Out from another dark ally, Ozy comes from the darkness, quietly as possibly, not to alert any one of his presance. He coughs quietly, face darkend from the explosion, showing injury. "I'll pipe down,...just try to not let me get ahold of anything flamable" With that note, he turns, and falls to the ground.
(one thinks he lvled up some time ago,...if I did the math right. Not quite good at it...)

Stiring slightly, Ozy takes note of the fire, and Alcyone. He leaps up, throwing down his jacket lined with vials and beakers to the ground, it slightly poping. He then takes care to clean his face with his torn flag...
"Im not no fire, am I? Too much boom powder, and I feel funny...other than that...I dunno...you?"

Ozy nods, then reaches into another pouch upon his belt, presnting a large silver flask Marked with a coat of arms bearing strange letters, and ofers it to Alcyone.
"In return for your kindly assistance, I offer you this. You say youve never been out of asian, not sure where that is myself...take this, picked up some place during this nation wide party, every one was danceing and wearing masks, and this crazy man threw this at me. Called it 'Aqua Vita' or somethin'... din't understand a single word he said."
