Dieter could see that the meeting was over. He changed to his corvid form and perched on the back of the chair he was sitting in. He stiffened his claws, so he would not fall off, and then went to sleep.

"Well some people are lucky to have places to sleep." With that Cye changed to lupis and went to sleep on the ghost deck

Alonya woke up around 6. She was still very tired, she had gotten almost no sleep last night. "Maybe I can get the night off" she thought to herself. She got up from the floor and walked into her bathroom and took a shower. She ate some waffles for breakfast, they where very delicious. Today Alonya had decided to wear A white T-Shirt and a longish red skirt. Having put clothing on, Alonya turned on the TV. Some woman had gone and killed people at her art show, claiming to be a Vampire. Alonya was pretty sure the woman was not a vampire, however, as the news was running footage of her leaving the courtroom in broad daylight. Alonya decided that Veronica Roth was just delusional. At around 8:00 Alonya left her apartment and began to head to the main Pentex offices in Vegas. "Damn, it's hot." Alonya said as she left the Caern. She was not looking forward to walking halfway accross the city in this heat. But she had to, even if it was unpleasent. Alonya began walking to the offices.

It was late and Haru had already evaded the police, but something kept him going. He didn't know exactly where he was going, but he knew he had to go there. He rode out of the city and kept going for miles. Eventually he stopped whether it was out of fatigue or this seemingly primal instinct Haru had no idea. He flipped open his laptop and began to search for his sister's name in the lists. He found it in the Palms Hotel guest list, but it was the name of his grandmother that surprised him. The second of joy that had arisen upon the site of his sister's name was replaced by curiosity. He would have climbed back on his bike and resolved the issue that moment, but the energy that had kept him awake for the past three days had finally run out and Haru could hardly move. He closed his eyes and fell into a deep and troubled sleep.

Haru woke with a start and for a few moments could not remember where he was or the events of the previous night. It all came to him eventually and he quickly started off towards the Palms Hotel.

The Sunburst corporate office building is rather unassuming. It is 5 storys tall, and sandwiched between a parking lot on it's right and a taller office building on it's left. The building itself is made almost entirely of white bricks, and the Sunburst logo is painted over the two sliding glass doors that form the entrance. The lobby inside is as white as the building, white tiling, white walls, white everything. It is only about 20 feet by 20 feet, with an elevator at the opposite end of the room from the door. The entire lobby smells strongly of bleach and soap, the janitors must clean the lobby a lot. On the left of the door a woman sits at a simple grey desk. She is probably in about her late 40's, her hair is almost entirely grey, with only trace amounts of black left. Her face is twisted into a permanent scowl, and she smells like cigarettes. She does does not seem like a very nice person. But the only way to use to elevator is either to scan an ID card on a small receptical next to the elevator doors, or to have the receptionist woman buzz you in. Behind the woman is a list of about 40 names, presumably for the various employees who work in the building.

The receptionist looked up at Alonya. "Can I help you m'ame?" She spoke in a sort of wheezing gasp, like she was struggeling to breathe.

"Frank Ungleward is not in the office right now. If you want, I can take a message for you."

Cye woke with a start. The glass he had been sleeping on had become extremely hot. He quickly shifted back to his homid form glad that he would have some protection from the heat of the sun. Cye wasn't looking forward to walking through the desert to get to the factory, but that was his part of the work so he had to do it. Cye headed out of the hotel and then proceeded to exit the city. Once he reached the desert he changed to lupis form and ran off. It was noon when he reached the factory and it was hotter than anything he could remember.
"It looks like getting in there is going to be a problem."
