well, as I have mentioned before about my name, it means Spirit in Japanese for the most part. I love the Maru title because of all the badass anime and videogame characters with cool japanese names i.e. Rikimaru or Haomaru.

Gee, I had no clue that Maru meant "Spirit". Hmm, no wonder the name Sesshomaru sounded cool. So, Riemaru could mean Spirit laughing maybe? Well, that is only if you combine japanese with spanish, he-he. sweatdrop

sweatdrop wait, wait... "Rie" is spirit. and i spose maru means "hill" but nobody really cares about "hill". Maru is just a title in mainly a mans name back in the older days of japan. and with Maru, think back to Yu Yu Hakusho if you have seen that. the spirit gun is called the rie gun in the Manga. oh well, how'd you come up with hypnocrown? pretty unique name i'd say.

Well Riemaru, I have only seen yu yu hakusho in spanish so Yusuke's gun is called, wait, I forgot what it is called in spanish. I should take a look at the show again and I'll come back to tell you. So, Rie is spirit and not Maru? How could you trick me like that eh? (J/K) blaugh
Anyways, my username comes from the item used on some Final Fantasy games. Dragoon Arcadia mentioned to me that it is not only found on FF7 as I thought. Since FF7 is the only one I have seen it in, I decided to name myself after that cuz not lots of people have heard about it. As you say, it is pretty unique. 3nodding

Really! I'll have to pull that game back out and check that. of all the things I should of guessed. Final Fantasy biggrin

Gee, I never would have guessed you had FF7. That's great cuz it's such an amazing game. Even the story (as weird as it may be) is amazing! And the characters! Most are really cool and Yuffie is soo much like Misao it wasn't even funny. I liked Yuffie the moment I saw her. And don't get me started with the materia. The concept of magic being used that way was so clever that I was very dissapointed that FFX had such a lame magic system. I wish I could play FF 8 & 9 just to see if they had a better magic system (or at least something just as good as the materia).

FF8 & 9 were ok, but nothing like 7. I'm totally stoked about Advent Children! blaugh blaugh FFX pissed me off to no end sadly. Graphics were cool and the music was good. I give a thumbs up to some of the characters and story. But the Sphere Grid was the ultimate letdown of the universe stressed BAHH!!! evilevilevilevil scream oh well wink but...... FFX-2 is ....*head exploade then reforms due to another credit* hmmmm. I am a fan of the older Final Fantasy games (i.e. 1-7)

It seems these days, the more they want to make things better, they make things worse. When will they ever pay attention to the saying: "If it ain't broke... Don't fix it."? stressed
I did find the sphere grid system ok, but not great. It was ok cuz you could cecide when to level up but, it was kind of confusing at first. IGA should have made a system like that for LOI so things would be easier for us with low skills but cool for the ones who actually have some (skills that is). Don't you agree everyone?

And 007 is a perversion of the trinity, not bond. 7 being the number of "God" and the trinity being 3 numbers, mind, body, then soul. The numbers also describe my personality. That's pretty good Darkfist. I thought fer sure the double "O", 7 was cuz of Bond. Shows what I know huh? blaugh Lots of people think that I kinda expect it. >.<

Atomos Deus I had a turbografx as a kid and thought it was awesome! My favs were klax, a game I think was called Robokid or something, and this one other game which I completely forgot the title but was really cool! Cool xd Too bad you werent around when I made the Turbo Grafx/PC Engine Guild gonk

tell, from the things that I have seen so far, Akumajo Dracula: Chi no Rondo for the Turbograph 16 is one of the greatist Castlevania games of all time. It is the predesessor to SotN that Richter and Maria (the child) were heros in. The game was complete with anime cinamatics with great voice acting and badass music. search it if you can but CV dungeon has most of the info that you'll want.
