I used to love them but now not so much. don't know why, but maybe it's because sing the sorrow was such a let down. I still listen to answer that and art of drowning alot though. days of the phoenix is one of my favorite songs ever.

hmm im listening to afis new album and im a bit surprised. its not that great to tell the truth. but it does have a few songs that i can enjoy. but they are starting to remind me too much of every other rock band out there. in the song miss murder, they begin to remind me of greenday for some odd reason. i dont know why but it just does. the song kill caustic was pretty good though. it was a mixture of some hardcore roots and a bit of modern rock. its an okay album over all though. but really its not my type of music. older afi was so much better in my opinion and ever since there sing the sorrow album, they just kind of went down hill. although when i did see them live back when they came out with that album they were amazing. they played single second <3 . thats my favorite song by them

Yeah, it the song miss murder reminded me of green day too.

OMG!! I love AFI soooo much!!!!! I saw them at Warped this year.... Jade was sooo hott!!! Lol, Davey was smexy too! And they played a few of my fafv songs (Muiss Murder, Silver And Cold, Girl's not Grey....and many more!)

I only have the new CD and it's okay, but i'm planning on getting Sing the Sorrow soon.

Davey was horrendous on warped tour in my opinion. I have heard five tapes from warped and the bend was alright in some of them. The other three were just... god awful. And in all the tapes his voice just... gah! I hate his voice off album now

When I saw them last Sunday and Monday, Davey sounded awesome, almost CD quality like. Maybe Davey was just having a bad day?

I was reading something in Mix Magazine about the recording of there newest album and then went to read more on some websites. It seems that was barely Davey's voice. House systems are the only reason why he sounds the way he does so it says.
