The moot was held at 12:37 AM on Thrusday, June 23rd, 2005. All the members of the Las Vegas Sept, as well as a few Garou not connected to the sept, were in attendance. Everyone there was on edge. A sudden increase in formori had erupted in the last month. The formor where obviously not intended for subtlty, as they all looked exactly identical, and a barcode on the back of their necks. They has been connected to Sunburst Industries, a computer company. These new formori all seemed to have maintained some degree of sentience, and had only been seen working together in small "packs" of between 5-10 formori. So far 6 of these "packs" had been spotted, and in all cases they had been safely eliminated. However, these formori all appeared to have been mass produced. This was the reason why the entire sept was nervous. The Wyrm was already capable of producing formori too quickly, if they had found a way to greatly increase the efficiency of formor production, it could be disaterous to the Garou.
Everyone agreed something had to be done. This needed to be stopped, and the system of mass-producing formori had to be found and eliminated. The elders decided to create a pack of Garou to find and eliminate the source of these new formori. The word was spread: All Garou who were not already obligated to another pack or purpose were asked to meet at the Ghostbar of the Palms hotel the next day at 2:00 AM, after the bar had closed for the night. There was not enough time to organize things any more then that, all Garou involved would have to organize themselves and find the source. If they failed, the entire Sept, or possibly more, could be destroyed by a near-infinite army of formori....

Laughs-At-Death walked up the stairs towards the Ghost Bar. His mind was running over everything that he had been taught and none of it had said anything about what to do when you are going to be in a pack of Garou as a Nuwisha. Sure there was plenty on be in a pack of Garou as a Garou, but.....
"For a Nuwisha you think through things to much. Aren't you always telling me to loosen up? Just let it happen as it will." Laughs-At-Death's familiar said telepathically from the Umbra.
"Easy for you to say, you aren't the one walking into a pack of shapechangers that almost killed off the other changing breeds." Laughs-At-Death answered back
By this time Laughs-At-Death had reached the Bar where a single Garou sat listening to music. Everything told Laughs-At-Death to pull a prank well not a prank those were for killing stuff with, but a joke.
"Don't do anything that will get you killed. I don't want to have to save your a** for a third time."
"Last time didn't count. I could have gotten out of that."
"Yes and you would lack a few limbs but if that is where the count stands then fine."
Laughs-At-Death decided to occupy one of the tables as far from the Garou as possible, still weary of the stories of the War of Rage.

Laughs-At-Death gave a deep sigh, stood up, and walked over to the Garou.
"Yeah, name's Laughs-At-Death."
"Tell her you are Nuwisha"
"No"
"Then I am going to tell her and you know what that will lead to."
"Fine" Laughs-At-Death answered back to his familiar "Nuwisha Cliath, you here to join as well?" Laughs-At-Death added hurriedly

"We usually do, but if we do we can't help very well. Also it was either I tell you or something else does and that has never gone well in the past. Last time I got attacked and had to run for a while before they gave up. As funny as it was to see all the color drain from their faces it almost got me killed so I would rather tell you myself." Laughs-At-Death said with a laugh

"Right..." Alonya said to the Nuwisha. She then turned around in her chair to look at the new guy. "Nothings happened yet. Just sit down, some new people should show up. This would be a pretty small pack if they didn't."

Haru slowed his speed to the point where he could clearly see the faces of everyone who passed in and out of his field of vision. He slowly made his way through the city which even early in the morning was light up as bright as during the day. It was his third time passing down this street but he still had no luck. Getting frustrated with the lack of results Haru sped up until he came to a hotel on the outskirts of the city. He needed a quiet place where no one would notice him for a while. He stopped in the parking lot and pulled off his helmet. Leaning back he pulled a laptop out one of the two bags attached to his motorcycle. He got off of the bike, walked around to the back of the hotel, opened the cable box on the back of the building, and set about hooking up his laptop to the city internet.

"Well, this looks like it's about it. Not too big, I would've thought more people would show up. Guess nobody has confidence in this. All we've got is two Garou and a Nuwisha. Doesn't seem like a pack that's gonna take down pentex." Alonya sighed and slumped down in her chair a bit. She knew the pack wasn't going to be that big, but she didn't think it was going to be this small.
