A dark figure finally surface. Quinn three the cape of her cloak aside for it covered her face. She gasped widly for breath. She looked to see she had traveled very far downstream. The river's force continued to push her with ease. This was a lesson she would have to endure on her own- trying to summon under harsh conditions. She went under but up again and tried to concentrate. She opened her palms underwater. She already had her needed her medium to summon her beast, the water, and chanted softly. In seconds, a dark violet orb emerged and a creature slipped from the gateway. A white seal-like spun in the water and broke its surface. It greeted its master with a smile and its large dark eyes. This one, like Oomi, looked pretty harmless as well since it was just slightly bigger than Quinn's head.

"Uroru!" she smiled. "Guide me through this river okay?" she looked around but saw no sign of the generals. Still she was paranoid to enter the woodland just yet. "Instead of taking me to shore I want you to take me further downstream. This river leads to the castle I know it, but we can't be conspicuous about it. Do you understand Uroru?"

The cute creature nodded and turned around. Quinn held on to its sides as it traveled underwater. Every now and then it swam higher just enough for Quinn to to get some air through her nose. It dodged rocks and fallen tree trunks. Soon they were out of the forest and traveling through the city. Quinn held her breath longer under the water during the journey. She didn't want any people noticing and alarming the authorities.

Mugestu continued on down the marketplace, a smile on his face. He was being as polite as he was to anyone, offering gold for everything that was purchased. He did of course recieve the odd looks and the harsh comments, but he payed them all no mind. He was merely coming to shop, Weinglite had not docked in ages and he was anxious to see what was around.

Akoron did have a vast and widely diverse Bazaar, and who was it for a merchant to turn away the gold of a king. At this time another being had already been made just creeping from the shadows standing upright. Almost looking human except for the black markings decorating his skin. He wore elegant clothing and his long blond hair fell to his shoulders.

The king looked back as the form walked up to him examining some cloth he was holding. "Yes, I do believe should might like it, but you know my queen quiet the harsh one..." he said with a smile on his face. His rathermore monsterous began to sniff the air and look around. The Mugestu noticed and smiled. "We did walk in uninvited, and unannounced they have every right to be upset with our brash behavior" he began to chuckle to himself.

"I would not be surpirsed if this did not end our time of peace and start a war.." hearing a gasp from a shop woman infront of him he looked up. "Oh, I don't mean that you all have far to much wonderful objects to buy for me to just attack and ruin it all."

Thinking to himself besides I am no diplomat, that all falls to the queen. She would be the one to make any wars start.

((I'm gonna change my color so I don't get confused, LoL))

Anoron listenned to the chatter, hearing one word more than any other. "Barbaroid".

Her eyes narrowed and she glanced back at Xmar. "You were right, there's a Barbaroid here, but it doesn't look like he's causing trouble," She motioned to the stands. Everyone was still shopping, rather peacefully, if not a little more paranoid.

She could see the guards gathering a little more in the area, just in case.

Rolling her eyes, Anoron sighed. "There they are..." She crossed her arms over her stomache and shook her head. "At least they won't give up this chase..." She muttered.

Uroru contined to swim underwater while Quinn held her breath. She would give it two taps on its smooth backside when she wanted to go up for some air. It would cooperate and pull its master for about 15 seconds of air then dive back down. It was an exhausting process for the princess but she seemed to willing to do anything but be seen.

Soon they made it under a river and into a bend of the river. It led to a more rural side of the kingdom where farmers utitlized the river for their irrigation. Uroru came to a split in the river's path. One led to the farms and the other towards the castle. As Quinn went up to sample the sweet scent of oxygen she directed her beast right towards the castle.

A young boy approached the river's edge, with two buckets in his hands. His father was the master rider who taught the knights equestrian battling. However, the boy was just a stableboy and hated his job. Everyday he had to fetch water for the horses or be punished for his laziness. He knelt down and saw himself in the water. He imagined himself riding on a mighty steed with shining armor... some day, thought. He pushed the bucket into the river and fiulled it with water. He set it aside then grabbed the other when bubbles began surfacing. The stableboy shrieked and and fell backward.

Out of the river crawled a fat little creature, no bigger than a small dog. Its skin was white and smooth. It had wide fins, flippers really, and a wide but short tail. It stared at the boy with its big dark eyes then yawned. The stableboy back away frightfully. Another creature emerged from the waters. It was tall and all he could see was black shimmering slightly from the sun. Devils from another world?

"Pl-Please don't hurt me!" begged the boy.

"What?" said the formless dark creature with a cough.

"Do not take my soul I beg you!" he reached for an empty bucket and tossed it at them both.

"Ow!" yelled the devil as its smaller partner struggled behind it. The boy found his oppotunity and ran off back to the stables near the castle. He dared not to look back.

Quinn pulled her hood off and rubbed her head. "What the heck was up with that guy?" she asked the creature behind her. Uroru only gave her a puzzled look. "Ah come on we don't have time for this." she jogged her way to the castle, taking the cloak off and revealing her light blue shirt and shorts clinging to her skin because of the water.

Xmar sheathed his sword and came from behind the tree into the open. had the Barbaroid been paying attention towards the park he may be able to see Xmar.

"Should we make an arrest?"

He looked over to the Barbi, "For being ugly?"

He smirked and turned back to Anoron, "We could just use the stupid gaurds for distractions for our target. Once he's distracted enough," He unsheathes his sword and stabs a falling leaf in its center and allows it to continue falling - undisturbed, "I'll be able to disable him."

He was able to do this with his blindfold on - But when his blindfold was off his accuracy was even greater.

Anoron smirked, watching the leaf continue its decent to the ground. It would make good fertilizer for some plant to come. "I certainly don't object." She turned to watch the Barbaroid.

"I don't think the Barbs will be too excited about that idea," She studied the man. "Especially considering this looks to be their king..." Her eyes narrowed. "I wonder that it wouldn't be wise to at least make ourselves known. I'd rather not slink around in the shadows, especially in our own kingdom."

She looked back at Xmar glancing at the blindfold he wore and the sword he carried, then looked away. How she wished she had her own weapon with her. Her fists clenched and unclenched. She could almost feel the handle in her palm.

His ears twitched when he heard her hand open and close. He remembered this sound of bred warriors out on the battlefield. Those who'd lost their weapon and yearned for it. With a quick overhead slash a branch began to fall, with a few quick slices Xmar caught a fashioned spear.

He poked her armor with it, "How good are you with a spear, Ann?" He said with a grin.

A broad smile spread across Anoron's face as she took hold of the spear.

"Good enough!" She gripped it with both hands, felling the life still pulsing in the tree. She concentrated on it, bark growing around it to form a more solid handle that she could grip. "This aught to be fun..." She smirked, looking over the weapon with a pleased smile.

The young man with the black marks turned towards the king, tugging at his jacket. His eyes were looking off into the distance, as if something else was holding his attention. The King was to busy buying as much as he could want, and being rather polite the whole time. His hands seemed to flow with gold to the merchants, and many of them opened up to his money very easily.

"Sir, I do believe we are being watched..." the form spoke up finally. As the king smiled at the lady whom he had just purchased some more apples from. Handing down the basket to the monsterous form who began to happily snack on the red orbs. The king stood straightened out his jacket and turned towards the other form. His eyes were curved and a smile was on his face as he spoke out "Yes, I know" he said in a hushed voice "With auras like that they stick out." he began to chuckle a bit.

The other form looking a bit more shocked at his somewhat disconcerned attitude. Just then the crackling energy began to open another smaller portal behind his head. The King looked through the portal his face changing to that of a serious tone. He bowed his head, nodding slightly and raising his sword up to the portal. The sword seemed to float though as the portal closed and the king turned back around. "He said we should be behave, so no fighting...You would not want to make him angry"

Anoron quirked a brow, glancing to Xmar.

"Did you see that?" Her eyes narrowed. "I'm not sure I like that any better. Either he's being cocky, or he really did come in peace. Though I would suppose, as a King, he wouldn't just pop in like this by himself and start swinging at everyone. And he is paying the merchants..." She sighed. She couldn't find a reason to attack him and it was starting to make her angry. Finally she looked over at the King's familiar.

Her eye twitched as she made eye contact with it. "That is truly disgusting." Sighing, she resigned to putting the stick Xmar had so kindly fashioned for her down. Before she let go of it, she set it down. When her hand left it, it dried instantly, becoming fertilizer for the grass beneath.

"Where is that girl? Once again she tries my patience." said Quinn's instructor to himself.

"Master Eio!" yelled Quinn as she ran towards the royal courtyard where her instructor waited. She wore a different more breathable outfit. It looked like a long-sleeved dress that stopped at her knees, but had two slits. Each slit was at her side and from the bottom of the dress to just below her waist. Under the peculiar dressing were turkish looking pants.

"Nearly half an hour is how late you are do you not know this?"

"I do."

"And where is your hat?" asked Eio annoyed.

Quinn rolled her eyes then pulled out a light gray brimless cap that matched with her outfit. The cap and color of her outfit were signs of her novicehood. She hated it.

"Master Eio please forgive me of my tardiness I-"

"Enough I don't care for your excuses too much time has already been wasted. You will start off with a mile. If you wish to be a master summoner one day not only must you relationship with your beasts be well but your body must be in shape."

"What a mile?! But I only ran half a mile last time!" Quinn whined.

"Well perhaps the extra mile will give you some time to think on how you can get to my class on time Princess. You have 15 minutes."

"What? Master Eio you are being quite unfair!"

"Fourteen minutes and fifty-two seconds. I'd get to it if I were you. If you do not make it in time you'll have start over again you know."

Quinn graoned and began her run. She wouldn't have to be doing this if it weren't for Xmar and his stupid chasing with Anoron.

Anoron looked up, noticing the creature coming toward her. She glanced to Xmar curiously, then turned again to see it sitting in front of her, panting and wagging its tail.

"Uhh... Hello there..." She reached out and patted the creature's head, unsure. If it wasn't a plant, she didn't know how to deal with it very well. "Um, Xmar..." She looked back to the general, then once more at the dog. "...Can you help me here a moment...?"

"Ahh come on you can at least pet me again lady that was nice." He barked playfully a few more times whimpering and running to hide behinde Aronon when he saw Xmar coming over.
