Tei kept working on her lap top, trying to get her new program to work with this new case, but it was hopeless. She gritted her teeth in frustration "Hey, Techknow!" she called "could you help me out with this? my program's not working. I must have forgot something while writing the code."

"I'm going to finish these serches and then look at somthing that's been bothering me. And next time try and sit somewhere where you won't crush or sit on anything!!" Talia picked up the book Vin had been carelessly sitting on and petted it, trying to straiten out the pages he had crumpled.
She turend around and turend on yet another computer on her desk. As is hummed to life she hered the ding, that signaled that one of the computers had found somthing. She turned to it and moved the mouse on the first computer. She smiled when she saw the search engine's resultes. "I was right. Max sais that they are pieces from a Trivial Persute game, a Millenium Edition. Made durring the years 1999 and 2000, made out of plastic-Well duh, everything from that time was." Talia pushed up her glases and smiled. "Now all we have to do is see if anyone bought an old Trivial Persute game, specificly the Millenium Edition, from some of the old game stores in town."
She rolled her chair over to the third computer and pulled up a search engine page. She typed in 'high powered precision Argon Caliber gun' and then a few other search criteria and hit the enter button. As she did so she talked. "It is 80% possible that the pieces are from colector's game. The pieces are the easiest thing to loose in a game, so only a collector would have them. But we can't be certain untill another piece shows up, there are six pieces in a game. Now I'm not saying I want somone else to die, jsut that, unfortionatly, we con't be certain untill somone else does."
Techknow rolled herself over to the second computer just as it dinged also. She grinned and pushed her glasses up again. Moving the mouse and dispelling the screensaver, she looked at the results. "There are the no ganges in the area that have game, games, or anything involving games in the area." She turned to Vin and smiled. "Guess your right Vin."
Techknow looked over at Tei and smiled. "Sure, what's if for??" SHe said, walking over to Tei's desk.

"You care a little bit too much about those books Talia." Vin laughed as he watched the girl pet the book. He leaned up against the wall as she spoke "Well I knew that I was right...how could I not be?" Vin said grinning widely.

Bard rolled her eyes. "Careful there Techknow, you don't want to inflate Vin's ego too much."
Bard walked over and sat at her desk where she picked up a pen and began to work on her paperwork.

Talia looked back at Vin and sniffed. "My books are precious. And you know Vin," she said and pushed her glasses up with her middle finger, green hair shining in the lights. "You're not right all the time."

"Really?" He said with a bit of a laugh. He pushed himself off the wall and walked over to her desk. He snatched up one of the open books up off of her desk and flipped through the pages. "What are you reading anyways?"

Tei laughed. Her friends were so funny when the argued. "It's this program I attempted to write but it's failing. It's for analysis but I can't use it unless it gets fixed. only problem, is that i don't know how to fix it.

Talia looked at Tai and held up her finger, meaning she's be back in a second. She turned and ran to Vin. Techknow put her arms around Vin's arm and pulled. "Put that down!! It's a collectable!!! It's a circa 2930 Special Edition Harry Potter!!! Put it down you bit oaf! It's not like you could read it anyway!!!" Talia said, trying to pull Vin's arm down the entire time.

Vin laughed at the small girl as she struggled at pulling his arm down. He held his arm out so she was dangling a few inches above the ground. He walked out so the others could see. "Look...not only can she program computers, but she can hang like a monkey." He said pointing at the hanging Talia with his free hand.

Talia's eye widened as Vin picked her up. She scruntched up her face and huffed. Closing her eyes she shapeshifted untill she was cat and dug her claws into Vin. She scrambled up his arm and made her way to his head. He started to bat at the ring in Vin's ear. She started to kneed his shoulder, pushing her claws out each time. Not enough to bleed, but enought to get his attention.

Vin jumped and squeaked like a mouse as she repeatedly dug her claws into him. He grabbed the cat Talia by the back of her neck, ripping her away from his shoulder, and held her out a arms length. "Bad kitty!" he said shook his hand at her. He placed the book on her desk, "Happy now?"

Talia nodded and started to purr. She slowly changed back into her humanoid shape, Vin holding onto the back of her shirt. "Thank you very much." She said and grinned, pushing her glases up with a regular finger. She looked back at Tei and then around. "WOuld you put me down?"

"Yeah, I guess so...you're starting to get heavy anyways, have you gained a bit of weight?" He asked with a smirk as he set her back on the ground, not so sure he should seeing as she might attack.

Bard looked up and quietly watched the antics of her co-workers. There was never a dull moment, there were just so many dynamics in this time.

Talia nodded and grinned at Vin. "I aggree." Talia jumped for Vin and changed as she did so. She landed on him as a 300 pound tiger, pushing him back and making his gall on the ground. She put her hind legs on each side of the big man and her forlegs on her shoulders, keeping her claws in. She stared at him with her golden eyes, showing him her long teeth.
