknown location, not from the metal mask.
"I do not feel obligated to say that I represent, but my intentions are only for the better of the Brotherhood of Steel."

"The Brotherhood of Steel, hmm.... I believe I've heard of that, it's jiggling in my mind." Queen Silver straightened immediately and chastised herself for allowing herself to fall into the dark chasm of dishonesty.
"And how does the Brotherhood of Steel feel on the issue of the hostile nomads?"
Queen Silver, sensing that the other new arrival was still feeling a bit awkward, piled a plate with brownies and silently handed it to him. She always felt that brownies would help anything.

Alexandre was taken aback when the queen addressed him. Once again, the feeling of confusion and being out of place swept over him. Glancing around quickly, he swallowed. Apparently he was going to have to make this all up on the spot. He bent over at the waist, putting himself into a low bow. As he straightened himself up, he answered the question. "I-I'm Alexandre- I mean Lord Alexandre Lorien." He paused before finishing with some clarification. "Only son of the late Lord Cornelius Lorien."
After a moment, he was then offered some brownies. Unfortunately he knew he couldn't have any. "No thank you, your majesty. I'm deathy allergic to peanuts, and even if there aren't any in there I'm also allergic to chocolate. But thank you for the offer."

"Lord Alexandre Lorien... It has a nice ring to it," the Queen chirped. This was complete acting, of course, but she had to make everyone feel welcome. "So what family are you here to represent? Oh! I'm so sorry, right after meeting you. I've got to run before I fall... asleep...." Queen Silver dragged herself away, and waving an apology: "I'm sorry, I didn't get any sleep last night quickly writing these invitations... So sorry..."

The mask did not watch as the queen left, but remained his gaze at the same place. His did not begin to speak, but refrained from answering the question all together.
