As you can see from the map above there are many parts to the undergrounds. Castle Haven Demonica, ran by Broken_Design, is part of the undergrounds. This part is the main part, but you'll all know it as the Midnight Village. Everything may take a while to understand and I realize that, but I hope that everything will be understood so that this can be a fun battle and regular rp for everyone. Be sure to read over everything and if you do have any questions feel free to pm me. I will make a list here of all questions with their corresponding answers, so make sure your question isn't on that list before you pm me it. ~Index~ 1. Intro 2.Directions & Rules 3. Levels and level ups 4. RP-ers profiles 5. Midnight Village description Update(s):
1. Read me!!! ^o^
2.Read this please...>=[
3. Be on the look out for some updates on the game itself, I've made a few right now, still working it really I have to add the XP for higher levels yet, but feel free to look at the additions that have occured.

~Battle Directions and Rules~
~Levels, dice and leveling up~
For everyone who ends up joining you'll start at levl 0. In order to reach higher levels you use the 7 different dice; however, each group of levels has their own die. For example, if you were level 7, you'd use a 6 sided die. Now, you can't just roll the die as many times as you'd like. You can roll the die 5 times per day, AND you cannot delete a post wherein you rolled a low number and you're not happy with it. I WILL be keeping track of how many posts there are each day and if I find something askew I will hold judgement upon those who were here posting that day, whether its 10 or 50 people. And if no one confesses to cheating, which is what deleting a post to get a higher number would be considered is, all the posts of the people involved for that day will be deleted. And mind you, I say whether you go to the next level or not, so don't think you're going to be smug and cheat. Not to mention I think you should all know, that I am Broken_Design's mule. Yeah, so pretty much behave or there could be problems.
Ok, other than that speach you all need to know what die you can use to level up. However, before you start this game, please send me your rp info so I can add you to the list. The info to fill out is in post #4.
Dice~ Levels
4 sided~ Lv 1-5 6 sided~ Lv 6-10 8 sided~ Lv 11-15 10 sided~ Lv 16-20 12 sided~ Lv 21-25 20 sided~ Lv 26-30 100 sided~ Lv 31-40
Update: After reaching level 40 you're probably wondering how this is going to work because, well there's only dice up to 100, well this is where you're going to be able to roll more than 5 die. So, here it is for the next few increments, oh and you'll notice that after level 30 the levels are going to go by 10s.
Rolls/day~Dice~Levels
7~100 sided~ Lv 41-50 9~100 sided~ Lv 51-60
~Battling each other~
Yes, that's right. You are able to battle each other. Right now we need refs for the different areas and I'm also working on things that can occur during the battle, such as if you roll a 5 you get attack by a flying spork or something. There are four different places where you can battle at: Mt. Blanche, Northern Forest, Southern Desert, and Ancient Ruins; however those are just to set the terrain. When you actually go to battle someone, to make it easier each battle will get it's own thread. To challenge someone you must send a pm to me, and I will forward the pm to the opponent you'd like to battle. Some regulations:
~You can only battle 5 times a day ~You may chicken out of a battle, but only one per day.
You can battle anyone, but you can only use your level die. So, it wouldn't be in your best interests to battle someone with, say a 100 sided die. Now, how this works is:
The challenger will be able to attack first. They roll their die and after they roll the opponent will be able to defend themselves. But if they don't roll high enough the difference will go to them as damage, but if you roll the same number there is nothing done. Each opponent gets 3 chances in offense and defense and whoever has the most damage points at the end loses. So as an example:
Joe Nap vs. Yo mama
Joe Nap Lv 7 & Yo mama Lv 3
Round one: Joe rolls offensively to get a 5 and Yo rolls defensively to get a 3. 2 points of damage. Yo rolls offensively to gets a 4 and Joe rolls defensively to get a 4. No damage points.
winner of round one: Joe Nap
Round two: Joe rolls offensively to gets a 3 and Yo rolls defensively to get a 4. No damage points. Yo rolls offensively to get a 2 and Joe rolls defensively to get a 1. 1 point of damage.
winner of round two: Yo mama
Round three: Joe rolls offensively to get a 6 and Yo rolls defensively to get a 1. 5 points of damage. Yo rolls offensively to get a 2 and Joe rolls defensively to get a 3. No damage points.
winner of round three: Joe Nap
Victor: Joe Nap with one damage point Loser: Yo mama with seven damage points
Now you can see from that how it would go, however, in between the rounds you must wait for the order of the ref to continue. You also must wait for the ref to signal the start of the battle. Now, don't think that battling is pointless, for you do gain experience points from it. Victors get 10 points and losers gain 2. Now if there's a draw match, then both competitors will get 6 points.
Update: Now, some may have already thought of the issue, after reading the above update, that during battles after reaching 100 sided die that the battles will just become as equal of a chance for a lv 31 to win as a lv 60. No. This issue introduces double sessions, explained simply as if you're a lv 31 you'll use just a 100 sided die, well once you reach lv 32 you'll use a 100 sided die to attack and then after rolling that you double session your attack, or roll again, but at lv 32 you'd use a 4 sided die, then at lv 33 you'd roll a 100 sided die and then double session it with a 6 sided die...ect ect... Now, how does this work with defending? Well, you'll only use you're 100 sided die. Why? Well, think about it in a fantasy's realistic sense. Once you get to those high levels you're going to be inflicted damage to each other, hence the fact of only using one die to defend. So for example:
Joe is lv 31 and Hans is lv 33:
Joe attacks first with his 100 sided die, hans defends himself using his 100 sided die.
Hans is now attacking, he first rolls his 100 sided die getting a number, he then attacks again using his 6 sided die. Adding the attacks together this is what Joe has to defend against. So, he rolls his 100 sided die. Hypethetically, let's say Hans's first roll was a 67 and that his next roll was a 3, added together that's 70, so Joe would roll and get either a higher or lower number than that blocking or receiving damage from the blow.
This would be round one. And it would go pretty much the same as the other ones, minus now that there's two sessions of attacking.
It should be know that, after attacking the first time you must first wait for the ref to signal your second attack, if you lack in doing so you second roll wont count at all and you wont be able to roll again for it until the next round.
Ok, so here's the list of Lvs and 100 sided die with what your double session attack roll is:
Lv~ 2nd session roll () around a number means the quantity of the number rolled is higher than one, and is the number in().
31~none 32~ 4 sided 33~ 6 sided 34~8 sided 35~ 10 sided 36~ 12 sided 37~ (2) 8 sided 38~ (3) 6 sided 39~ (1) 20 sided 40~ (2) 12 sided 41~ (7) 4 sided 42~ (3) 10 sided 43~ (4) 8 sided 44~ (6) 6 sided 45~ (2) 20 sided 46~ (7) 6 sided 47~ (11) 4 sided 48~ (6) 8 sided 49~ (5) 10 sided 50~ (13) 4 sided will update more when needed... ~Rules~ I've already covered the: ~No deleting posts for higher numbers ~You can only battle 5 times a day ~You may skip out of a battle, but only one per day. ~You can only roll the dice 5 times per day. ~You can only use your level die.
So other than that there's: ~Make sure you're using the right dice for your level ~Follow basic guild rules ~Follow gaia ToS ~No profanities in any of the undergrounds. ~You can't raise your level anywhere, but here. ~You can only battle rp in the Mt. Blanche, Northern Forest, Southern Desert and Ancient ruins. ~All regular rps go in Castle Haven Demonica or here. (That way here, you can rp and raise your level.)
Now then everything is covered in this section but read the next post to know how much experience you'll need to get to different levels.

~Levels and level ups~
With these levels and their corresponding numbers you all need to understand that you have to gain the number next to the level you're going to next. What I mean is if, hyathetically, it takes 100 points for you to get from level 5 to 6, and you get that 100 pt total and you're working on level seven, which for ex purposed let's say is 125 points, then you don't tack on 25 points to your other 100, you must gain 125 more points. I understand this may not seem easy, but of course its not supposed to be. If it was easy everyone would be higher levels, and we don't want anyone becomming too powerful too quickly now do we? Lol, but anyways, before you start you need to know:
1. You need to send me your rp info, which is in the post below. 2.You all start at level zero. 3. Be sure to keep track of which die you're allowed. 4. I'll try to keep up with what level you're up to, but it may take a while, depending on how many people end up joining this and depending on how much time I have to actually get to change and update stuff.
So here are the levels and experience points you need to get to them:
~Level-Exp. Pts.~ 0-1= 5 pts 1-2=10 pts 2-3= 15 pts 3-4= 20 pts 4-5= 25 pts 5-6= 35 pts 6-7=45 pts 7-8=55 pts 8-9=65 pts 9-10=75 pts 10-11= 90 pts 11-12= 105 pts 12-13= 120 pts 13-14= 135 pts 14-15= 150 pts 15-16= 170 pts 16-17= 190 pts 17-18= 210 pts 18-19= 230 pts 19-20= 250 pts 20-21= 275 pts 21-22= 300 pts 22-23= 325 pts 23-24= 350 pts 24-25= 375 pts 25-26= 405 pts 26-27= 435 pts 27-28= 465 pts 28-29= 495 pts 29-30= 525 pts 30-31= 575 pts 31-32= 625 pts 32-33= 675 pts 33-34= 725 pts 34-35= 775 pts 35-36= 840 pts 36-37= 905 pts 37-38= 970 pts 38-39= 1035 pts 39-40= 1100 pts 40-41= 1175 pts 41-42= 1250 pts 42-43= 1325 pts 43-44= 1400 pts 44-45= 1475 pts more to come later... More to come when needed

'Midnight Village' reads the sign you see right before entering the town. You can see a some shops, shops where you can buy all of your weapons and potions, and anything else you may need along the way. You make your way down the lane, seeing everything is still in a late 18th century type of style. From colonial buildings to horses and bugies. You notice that this town has no spereation of species. You see werewolves, vampires, angels, everything. You find it strange how they can all be in the same place at the same time and not kill each other, and you're busy pondering this when an old crakling voice says, "Well, this town is not without its problems." You turn to see an old fortune teller. She looks at you smiling with a malevolent knowledge. You approach her small stand and she says, "You were wondering why all these creatures allow they're known enemies to be around them?" You nod a bit and she says, "Well, they know the rules of the town my dear." You look at her questioningly and she says, "Well, the rules of the town are you can kill no one in this town, or be killed yourself by the law of the town." "The law?" She luaghs to herself and says, "A curse was put on this town and if anyone kills anyone else in this town they'll be cursed themselves." You stand there and look around, seeing everyone walking around. She interupts your thoughts again and says, "You'd best learn the rules of the town my dear. Elst you'd want to live the curse of Midnight Village." Like I said before this is the only place you can raise your levels. So anywhere else will be deleted and wont count, obviously. Please follow the rules, and if you have any problems report them to me, Broken_Design. Like, I've also said Margrie Baxter is my mule, and I barely get on the account, but to fish sometimes and so on. So, be weary, be cautious, be ever so ready. twisted
