Oh. He couldn't be that stupid. But there was a tail curled round her ankle that seemed to suggest otherwise. In an instant, her hand was at his throat and while it wasn't pressed hard, it made a point.
"No touching," she growled out dangerously.
...This probably wasn't the best way to ingratiate herself to this band of dragons she had decided to go home with.

Kura walked closer. "Kismet? Is everything okay? Huh? OMG! Flame! What on Earth did he do to tick somebody off now?!" She thought about running over toward the others, but she could tell this new red quite intimidated by her. Not sure what to do she stould there and waited for an invitation to come closer to the group.

Kismet laughed nervously. It looked like Flame was really going to have his hands full with this one! "Well, if everything is under control here, I really should be checking back at the infirmary." Kismet nodded. "See you all at the lair!" Springing off the branch, he took to the air, and was soon out of sight.

*Flame's grin turned into a teeth-gritting grimace as her claws curled gently around his neck. He swallowed carefully, eyes wandering back up to her face with a nervous slant to his eyebrows.*
Ahaa~...gotchya...
*The red squeaked, tail having already bolted from her leg and curled between his.*

Roan released her hold on the other red, taking a step back to collect herself. Only then did she realize her actions had caused the blue to excuse himself and for the black to look alarmed. Just one of the many reasons she had preferred being on her own.
She attempted to gloss over the situation as best she knew how, speaking rather gruffly, "Going to escort me back, Prince Charming, or were you planning on making me find my own way?"

*Flame breathed a sigh of relief as she released him, smoothing his hair back with one hand.*
Fiesty...
*He muttered, shrugging in Kura's direction. Now that Kismet was gone, the red felt he could try and save some face. Smiling congenially up at Roan, he offered his arm.*

This one was clearly going to take some getting used to. Her pride wanted to thump some sense into him, but she resisted the urge, reminding herself that he clearly meant no harm
"Roan," she corrected him curtly. Still, she took the arm offered to her, allowing him to lead the way back to their camp.

Mayumi enters currently deserted part of the West Woods area to see if there is anything to hunt. Quails would be nice and easy to catch maybe rabbits.
She pulls out a small crudely made slingshot from her bag to have ready if she sees anything.

Mayumi hears a rustle towards her left. She picks up a couple of small stones and turns towards the sound.
She sees a bunny and tries to aim with her slingshot except her is off and she hits the side of a tree.
The bunny hops away safely.
Mayumi disheartened tries to see if there are any other animals around.

A quail wobbles into the clearing and Mayumi takes aim for it. The tiny pebble hits the quail square on the head. Dazed it gets knocked to the ground.
Mayumi heads to get the quail and it's not quite dead. The quail tries to peck at Mayumi's fingers.
Unsure what to do Mayumi tries to think what dad would do. Quail would be tasty for dinner but it's not so easty to catch.

Mayumi figures dad would bite it's head off but that seems barbaric. She closes her eyes and clubs bird on head with her slingshot.

She opens her eyes to find that the bird is now passed out or dead. She pick it up and puts it in her pouch.

Reet stalked behind a small doe. The animal was blissfully munching at some grass as Reet slunk closer, his body hidden by some bushes and only the twitching tip of his tail visible above the leaves. A sudden "clunk" from off to the left startled the deer, and it stiffened and looked up, quickly wary of it's surroundings. Reet froze, then changed his mind and went to go see what had made the "clunk," letting the doe flee.
Reet found Mayumi holding a branched treelimb with a piece of sinew, a bulching pouch at her hip. He grins in greeting and points to the branched limb. "What is this?" He comes closer to sniff the funny object.

Kura, not sure of what to do now, turned around and left the scene. "Maybe I should do some hunting while here. I need furs and the meat." She then dropped down on all fours and walked into the bushes. She then became very alert, and took in all her surroundings. She heard rustling to her left, so she crept closer and closer as quietly as possible.
