Michiko stared at Mamour then said, "Boy, that's some story you've got there. Well you're welcome to stay here as long as you want and until I'm better you can do the cooking. It's really rare that I let someone stay in my house, or even get close to me. But since we will be living together for awhile you might as well know about me too. I'm now 17 and became a State Alchemist about a year ago. My parents died in the Ishbalan war and I was left alone to raise myself. As you can probably tell my two types of alchemy are fire and earth." Michiko sliped off her two white gloves and showed a scar on the back of both of her hands. The scars were transmutation circles. "On my hands, as you can see are two transmutation circles. I carved them into my hand with a knife right after I found out my parents died. They remind me that alchemy can be used for good or bad, and I plan to kill that scar guy because he has senslessly killed many alchemists'. He is the one that reminds me of my deep scars on my heart." Michiko put her head down and began to cry silently.

The man turned in his chair and grabbed Ed's hair, yanking it out of the braid and pulling Ed up by the handcuffs.
Edward lashed out and hit the man on in the face, only to have him punch Edward in the stomach, making him sink to the ground with a small moan.
"Don't be difficult. You can't hurt me." God stated grimly. Edward screamed a battle cry and popped back up, only to tilt forward as something jabbed into his back, making the world spin for a second and darkness decended.
When he woke up he felt something wet it the center of his forehead.
"Okay." A voice sounded from above him, the blackness stayed there, and the water fell down Ed's forehead into his hairline. Edward growled a bit, struggling against restraints.
"Don't bother. I'm going to make this quick. I want you to help us. You can preform alchemy, you will help us. And if you won't, we will keep you in here. You probably haven't heard of this form of torture, it will slowly degrade your mind until all that matters int he next drop of water hitting your head. Until you agree to help us, that is all you will have."
The voice faded out and left Edward in the dark, the droplet of water had begun to evaporate, and even though Edward knew it was bad, he was already wondering and waiting for the next drop to fall.

"The past can be filled with bitter memorys. I beleve that People should try and get revenge against whoever caused their suffering. Why should someone be allowed to go unpunished after they have hurt somebody, even if it is the person that has been hurt getting back at the person tthat hurt them? In my way of thinking I am just speeding up the process of judgement against wrong dooers." Mamaru said in a very odd attemt to confort Michiko.

"When the hell did this all happen,I thought you were to Keep me Informed about things Hughes....Seems like I can't even rely on you now.."Mustang Replied.He gringed as Hughes had changed the subject other then the one they were discussing."I've told you about say....fifty times now about that,I have neither the time or the patience for a Damn Girlfriend...You Know damn well what I'm more interested in,But yet you still have to push it to test me...Huh."Mustang starting to have a Loud Irritated tone in his voice.

Hughes froze for a moment and looked around with a soft sigh he replied, "Well what can I say Roy... you just don't have the kind of relationship with your personel like I do."
A knock at the door interrupted him, "Sorry Roy, someones at the door." With that, Hughes hung up the phone and and walked over to the door. To his surprise stood a fairly young, tall, and well build man who greeted himself as Brigader General. Hughe's eyes noticed the badges on the man's outfit and quickly stood at attention, "Sir! How can I help you?" He had never met this man before in his life but still he followed protcal.
"You haven't ceased to amase me." The general roamed around the room and went around Hughe's desk where he then sat down in the Colonel's chair. "I've read your papers and files, pretty good for a non alchemist. You can call me General Axemen." There was something odd about the General's face, a grin formed and a soft shadow shrouded himself as he stared at Hughes.
Hughes showed no sign of emotion as he calmly stared at the Brigader General. "What do you need?"
Axemen took his time and slowly leaned back in the chair, "Mr. Matt Edison... the Forge Alchemist. I hear, since the death of Gemini, he was placed under your watch, am I correct?"
The Colonel nodded acknowledging the question. "Yes, why?"
With his evil smile, Axemen threw a small portfolio which contained transfer papers. Hughes looked over these papers and then stared at Axemen with curiousity. "Something wrong Colonel?" Axemen asked, the grin still remaining on his face. "Where is Forge now?" The General added.
Hughes was still curious but now slightly cautious. "He's on a trip at the moment. I have him doing some travel missions. What do you want him for?" The Colonel asked, trying to find out more information.
"Simple Hughes, Forge is the second best investigations officer, aside from yourself. Though his travel missions will be stripped away from him, he'll be working alongside of me." Axemen stared at Hughes carefuly to identify any odd objections. "Tell him to speak to me at once, when he returns. I assume you're ok with this?" With that Axemen stood up and began to walk away, stareing at Hughes and waiting for his reaction.
All Hughes could do was nod and salute. Before he oculd say a word, the Brigader General vanished from sight. Something made Hughes feel uneasy, he wasn't sure what to think, so he grumbled to himself and plopped down in his chair.

Mustang Paused for a Moment still holding the Phone in his hand."....ok..."He finally spoke and slowly Put down the Phone."Damn these People.....I dont give a damn about Relations with anyone here,Of coarse he Does...Hes head of the damn Investigations Division for crying out loud...Thats the last time I call him for Information...Might as well get it my damn self."The Colonel Spoke in a low Grumbing voice."I can't Just sit here and....What the..."Mustang Stopped talking as he then Heard something crash in the other room.Wondering what was going on,the Colonel Quickly got up and Started heading out of the door.Just as he was opening it,He notices Something Rush by the wallway.He then stepped put and notices that it was Alittle Girl with a Metalic Bird in tow."Hey there,What Are you doing here at this Hour?!"The Colonel Yelled at The Girl.

With a thud the redeye train arrived in central. Among the usual passengers was a mysterious man wearing armor. "B-Brother? W-Were are you?" The suit of armor muttered in a ghostly voice as it disembarked the train. Al ignored the gawking populace as he shambled by with the clanking of his armor. As Al was searching for Ed, there was another thing that was bugging him. It seemed to Al that something had caused him to loose consciousness, which had never happened since he lost his natural body. "I wonder if the reason I can't remember what happened is because the armor and my soul are finally beginning to reject each other?" Al worried as he shambled towards Central HQ to find the whereabouts of his brother.

After a long time working the female Colonel was finally done. With a small sigh, she put her work away and got up. She walked over to the coat rack, pulling off her long black jacket. She slipped her arms through the sleevs and pulled it over her shoulder. The jacket went to about two inches below her knees. Shadow walked out of her office shutting it behind her and locking the door. She walked through the hallways, in thought, not paying attention to anything around her, even running into the door on the way out.
She walked down the strais of headquarters and placed her hands in her jacket pockets. She brushed her short hair behind her right ear, letting it hang over the left side of her face. At last she could go home and continue her reserach. She turned around and looked at the headquarters for a moment remmebering the promise she and her sister had made when they where younger. With a final sigh she turned her head awy and started to walk down the streets of Central.

Michiko wiped the tears of her face, put her head up and said, "Thank you Mamoru. I'm glad someone agree's with me." She took a deep breath then said, "Well, if we want to go shopping for supplies we'd better get going." She lifted herself from the table and hobbled upstairs, found a crutch, to make walking much easier, and went back down stairs. When she got back to the kitchen Mamoru was still sitting there. She went over grabed his hand and pulled him out of the house. Michiko turned around locked the door and they were off. She suddenly relized that she had no clue what they were looking for, so she turned to Mamoru and said, "Ummm...what exactly are we looking for?"

After about an hour, the bandits finally left the train and soon the passengers were on their way. Matt sat opposite of Izumi and her husband, his arms crossed and his eyes glareing directly at the women. However, the gal looked off to the side and stared out of the window, not really paying any attention to the State Alchemist. Althought deep inside her heart felt nothing but pain and anger towards the young man infront of her.
It was only about three hours later that the train finaly made it to Xing. Unfortunitly he would have to take another trip out of this city and continue towards his destonation. First things first, Matt approached a public telephone, dispenssed a couple quaters, and then dialed Hughe's number.
"Yello? This is Colonel Hughes speaking, who is this?" Asked the overly confident yet calm man.
Matt stood silently, his eyes darting around only to see Izumi and her partner not too far off. They weren't moveing either, it seemed as if they were studieing him yet in plain sight. With a calm sigh Matt replied softly, "This Matt, Hughes. I just wanted you to know that I made it to Xing."
Matt was cut off buy Hughes who kept his voice rather low and gritted his teeth softly as he spoke, "What are you stupid? Didn't I tell you to keep this quiet! Jees..." Though he spoke rather quickly, Matt managed to catch every word.
"Sorry." Matt replied.
Hughes chuckled softly, "That's great news! I'm sure you'll be back in no time. We have lots of things to disguss when you return. Like Elasia's birthday for one!" His voice rose to it's normal cheerful state. He then took in a deep breath and continued, "What are you going to get her? A tricicle? Awwww no way, wow you really know how to over do it Matt. Jees she'll think of you as a big brother! Bah bye! See you when I see you!" The line was disconnected.
Matt stood in dissbelief, thinking that this was all just a dream. He lifted his right hand and lightly smacked himself. Unfortunitly he nearly clobbered himself with his own hand, sometimes he got so used to the automailed parts that he had forgotten that he lost any part of himself.
The Alchemist hunched forward, craddling his cheek as he took in deep breaths and tried to wait the pain out.
"Excuse me sir!" Called a voice form behind Matt.
Matt turned around and looked at him, raising an eyebrow. "Ahhhh yes? What can I do for you?" Asked the Alchemist.
The man bowed and smiled at Matt, "You must be the Military Personel I was supposed to escort to the outskirts of town. Please, right this way." He showed Matt to his rather comfterble car and opened the door.
Without hesitating Matt stepped in and sat in the back while the driver went around the car and to the front to start the engine. It was then that Matt looked over his shoulder and out the rear window that he noticed Izumi and the large man enter a car just behind the car he was currently occupying. 'What do they think I am, stupid?' Matt thought to himself.
The engine roared and the car went off. Every now and then Matt would look out of the back window and see that same car that Izumi was occupieing, sure the car was now further back but there was no doubt that the women and her husband were indeed following him.

Adenine only wanted to find Edward, hurrying down the hallways with her long, slightly wavy light hair still covering her back, the back of the dress not sewed up yet. The pale, fair skin of her face was pink, dead indications she was ill, and her breathing had not returned to normal, only determined to get across town and get to her friend, of whom she could only hope was safe. Suddenly, she heard a door open behind her, already turning around, and her aquamarine eyes finding a man with sleek black hair in a military uniform, as most were in the building. Ty, a rather menacing looking falcon, at this point was off Adenine's shoulder, launching at the alchemist who had come across her little sister with intent to stop them both. Adenine could only panic, receiving permission from her sister to turn around and keep running, the bird's screeches and high-pitched yelling nearly ear-splitting, only trying to distract the alchemist from a very sick little girl with a mission. As she turned around however, she met a new sight that hit her everlasting hope hard.
The person who towered over her was in a suit of armor, dark and dangerous looking, and only a foot or so away from her. She was between a yelling, angry man she had no time for and whom she could not explain the situation to, and someone who was probably about to hurt her. Ty took the opportunity at this point to quit trying to claw at the alchemist with black hair and a cruel voice and go for the suit of armor which was too close to her little sister, Adenine backing up and Ty flew to advance on the other that was more of a threat. Before Ty could even get there though Adenine had already slapped her hands together and then thrown them on the floor, the air of the hallway springing to life and suddenly a hazy wall between her and everyone else. Ty landed back on her left shoulder, the one with the light gray leather glove that covered her entire arm, Adenine just sliding along the wall to the floor. She was an incredibly frail looking girl, her movements nearly graceful in a sad way, as her skin was pale enough to match the torn white fabric and streamers she wore.
Not all of the dress was torn, but the back part as one of her shoulders were slightly bare and the torn part of the back more at her side. She had gotten her back to a wall as quickly as possible to hide the metal of her wings, but more then likely one or two of the alchemy covered glass feathers were sticking out, putting her at an extreme disadvantage. White ribbons were wrapped around her arms and legs, her silken hair draped around her, sandals still on her feet but they were loose. She was out of breath but nothing but determination shown in her aquamarine eyes, taking a moment to breathe before speaking up with her light child's voice, Ty only sitting on her shoulder in all of her bird glory and glaring at the others with gold eyes.
"Please...I am sorry for bothering you but I have to go help my friend...I just had to get something from Ma'mm Kasumi's office and then I would have been on my way...I really am sorry..."
The barrier of seemingly air was wavering a bit, out of the fact she had done the alchemy, with just her hands even, that it would be easy to tell she was an Air alchemist, and she had good reasoning, she just could not tell them. She would not last long at all, being tired, sick, and under too much stress.

As the colonel was walking towards the little Girl,He noticed The Metallic bird Launching off her shoulder and Was heading towards him.there was not much for the Colonel to do other then to put his arms over his head to protect himself from being clawed at by the bird.A little while later the Bird seemed to be occupied by something else and The Colonel finally Uncovered his face.looking at his arms he saw what the Bird had done to his uniform,Torn to shreads by the birds clawing and He had a few cuts,Bleeding just alittle but other then that,the Colonel was Fine.Then he quickly Pulled his head upwards to find something only he Himself had seen another do; Alchemy without the use of a Transmutation Circle.The Colonel Not knowing what to think of next,Slowly Started to advance towards the Amazing feat,Pondering what kind of Alchemy did the Little Girl use.As he advanced closer and Closer He also saw Someone he Knew.
Once he got Near the Wall that the Girl had Alchemicly Made He looked at it."So Little Girl. Arn't you going to tell me what you were doing her,and for that matter I would like to know just what Kind of Alchemy are you useing."He asked the Girl.He could see that the Girl was afraid,He had Memories of that In the past so He Gently refrased his question so that it didnt sound so harsh. Kneeling down towards the ground he politely said to her."Sorry about what I just said...I'm not going to hurt you...I just need to know why you were in Kasumi's office and That you had to sneek in here at night to do so."
