Hey fellows! Even though I don't have a CV username myself ( crying ), I decided to start this thread to learn more about everyone's usernames here. This thread is for everyone, not just the ones with a CV user name; well, at least everyone who wants to share anyway.
So, if you would please tell us about how you came to choose yer user name/screen name/whatever, then I would greatly appreciate it.
Take my name fer example: I chose it cuz I like Final Fantasy 7 and one of the accesories there is called HypnoCrown and, since it's one of those accesories people don't notice right away, I decided to use it. After all, I wanted to have a unique name online and what better choice than this one? What do you all think?

The hypnocrown is in other FFs as well. confused
Mine's to do with my novels and roleplay.
Though it's not a CV username, I think she has the vampiric kind of look.

Mine....is for role play and the Arcadia bit is from Skies of Arcadia. The reason being I loved the name "Arcadia" and I knew I could get a nice thing out of it. Thus...my rp character was made. (Av looks like her..when she was little.)

Hmm, I had no idea bout my "crown" being in other FF games, maybe it's cuz I've only played FF 1, 2, 7 & 10. Too bad huh? Which ones is the hypnocrown in aside from FF 7? Do you know DM_Melkhar?
Gee Dragoon_Arcadia, yer name suits you very well. I wish I could get that Skies of Arcadia but I never had the chance. Maybe I can still do so if I get Skies of Arcadia Legends for the cube. Too bad I can't buy any games right now and I'm currently saving up for Curse of Darkness. I really hope it's better than LOI!

DM_Melkhar is my best friend. And I haven't Skies of Arcadia on both consoles (DC and GC) I'm hoping to get my Dreamcast back soon then get the jap SoA and the american one. I know a shop that has it.
I have loads of games to do so I won't be getting some for a while.

I made the name Jinzouki by combining the japanese words Jinzougamajin (android) with Oni (Ki being the prefix or suffix if you add it to another word 3nodding ) I usually have Ki or Oni in my usernames, being a bit obsessed with Japanese demons xd

I had a name once that I made up and that as "Chii" I didn't know it was from an anime. Weird, but then again when I worked in a school for work Experence some boy was called, "Leon Belmont." Wierd or what?

Well, since "Emily" wasn't all that Japanesey, I sort of translated it to "Emiko." Next, I took "Ko" which is a prefix (usually for young things, such as "Koinu" - puppy, "Kodomo" - child, koneko - "kitten,") and stuck that on the front. It's my writers/artists/pen/h4xx0r name, and I keep it for a long time. (I notice the really good hackers keep permanent names... like Trinity and Neo did...)

Wow Koemiko, you sure put some thought into yer pen name. I like what you did to it, sounds cool too. biggrin
As for Dragoon Arcadia's post, it is kinda weird to see anyone in real life having a name like in one of the CV games. But it's kinda cool as well (Depending on the name of course). Maybe I'm not making sense but who cares... ha-ha! blaugh
I hop all the members in the guild come to post about their user names.
