cozork watched her twirl the weapon. she has some skill it would appear, he thought to himself, it is good to see that such a beautiful weapon is not wasted in the hands of someone with no talent.
"this truly is a unique weapon"
he admired the intricate details, whilst looking longways down the shaft to see, just as he expected, it was perfectly aligned from end to end.
"i can see why you treasure it so much"
cozork focused on the ground nearby, a good sized shadow appeared. it grew to become three dimentional, and finally resemble that of a humanoid bieng
with two lightening fast moves, he pierced the shadow through what would have been its heart and took its 'head' clean off.
"a very fine weapon indeed"
he said in admiration as he carefully handed it back to its owner

Tsubaki stood in shock and horror when the shadow was be-headed and pierced through the heart. she started crying silently to herself at the sight. Red picked her up and cradled her in her arms, not knowing what had made her so sad. she started reciting a lullaby that only she and the little kitsune could hear.

Syphora looked down at the hiding kitsune, remembering that his name was Tsubaki. She made no motion to comfort him, since the quandao was still in her arms. Besides.. she was not interested in showing a warmer, softer version of herself. Such would be weakness around people she didn't know yet.
Of course...I'm uptight and I hardly warm up to people. Her black painted lips twisted into a slight smile, though she knew they would not see it.
Sy watched Cozork handle her weapon with the eyes of a hawk, her body tense to make sure nothing would happen to it. She relaxed when she saw that he, too, wasn't bad at handling weapons himself. When he was done playing with his dummy, she couldn't help but give a slight clap in congrats. Accepting it back gratefully, she gracefully slipped the quandao back into its handles. Then, she turned back to the two, seeing that the kitsune was not yet pacified almost made her sigh,
"Are you the only ones here so far?" She had not really seen anyone else....

"a fair few have come and gone, most seemingly with the intention of securing a peace offering for their tribe with the queen"
cozork noticed the little kitsune girl was upset, he didn't know how to go about cheering her up, as he didn't want to scare her further so he simply used some shadows to carry a plate of cookies from the dining table delicately over to her. hoping it would put a smile on her face.
he wished Rose was still awake, she would surely be able to help. he glanced over at Rose as he thought. she was still fast asleep on the sofa. she looked comfortable, and he was getting tired himself.
when Syphora clapped him he almost blushed. but he enjoyed the moment
"so why is it you are here?"

"I believe the tribe I'm standing in for is, too, interested in having only peace with Queen Silver." She mentioned after he was done, following his quick glance to the woman on the couch. She was sleeping soundly, but the emotion radiating from him told her enough.
Ah... she smiled, I see..
"I also think I was sent here specifically to ensure the Queen's safety." She set her eyes on the male demon, rolling her shoulders, "What about you, Cozork?"

cozork looked a little solemn as he remembered what was to happen
"my father is not the leader of our tribe, but he is the leader of a powerful mafia that runs throughout the nearby lands. he dislikes the way the king has been towards the tribes and is out for blood. i do not wish for such things however"

cozork felt his eyes beginning to drop. he doubted he would be awake much longer.
"you'll have to excuse me"
he said politely
"it's been a pleasure to meet you, but i am very tired and must get a little rest"
he tipped his head slightly in respect and walked over to where rose lay. he sat next to her and thought for a minute.
shadows began to form around them, almost like a blanket
they were warm and made him smile.
when he was satisfied with his shadow-duvet, he lay down, kissing rose lightly before letting himself fall slowly to sleep.

Queen Silver dashed in with a stack of books. When she entered, her shimmery dress caught cruelly on one of the door's corners. It was a very dramatic fall. The books slid everywhere. They had titles like, "The Tribes and their Cultures" "Nobility's Pride" and such. The Queen instantly shot up and sat back down. She began reading the books sitting down. Silver hoped there was a chance of regaining peace with research.

Rose smiled as she woke. She could feel Cozork all around her, in his coat, his shadows and, of course, in his aura. It seemed to be all around, filling her with a wonderful feeling, too perfect to be described with words. Rose turned and kissed his forehead, thinking about last night. It had been so, so, so unexplainably great.
Rose sighed happily as she leant her head backwards, only barely noticing Silver who was sitting in the middle of the room, reading.

cozork awoke slowly to see Rose already awake and relaxing next to him.
"It seems i keep oversleeping!"
he said rubbing his eyes and still trying to wake up.
the room was warm and cozy and the light was sice and dim.
Rose's aura was flowing gently around.
it was a perfect setting to wake up to and it made cozork dance inside.

Rose noticed Cozork waking next to her and stroked him lightly. "Ohayo" she mumbled, her voice a little hoarse.

Red came back through the window, with the kitsune girl awake and Den still in his human form, carrying all of the imps. she had snuck out when things had settled down. she had to go back to her tribe in an emergency call, and sat down, stuffing herself with meat from the food table.

Rose smiled at Red eating. "Hi, how are you?" she said "except being hungry, I mean". Rose giggled a little and got up, walking towards Red.
((this thread is really dying crying .. We need some sort of crazy, mad person who could attack everyone or whatever.))

cozork got up shortly after Rose and decided to join her and Red.
"nothing much is happening around here recently"
cozork stated. not that it needed to be said, but he could hardly think of anything better to say. ((perhaps someone should piss Risika off when she comes back? or maybe the queen xD))
