I have a question. Will I be able to post something in all caps every once and a while? Oh, and can I use "cuz"? I hate always typing out because, so yeah. Just wondering.

Thank you gonk n00b-talk bugs, unless it's, like, someone being stupid once. I's like to be a Mod. I come here all the time and (try) to be REALLY active (and not for the gold) I'm not sure exactly what the Mod.s do in a guild, other than keep it clean and safe, but I'd like to help-out any way I can. And if I don't fufill aquirements, thanks anyways. xp

Cuz we all love him! heart Or...at least we should What exactly does a mod do??? MOD's are High up members of a game or forum group ment to maintain an enjoyable experience. Mods are typically given the abilitie to ban, or restrict Members to do not abide by the rules. Their job tends to be taxing... Though I wouldn't mind being one myself...

Though not all mods are to be trusted. Abusing mod privaledges is just as bad if not worse than acting noobish, and thus can also get you banned.

and gaia towns doesn't work most of the time so i can't go around and shake stuff and get it from there,

Tallest Red Okay, there are two issues that I'd like to address in this thread. First of all, bannings. It has come to my attention by looking through some threads around here, that it is far too easy for people to fake their way in to the guild in the "request to join." Then, when they actually get in the guild, their illiteracy shows. Sorry, but that's just not going to happen. (This is not in reference to people who have English as a second language, this is people who are too lazy to maintain something that's any semblance of English, like n00b-speak). So I'm asking everyone in the guild, if they see a member who is exceptionally n00bish and annoying, please PM me with their username, and several links to threads that proves this person is taking away from the experience of the guild more than they are contributing due to difficult to understand posts. You WILL remain anonymous. I will never give out names of those who report this to me. Some of you may be asking, "What is n00bish anyway? What are things to watch out for/make sure I'm not doing?" Simple. A-ny posts that are incomprehensible due to n00b speak (where everything's abbreviated or acronyms.. like "plz" "thx" "OMG U R" ..stuff like that. I really don't give a crap if someone occasionally goes LOL or something, but if their entire vocabulary consists of "LOL U R FUNNIE" .. then BZZT! You lose.) -Anyone who stretches the damn page unnecessarily (I just deleted posts from a member in question who spelled the word "rocks" as "rox" but with 80 billion x's, causing the page to be stretched beyond belief) -Anyone who spams or even harasses other guild members. -Huge stupid run-on sentences, but these usually are accompanied by heavy n00b-speak, so chances are they'd be identified as that before a run-on. I just put this here just in case. -All caps lock. x.x NOTE: I do not care if you make a few spelling mistakes. There are some people who apply and have a perfect grasp of grammar aside from a misplaced comma and a few words that aren't spelled right, but that's really not a problem at all. I'm not ridiculously picky. I just want to save this place from becoming more of an incomprehensible mess that some threads here are. Which brings me to my second point. We need more mods. Anyone interested, please post here with WHY you want to be a mod and what you hope you can do for the guild, and I'll put you under consideration. That's it for now. *claps* YAY! I can't stand it when people talk like n00bs. It's sad actually. If people are too lazy to type out "you" and "are" and "to/too" then they have issues.

I know i am kind of new to the guild, but can i be a mod? I love invader zim and it would be fun to be a mod. Also i cannot stand n00bs! I can make them go away! I generally go on gaia every day so it would not be a problem for me to come to this guild every day.

Sweetness. Anyway I wanna be a mod because lasers are better 3nodding and becuzzz... umm well I guess because I'm pretty down to earth and I never go too hard or too easy on people except for when its appropriate. wink

I would love to be a mod, I've been a memeber for a while, and I love Invader Zim. I'm also good at spelling when I need to be. So if you need some extra mods please don't hesitate to ask me. razz

well, I know that alot of people are wanting to be mods, but I am actually on gaia every day, and I do go on this guild every day, and It would mean the world to me to be a Mod in TEH Invader Zim Guild. But if I'm not...then...oh well, I'll move on in life. *I guess...* oh, and well, I follow all the rules, it bothers me when I see people talking like "OMG I F000CKN LUV GIR! H3 IZZZ DAz KOOLESTES THNG INZ DA WORLDSZZZ!!!". I really wish that they would shut up, get out of the guilds that say not to be in it if your going to be a n00b. Like seresly, its annoying...what do you think english classes are for. I mean, you have to take them kindergarden threw 12th grade. what do you think they made you take them so much? ...AHHHH. sorry, it just drives me crazy when I see people talking like that. Well, I just wanted to tell you that I would gladly be a Mod...and...well, thank you for reading this strangly long message thingy...
